Don’t call if you’re in a tough spot or trying to play catch up-I tried for an in-home estimate but they said it’s all gravy and they don’t do those. Then they came in on the scheduled cleaning date, looked around, said no, and left. Manager wouldn’t answer my questions really, nor would she look at me when we spoke. Admittedly there were a couple of items that she advised that they don’t do, but I felt the whole thing was poorly handled. Don’t want them back in my home, likely fine by them. A tactful response and less of the no eye contact, mumbling, and lack of a solid response would have gone over better.

My experience with The Cleaning Authority has been good. My house sparkles when they are finished.

I had my first experience with the cleaning authority today. It was a wonderful experience and they managed to ignore my dog who was barking like crazy. Very professional!

Very professional. They were fast, courteous , and respectful and extremely careful when moving pieces to dust.
The ladies were thorough when cleaning making sure under the furniture and in the corners were clean.
Can’t say enough about how good they were.

Rochelle and Samantha have done a great job for me. They are also very committed to cleaning my home to my standards. And they are really nice women.

As always, our monthly clean was awesome. The girls showed up and were very respectful and courteous. They had cleaned my house before so they knew to start on the downstairs first bc that’s where my office is and I work from home.

They were almost finished when my daughter returned home from summer school. She doesn’t like loud noises so she screamed at them to finish. Apologies for that happening.

Anyway, mucho thank you to Team10 (Clarissa & Leah)! You guys did a fantastic job. Please pass on my appreciation to them!

We were very pleased today with team number 4 (Stevi & Natalie )They did an excellent job especially dusting so much better than the other teams have in the past. We would like to request them every time in the future if possible.

First visit here was great! Lori, Shaylee, Amelia, Rachelle, and Samantha were thorough and eager to accommodate our wishes. Appreciate them so much on this holiday especially! 🙏🏻

They did a great job overall. They were also very flexible working around an electrician who came at the same time. Very much appreciated their willingness to modify their process to accommodate some chaos.

I have only had a couple cleanings by The Cleaning Authority and although both cleans were great our second clean by Lori and Rochelle was exceptional! I wish these ladies could clean my home every time. They really did an amazing job and were very pleasant to communicate with about a couple things I needed to be noted for my future cleanings.

Team 3 has cleaned my house twice now and done a fabulous job! They’re friendly and take care of my personal decor, and the time to do a good job. I love that they interact with my kitties too!

Overall, happy with service but few minor things overlooked.... plastic trash can not moved to sweep, clean floor underneath in master bedroom. Laundry room not touched- supposed to get floor cleaned.
Kitchen scheduled for deep clean, didn't clean sink, still had onion peel in drain strainer.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my mom's house for a couple of months now. We are both happy with their service. Everything looks clean and smells fresh without any chemical odors.

We are happy to have Tammy and Maddie clean our home. They are always prompt, thorough, and rarely do either of them need someone to sub for them. We appreciate their help.
