We had a break in our water line on our property which left us without water for around 36 hours. After digging up the line we posted on social media asking for help with replacing the water line and Dustin responded within a few minutes offering to help. He was at our home within a few hours with all supplies need to make the repair and had our water running again within an hour and a half of arriving. Let’s add, this is Labor Day weekend!! I can’t say good enough things about the timeliness, professionalism and over all service he provided. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs so it would have been very tough to continue going without water for the holiday weekend! Thank you Spartan!

Don’t use this company. They’re scammers and Dustin is extremely rude. Terrible experience!

All I know is I talked to you on the phone today and you were extremely rude and tried to scam me. New customers beware of this dude. Dustin is not someone to do business with.

Excellent job clearing the driveway. Was here on time and was finished very quickly. Went above and beyond by getting out of the truck and hand shoveling around our vehicles. Thank you again. Nice job.

Spartan constructed our wood fence this summer in our backyard. They were prompt, professional, answered all my questions, super friendly, and did a great job! Plus their pricing is very reasonable! I would highly recommend and will use them again for future projects.

Got a wood fence installed, and to no fault of Spartan's own doing, the project was delayed due to weather, and city problems. Once everything was clear and good to go, the team did a great job installing our fence, and giving our reactive dog the space he needed to thrive and be happy off leash. We are excited for the new addition to our first home, and are eager to pick out the perfect stain to finish it with.

I contacted them after snowpocalypse had started and still their response to request for price and timing was swift. Price was more than fair and they kept me apprised of where I was on the list and when their team would arrive. Followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Will definitely contact for future service needs

Installed a wood privacy fence on one side of our property. It wasn’t an easy spot to get to. They did a very nice job. Polite, professional! Recommend!

It's been a month since Dustin and his crew were last at our house and the job is still unfinished. He even promised it would be complete by our homeowner's insurance deadline but here we are still waiting. Dustin's made numerous promises since then that either he or his crew would come over to wrap up that never happened for various reasons. All that's left is to add a handrail to the front steps railing he replaced, install the backyard water spigot that had to be removed due to clearance issues for our new second-story landing, and patch the chip he put in the patio with his skid steer.

Our project started out to replace our rotting deck with a new second-story landing and patio, under-fill the front steps from dirt washout, and replace the front steps railing. That expanded to also replace and pain the siding, new soffits, and garage doors (one replaced and one re-opened) after he was able to "make a deal" for those to be done at a price we could afford. We never received a proper change order and had to pester him to eventually provide receipts for our cash payments as the job progressed. Everything is paid in full so we don't know why we're waiting for a complete job.

Communication has been subpar. The work Dustin and his crew did is good, even after a few mistakes on my behalf and from him and his crew.

Spartan does great work. We used them for a whole house remodel. They stand behind their word. Dustin and his crew came out to fix an issue that was outside of our warranty at no charge. I would recommend them.

We had a number of options for our new roof. We ended up going with Spartan Construction Systems. They did a great job and moved in a timely manner. The roof looks great, they cleaned up well after, and the price was reasonable compared with the other bids we received. We used a class 3 shingle that will hopefully help us with a discount to our homeowners insurance. I would give them high marks for their roofing work - from start to finish.

I wanted to share a recent experience I've had with Spartan Const. Recently we experience a heavy snowfall. I booked and secured a plow in advance with another company who ran into trouble and they no showed me. I am new to the area and I seen Spartan recommended in a local Liberty, MO group on Fb and when I text, he reached back out almost immediately and showed up within 20 minutes of our phone conversation! The job was done perfectly according to our chat and he made sure that I was pleased with the work before he left my residence. Not only was the job perfectly done, it was handled quicker than I ever expected. I highly recommend them and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know. We will be back, thank you for taking care of us!

This place is god-awful; they will come late, threaten you, claim everything in your house is outside of code and needs to be redone, and charge insane prices.

Note, I had about 8 bids on this project ranging from 10k to 25k. He is claiming it needs $70k. What a scammer. Do your research, this guy changes company names every so often. He screws over his vendors, declares BK to not pay customers and venders back, and reopens under a new name.

Avoid at all costs.

Yes he is messaging me again, upset about my review. Yes, our interaction was 2years ago. I figured he BKed again (Premier Remodeling is one of the previous LLCs he opened and closed) so I didn't post anything until recently when it popped up as a suggested review. Anyhow, just know you will be hounded if you don't pay his prices and insulted all along the way. Seriously look at all the bad reviews here, Yelp, and BBB. But we must all be in cahoots right?

They were on time and did quality work. My floors look amazing!! I would definitely recommend!!

This team did a great job from start to finish. Pre-treated before the snowstorm, communicated well up until my driveway and stairs got plowed. Quality work at a great price. Highly recommend!

Dustin & his team were great! He was up front & honest about what we needed, and he communicated throughout the job very well. His team was always on time, and always cleaned up after each day they were here. They worked quick and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone & will definitely use them again if we need any other work in the future.
