Great work! The 2 cleaning ladies that came to my home were friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. My house was spotless when they left.

I bought a Groupon for 3 hours of cleaning. I got 3 workers for 1 1/2 hours. In that amount of time they only cleaned my kitchen, master bed & bath. I will say they arrived on time, but I feel that I was cheated out of 1 1/2 hours that I paid for. Not satisfied at all!!

I just got a new apartment, & Jackie’s cleaning service card was on my kitchen stove & bathroom stating the home was deep cleaned. It definitely was NOT, i don’t normally right reviews but nothing about the home was “deep cleaned” the stove was disgusting, the bath was disgusting. Do better

I moved from Miami Florida last Year and when we got to our new house that we rented it was filthy nothing compared with the pictures we've seen of the house. We call the landlord and he said he was going to find a cleaning company. He was able to scheduled for the very next day but my husband and I were very hesitant due to the bad experience we’ve gone through already. The cleaners got there at 8:30 like we were told. My husband and I left to do some errands and to check out the city. A few hours later when we got back home since we open the house it smelled amazing and as we walked in for a second there we thought we got into the wrong house. Everything was amazingly cleaned the floors was what surprised me the most it was cleaned to perfection . On top of doing an amazing cleaning job they did this cute designs with our towels and paper toilet it felt we were at a fancy hotel. Needless to say we hired them to clean for us on a weekly basis and we are very happy with their service.

The 2 gals that showed up did a good job on the blinds and windows. But when it came to wiping down our cabinets, I was not pleased. They used spray Pledge which I was fine with since the cabinets are wood. However, I’m pretty sure they got more of it on the counters and floors and even our toaster oven than they did the cabinets. It was a mess to clean up. And the stuff that got on the floor got tracked to all the rest of the floors. I messaged the owner to tell her about it, and she never even responded to me. Will not use them again.

We hired Jackie's cleaning to tackle a dusty, dirty house that hadn't been properly maintained for a year. They did a great job! I did notice some details that were missed, but considering how much work they had to do, the results were amazing!

I contacted Jackie from Texas to do a house cleaning for my mom, who lives in the area. She had an almost immediate availability, and sent her ladies over within two days. Although there was a language barrier, mom was very pleased with the job done, and according to what she told me, they went over and above what I paid them for. We feel we got a great value and a great job was done!

Yesterday I just had Ana and Elizabeth come to clean my house from Jackie cleaning service. I was very impressed with both ladies. They were very thoroughly on cleaning and worked quickly. We had Jackie’s Cleaning Service provide 4 man hours of basic cleaning and were extremely pleased with the results. The two women who came were pleasant, efficient, and thorough. I felt like the house was really clean when they left, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackie’s!

We could not be happier with Jackie's Cleaning Service. We hired her crew for two hours and they made the most of every single minute, even voluntarily taking care of several things that weren't even on our to-do list (I can't tell you the last time our bed had been made!). The effort and attention to detail were both top-notch. I immediately recommended them to a neighbor and a co-worker that same day, and we can't wait to hire them again.

. This was not the service I expected. 3 man hours of “deep clean?” Very misleading. I paid $230 for an hour and a half. The women that arrived just stared at us. No smile, no wave, just awkwardness. They were only asked to clean our kitchen, very small half bath and our living room. NONE of the cabinets were wiped, bathroom walls and crown molding not touched, and the floors look terrible. Hardly ANY dusting. Very disappointed considering what we paid. My kids said, “this was a deep clean?” I did contact the owner with my feedback, respectively. And she did say she would accommodate, and come back and clean areas they missed. I said it should’ve been done right the first time. I finished the things they clearly missed. Never using this company again.
