Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Missouri

They were able to give me a quote same day, worked within my budget and understood my needs. I wasn’t able to keep up with my house due to recovery from the hospital stay.
They even made sure to come before Lunar New Year to clean and worked while my pup was “supervising”

We were just visited by team 2 of the cleaning authority. These were two of the hardest working people I have ever seen! They were fast, friendly, and extremely efficient! I am looking forward to seeing them again. Great job team2.

As always in my monthly clean, you all left my house very clean without all the cleaner smell. It's something I appreciate. You all were very professional, respectful, thorough, and quick. The fact that you were done before my daughter got home from school helped out tremendously. She's autistic and has sensory issues with a lot of excess noise. So, thank you Team 9 (Samantha, Chloee, & Rochelle) very much! I hope y'all have a great Xmas and New Year.

The ladies, Shaylee and Courtney, did a great job cleaning up tracked garden debris in the house from the last few days. I appreciate how pleasant and friendly they are, in addition to being so capable and professional. The house looks and smells so fresh after they clean it.

The ladies are always efficient and thorough. They move through the house smoothly and do a good job. This week I had 3 ladies, Shaylee, Courtney and Karen all working together to accomplish the tasks at hand. Great Job!

We've been looking for a cleaning service for a while and a few weeks ago we got a discount coupon in the mail for the cleaning authority so after looking up some reviews, there were a lot of great reviews for them so we decided to give them a try.
We were assigned team #9 Lori and Jess.
They arrived on time and ready to go. Both were very pleasant to talk to and they did a great job on our house. So far, a very positive experience.
Thank you both.

I am very satisfied. The staff was very friendly, thorough and did an in-depth amazing job!
Looking forward to the next appointment.
Maya and Ashley were "rock stars"

Team 6 - Jess, Kaitllyn, and Julie are awesome - attitudes and performance! The office looks great!

We are so incredibly happy with The Cleaning Authority. We have used other services and never been this impressed. They do a fantastic job!

Team did a fantastic job! Very thorough and a great price.

Friendly and detailed service, I will look forward to having them clean again. I was very happy with the service.

The Cleaning Authority is conscientious, flexible, helpful, thorough and a fantastic cleaning service! I highly recommend them.

Team 9 - Maya and Chloe did a fantastic job in my home! There is no doubt they put their "all" into insuring everything was really clean! Wish I could have this team every time!

I had 2 lovely ladies come to my house for a one time deep clean, they were extremely sweet and friendly and easy to work with. The house was phenomenal when they were done, it was well worth the price I paid and I will be reaching out soon to schedule more regular cleanings. Very happy with this company!

Wonderful job by our team! Fast, thorough, kind, and very efficient! We are very happy with the services they are providing!

Well, this time is not so good. This is the second visit in a row that the mantle & several higher things got missed. I'm tall & most of my friends & family are tall so they see things above 5.5 ft that get missed. Otherwise everything down low gets cleaned each time. Sorry to have to report this.

Team 1, Gwen & Sage cleaned my apartment today. As always Exceptional! Great work. They always brighten my day! You are the very bestest! Thank you to The Cleaning Authority!

Cleaning day is my favorite day, Everyone is so nice and quick. I love having a clean house for as long as it lasts with 4 dogs.

I was very impressed with Beau and Brit. Such a thorough cleaning! Beau even went the extra mile addressing and resolving an issue that he noticed. Both were very professional and friendly and on Time! I would love to have Brit and Beau as my assigned team!

I had a very good experience with The Cleaning Authority today.
Lori, Kylee and Dakota did a great job today. Timely, patient, worked hard and did all I asked them to do.

I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone!!

The amount paid was for an initial cleaning.

We love MaidPro! I like how it's customizable, as in we rarely spend time in the bedrooms in our house, so we've worked out a package where the entire house is cleaned once and then two weeks later, the main living areas are cleaned, then two weeks later, the whole house, etc. It works well with our budget AND we get to spend more time with our young children enjoying our time together!
