Got a new ac unit back in January, had to call them back because the ac drain hose was clogged which cause water damage. They never cleaned or checked the hose when installing the new ac unit. They charged me for something they were supposed to do in the first place. When I asked them why are you charging me they said it’s not included for them to check on it even tho we paid for a brand new unit.

Chris was excellent. He diagnosed the issue and explained it well, and ran additional tests to make sure that was the only issue with the heater. I would highly recommend using this company if your heater is experiencing an issue and needs a fix.

Follow up call for a kitchen faucet. Amazingly fast response to my call. Everything fixed!

I came home after a week of being gone in my house was 48° inside. My heater had quit working. I called Haha’s heating and cooling and they sent a young man out by the name of Jesus Legaretta. Selling my house, new buying requested service on the a/c and furnace. I call specifically tell them that’s what I need. She said ya that’s our summer tune up for $100. I said I can’t be there for the service can I leave it open for them to come. Big mistake. My a/c unit is old but worked before they came. So I get a call that now my unit has a large leak won’t hold Freon (it did for 7 years up to this date) will cost 3100 to fill with Freon but best option is replace for 4200. They also informed me that I did not pay for a service I paid for a diagnosis of some problem. The people on the phones have no clue what I paid for some say it was a service some people say it’s just an evaluation. Then I get an email quote for 1900 to do what the guy on the phone said was 3100. Well I had a different guy come out and found the problem. I’m not saying it’s sabotage to sell an a/c unit but look at the pictures and be the judge yourself. Save thousands of dollars by using a different company… trust me. All said and done I got it replaced after the coincidental destruction of my system.

After calling my previous monthly "service plan" provider in Kansas City to price out a leaking gas water heater to new electric water heater conversion, and finding they couldn't do a rough estimate over the phone and it would be a week before someone could come out and upsell me on god knows what.... three more calls to the usual (A.B. May, Anthony, Neal Harris... even LOWES couldn't give a rough install estimate and needed to send Hamilton out)... I remembered seeing Haha's on North Oak and made the call. Within two hours, Faris Haha was at my door assessing the project, sharing (actually caring) what was incorrect or missing from the current setup, and making worthwhile recommendations. By end of day I had an email estimate in hand and an appointment scheduled for install. His team was there within 48 hours and had the entire job done in a matter of hours. 200 amp breaker and line, pressure control valve, expansion tank, remove old tank, reran a bunch of original copper pipe to make it safer and take up less space. The crew was very mindful of our carpets and floors... communication was awesome before, during, and follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The real deal, old school service.

I see all the great reviews here. For some reason my experience has been 2 weeks (May 14 to today May29) and 9 phone calls to get a simple capacitor in my American Standard A/C unit. The tech is great. The office staff (potentially 4 people) have dropped the ball over and over. Midway, Ferris promised he would let me know when Cinch approved this simple part replacement. No return call. Brie was supposed to call Cinch. At about 10 days, I called Cinch. No vendor contact. I stayed on the phone for an hour with Cinch. They said they had the vendor connected to the approval dept. Next day, I call Ha Ha. I was told no approval. I said NO. I took care of this YESTERDAY. “Oh! Well lookie here. I see the approval.” I will have Brie call you to make an appt. How about tomorrow 1 pm. 2 pm next day- nothing. I call Ha Ha. “No. You are not on the schedule for today… smoke begins to slowly come from my ears.. NO- Brie sat with me on the phone YESTERDAY asked if 1 pm tomorrow would work. No appt in the system. May I speak to a manager? I lose my cool. (Pun accidental) “Is this how you treat ALL your customers??? Is this Brie an employee that often drops the ball?” No ma’am. Sorry sorry. Brie is at LUNCH! An hour later on day 15 Abigail calls. The tech will get the part and be there today. Thank you Abigail. What a ridiculous cluster buck.

I called Haha's for ac unit for double story house. They responded very friendly. Scheduled me and they showed up at Scheduled time. Went through my house, inspected vents my existed old unit. They quoted prices, presented me options. Scheduled for installation and timing was great, workers were professional and worked in heat without complaint and without lacking. Company is managed with great leadership, dedicated to please customers. Great experience, great unit, great installation, so smooth. Price was great. They follow up with their work. If I have 10 houses I'll have them install all of it. They cooled me off in Florida heat and made me so happy.

My old AC stopped working while the temperature was 94, I new it needed replaced, so I called Haha's heating and cooling, within one hour they were in my house to inspect the AC and give and Estimate for a new one, I decided to replace both the AC and the furnace, the work started the next day, the employees were extremely professional and on time, Faris the owner kept calling me to make sure I'm satisfied with the service, the work was done in one day and very professional. I definitely recommend Haha's heating and cooling.
