Reviews of local pros in Gladstone, Missouri

Jackie’s service is exceptional, they are very thorough and detail oriented. I was impressed with the quality of their work. My bathroom looks brand new every corner and every surface was left sparkling.

Just had Jackie’s cleaning service for a deep clean, results are excellent! Will be hiring for recurring cleaning. Communication has been excellent!

This was the first time I had anyone clean my home. I was so thrilled when they were done. My house never looked better. The gals didn't waste any time AND on the way out after being paid one of them turned around and cleaned the outside glass around the door. That wasn't even on their list of things to do, but she saw a smudge and had to clean it. Once again, I was thrilled and I am excited to have them return.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jackie's Cleaning Service. They cleaned our home after a long vacation, and we'd rented our home for 3 months. It was such a comfort to return to a sparkling clean home - and let me tell you - our house had NEVER been as clean! I don't know how they did it, but they were able to make it look brand new. Jackie is so helpful, and the workers were as sweet as they could be. I felt 100% safe about them being in our home, and we are now hiring them to clean our house on a regular basis. Their services were that good! Can't recommend them enough.

I have used Jackie’s Cleaning Service for years now and they always provide exceptional service. I couldn’t be more pleased with how clean my home is after they work on it. I highly recommend Jackie’s Cleaning Service to anyone that is looking to have their home cleaned. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and overall finished product.

The women showed up promptly during the time scheduled. They are delightful and friendly and got to work right away. I wanted some holiday cleaning prior to hosting guests and their cleaning efforts were above and beyond what I expected and we are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to contact this service again in the future and refer our friends and family. Communication with Jackie was always courteous, professional and gave us the sense that they really valued our business.

I purchased 4 man hours of deep cleaning service. Initially I only requested they clean my 4 1/2 baths but when they finished early, the ladies continued to dust and clean other areas in my home until I had received the full 4 man hours of service (2 workers for 2 hours). The ladies did a great job, they were very thorough and I would hire them again. My only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is that they don’t accept credit card payments.

Very happy with Jackie’s cleaning service! Their crew worked quickly and did an amazing job! The communication was fantastic and it made the process so easy and convenient! I would recommend Jackie’s cleaning service to anyone!!!

I used a Groupon for Jackie’s Cleaning Services today and I’m so impressed! Two ladies came to my house and absolutely knocked it out of the park. My kitchen is sparkling, the floors are so clean—you’d never guess I have two young kids. They were thorough, worked really hard, and left everything looking amazing. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

We've used Jackie's Cleaning for over a year. We have been completely satisfied with their work. The ladies do a very good job! Nice finishing surpises, like folding the towels special ways, making roses and other things designs on the toilet paper rolls and paper towels. We only have them come in once a month cause it is just the 2 of us. And we clean up after ourselves. But when they get finished it is really cleaned and feels good.

This was actually a great service.I would absolutely use this service again.

Outstanding service! They are quick to get us scheduled and always do an amazing job!

Thank you to our cleaners. They are very cordial to talk to and always listen to any of my concerns. They’ve been very patient with the extra clutter in the house since my dad died. Appreciate them immensely!!

The girls do a great job every time. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Team 10 cleaned our house today. They did an excellent job. They even left our dog some treats. We really appreciate how detailed and thoughtful they were. We would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority - Gladstone!

Was very unorganized. Kitchen cleaning not to my standards. Pretty low.

I have used the Cleaning Authority for over 14 years . As funny as it might sound, I always look forward to their visit. The ladies are very professional, do a wonderful job and I enjoy visiting with them. I love the way the house looks and smells when they leave. I wish I could have them here every single day!

I left a review a while back and everything still holds. They have become good friends and I love it when they are here and I love the way the house looks after they leave.

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for over two years and everyone they send are professional and careful. Thank you Natalie and Stevi for always doing such a great job.

They have done a great job. My only complaint is the grout along the floor that meets the wall could use a little bit of extra cleaning. Thank you so much ch

Exceptional cleaning every time with great attention to detail! Another fantastic job by Gwen & Sage today, as usual.
Great to have it done in such a speedy time under two hours too. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for the Best Home Cleaning Service in Kansas City!

Cleaning Authority has cleaned our home for 14 years, and I continue to be very satisfied with their service. Shaylee and Courtney were here most recently and did a great job.
