From the beginning, Tommy was very responsive and helpful! He really cared about making sure our vision could become a reality, and within our budget. The team who built our new patio worked hard to complete our project in a timely manner, while also being incredibly thorough in their craftsmanship. On top of creating beautiful work, every member of this company who we spoke and worked with were very kind, with high-quality customer service. For a backyard project, we invited three well known Hardscape, Landscape and Lightning companies in the KC area, including Integrity to give us their ideas , provide drawings and an estimate . Only Integrity took us seriously and within a couple of days of visiting they provided detailed drawings, 3 d renderings and an estimate of cost depending on final materials we selected. I had to follow up with the two other companies to see if there was any interest. Weeks later i finally got a hand drawings and a estimate .
Integrity actually started a couple of days ahead of schedule, and their very professional crews finished ahead of schedule. Unheard of in today world.

We really enjoyed working with Integrity Hardscapes, and they did a great job on our drainage challenge. We had four companies come out and bid on the project. We felt that Tommy's analysis, insights, and explanation were easy to follow and made a lot of sense. Their straightforward and competitively priced proposal made choosing them an easy decision. Then, when their team came out to actually do the work, I was very happy that the owner, Tracy, came out to review and confirm the plans with me and his team before they got to work. Their team of two worked hard and fast and did a great job. They were friendly and courteous and kept me updated on how things were going. Once it was all wrapped up, Tracy and Tommy came back out to review and make sure we were happy. Another really nice touch. They've done an excellent job and finally solved our drainage challenge, protecting our house and making life easier for us. We're very grateful! We've already been talking about a future patio project with them and would be happy to recommend them to anyone in KC.

Tracy and his crew are awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, clean (never any trash in the yard and they even power washed the street when they were done bringing in material). We are very pleased with the retaining wall built by them and would highly recommend Integrity for any landscaping jobs.

Great job Integrity Hardscape's. When searching for a hardscape specialist I found Integrity on Unilock website . After meeting with Tommy I was impressed with their professionalism(ie detailed proposal, candid comments about costs etc). Hardscaping is different than landscaping... so be careful not to choose a landscape company that also claims they can do hardscape...I wanted a professional job done right.My project required removal of my front concrete walkway and a new base plus pavers( we used Unilock pavers). Like any project we ran into unexpected obstacles with the demo part of my project and Integrity handled the curveball in stride... Their attention to detail and time invested was impressive. Tommy & Tracy and their crews where all professional, polite, cleaned up every night after their work etc. The final product looks awesome, my wife and are happy we invested the extra $$$ on a higher end look . I highly recommend this company.

Integrity Hardscapes lives by their name. We trusted Tommy and Tracy with a complete landscape job for our new home. The sprinkler, sod, hardscape and softscape was either done or project managed by them. Having dealt with dozens of subs through the build process these guys are as good as it gets. The the attention to detail and commitment goes for their crews as well. The guys they put on the job act like owners as well (Artoro, Enrique and Melatone). The install happened in the heat of July and they protected the plants as if they were their own. If you need landscape/hardscape done I can not recommend these guys enough. Truly as good as it gets.

Integrity did a fantastic job on our new patio. They were very professional, responsive, and did great work. We hired them because a few other people in our neighborhood also used them and also had great things to say about them. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Tracy and Tommy were fantastic to work with! We had stone veneers in our backyard pool water feature, retaining wall, grill area, and raised garden box that were poorly installed five years ago and had started to fall off. Tracy responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and gave us an honest evaluation on whether the stones could be repaired or needed to be replaced. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and offered a fair price for the job. The work was completed promptly and to a very high standard—the installation was top-notch. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the area clean. I highly recommend Integrity Hardscapes for any stonework needs!

Fantastic job! Josh came in to fix a job a separate contractor did poorly. He found the issue and was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Josh and his team are super professional, accommodating, and great at what they do. Not only are they affordable, but they’re communicative and their work is of very high quality. I will be referring all of my friends and family to them for any of their future bathroom or renovation needs.

David has done several jobs for us over the last four or five years, including plumbing, painting, electrical, tiling and carpentry. All of them have been high quality work.

The most recent involved a bathroom remodel which required tearing out a shower and installing a bathtub in a barely big enough space. We are very pleased with how it turned out.

David has been great about offering options to keep costs down, while still ensuring high quality work. If he still lived near us, we'd have him do the next bathroom remodel too.

David did a great job. Very professional and personable. Was very willing to work within our budget. Actually made several recommendations that lowered costs. He gave us a Cadillac bathroom for a Yugo price. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

David just finished a bathroom remodel on our home in Brookside in Kansas City, MO. We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and have been none that we have liked better than David. His honesty, attention to detail and willingness to truly understand what our vision was sets him apart. We now have an exquisite bathroom with custom cabinetry. We can't recommend David enough!!

I hired David (Restoration Carpentry & Tile) to renovate a newly purchased house in Fort Collins, CO (June, 2010). It amounted to about $30K in work and David did a wonderful job. He built new windows, put in new doors, built custom benches & seating, coat/hat racks, tile... you name it, David did just about everything. In a short word, you won't regret the decision. I highly recommend his work.
