Out furnace went out during the cold snap, we called Integrity, they returned our call promptly, came out same day for estimate to replace heat pump. Called next morning with a good estimate, came next day to do a install. Was very friendly, price was fair. Had heat that night. My husband worked for heating and air for 30 plus years and would and has recommended this company to family. Thank you Jeremy for a great price, clean, and very likable man. God bless you. Our ac stopped the other day at 96 degrees called to try and get an appointment they responded immediately and said they could be at my house in 6 minutes. Once they arrived in 5 minutes diagnosed and repaired in 15 minutes and working perfectly. Very professional and polite. Thank you Zack and Ricardo

Quick service, friendly staff and great rates, Joe, Tracie and all the staff have served us well on multiple service calls recently. Having older equipment its so nice knowing when an issue arises we have someone to call.

Thomas ran a new dryer vent hose in less than an hour… even though it goes into my crawl space. Now my towels are dry in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours! Tomorrow they’re putting in new ductwork so my house will be warmer/cooler. I’m so excited for a reduced energy bill! Thanks, Thomas!

Great service heat went out right when it started to get cold. They came right out and looked at the unit told me what I needed and got right on it and knocked it out so we were warm. Zach, Thomas, Ricardo and Evan were Great. They took good care of us. Everyone in the company made you feel welcome.

It seems more difficult than ever to find an honest and upstanding business these days. Ricardo, Thomas, and Joe from Integrity were fantastic.
I admit that I was nervous reaching out to them, but our furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends in our area.
The Integrity team was able to get out on the weekend and get us back up and running, and they were capable of getting the job done efficiently and at an honest and acceptable price.
I am deeply grateful for this business and even more grateful they are local. I prefer to support local businesses that are honest and not just trying to pick your pockets.
