We have had our home cleaned every other week for the past 18 months. Our pro, Natalia Benito is very good and efficient. My 5 children, nanny and I are usually home during her visit. We work together to allow her time/space to work and she is very courteous when she is near the area I am working in. Our home always smells fresh, looks tidy and is clean after her visit.

Avery, in particular, did a stellar job. 5/5 to Avery specifically, phenomenal, and seemed to be their norm.
Most if not all the cleaners did well.

I only give 4 stars because I have only used this service, and not others, so I have a limited frame of reference.
Additionally, the new website seems a bit limited in functionality and but is a new rollout, I may update the review to higher stars if the website is improved.

We had Beatrice and Amanda come for our first cleaning on 11/2/22. They were both exceptional and quick! The home was left immaculate and they took great care to be mindful of the one homeowner who works from home. Bonus: the cats loved them!

Ashley once again did a great job. Great personality, and very competent professional. I want her back routinely.

MaidPro staff are always courteous and helpful. Amber was my provider this month. She did an excellent job and performed all the tasks on the worksheet. MaidPro is a good company to do business with.

My experience with MaidPro was absolutely amazing. My house cleaner was named Summer and she did an excellent job on my house. Her cleaning skills are stunning. After my cleaning, I walked into my house and it was wonderful. The place felt like a hotel, and the calming lavender scent is still here. I absolutely love my cleaner and her personality is wonderful, she is so kind and understanding. I never plan on switching to another cleaning service ever. The work they do here at MaidPro is spectacular. I have to say, this is the best cleaning company in town. I would definitely recommend using this service, and if possible, try to get Summer as your cleaner. 5 stars.

I’ve been a Maid Pro customer for years, and have had a number of really great service providers. Recently, Brianna has been coming to clean for us and she does a terrific job! She’s thorough, careful and diligent. She’s also very considerate and flexible, knowing that we are working from home, and sometimes can’t vacate a space quickly. Thanks to Brianna for taking such good care of our house!

Madeleine came to my home on time. She was very very professional, safe, non judgmental, understanding, respectful, and did a fantastic job cleaning. Getting my home cleaned every 2 wks is my new “self care” treat. Very glad I found this service. The customer service support was very helpful as well and polite. I hope others who are looking for a cleaning service find this post and book maid pro. Great service.

Awful customer service. Maidpro gave the cleaner 5 hours to clean my house. The cleaner spent 4 hours upstairs leaving 1 hour to clean a kitchen, dining room, living room, playroom, and bathroom. She indicated that she wouldn’t be able to finish. I spoke to a manager/owner who said that a different cleaner could come out the following day; however, it was Halloween and I had other obligations at my daughter’s school. So they charged me for 4 hours worth of work that should have been completed in 1.5-2 hours and I still had to clean the entire first floor on my own. I don’t recommend this company!

Skyler is now my cleaner and she is wonderful! She is thorough, efficient and quick and always has a smile. She has never missed anything and leaves my home smelling great and spotless. It is a pleasure to enjoy my clean home!

Emma is a godsend! She is always thorough and puts forth extra effort. After she is done, it is such a comfort to be able to set in my recliner and enjoy my clean home!

Austin R. did an incredible job deep cleaning my house. He was courteous, friendly, and on time. I enjoyed talking with him about our pets. For a first time cleaning, I thought Makayla and Callie did a great job. They ran out of time on one of my bathrooms but will include it next time. I am very pleased and look forward to their service on a continuing basis.

Callie M. Did a fantastic job. We have a room with bookshelves on all walls and she dusted every single book! The house had not been cleaned in a month and she had it sparkling with clean counters, shining hardwood and tile floors and everything tidy, all for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend MaidPro for great service at a very reasonable price!

I would recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for great quality service, and great people! We have mainly had either Callie or Ashley service our house, and both have done a PHENOMENAL job. 10/10 would recommend!
