We had a great experience when they worked on our floor and deck few years ago so we hired them back to replace our gutters. They did a great job again! Josh is amazing!

David and his team were consummate professionals. They completed a full basement bathroom and kitchenette install with all finishing. He also completed a renovation turning our 1990’s formal sitting room into an office with French doors (marriage saver). The work was so exceptional, we had him install some replacement windows and repair some exterior water damage. Honest and fair pricing. Great work. Great people. They’ll be our first call when we need more work.

My experience with Restoration Carpentry & Tile was great. They were very responsive and professional. Even though my job was pretty small, they made me feel like a priority and were able to fit me in quickly. Their work was excellent and they kept the space tidy through the process. I will definitely be using their services again!

David did an amazing job taking our out of date, downtown condo and making it into the space my husband and I envisioned! He was extremely flexible and worked in a timely manner, despite the fact that we had a very tight timeline and were not in the country during 95% of the renovation. He was honest and trustworthy, and he was willing to work with us on pricing to make it fit within our budget. His work is very high quality, and he did not cut any corners when it came to the small things. We love our home and will definitely be calling on him to do a few more things in the future!

David and his crew of gentlemen produced great craftsmanship. They communicated very well from start to finish. They completed the job ahead of schedule and for a fair price. They listened and gave expert advise. They were a real joy to work with. (I only wish I had found them ten years ago when I bought my home.) I highly recommend them.

We hired Restoration Carpentry and Tile to repair fire damage at a rental property. Not only was their work beautiful, but we were absolutely blown away by their prompt communication, how professional they were, their fair pricing, and how they set a realistic timeline and really stuck to it. You won’t be disappointed if you hire these guys.

Dave and his team perform quality work. This project was performed on time, and close to budget. Dave is a great communicator. The team was very respectful of our privacy, and attempted to perform their work with as little disruption as possible. The guys worked hard each day, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of day. Again, my wife and I would happily recommend RC&T. We are very happy with our new bathroom!
One caveat: our invoice was delivered through a clunky system. Dave is working to correct that.

David, Josh and Jeremy have worked on my house twice now and I love how it turned out! They redid my staircase with modern horizontal railings as well as updated my front door and entry way. I have also used them to paint a few of my kids bedrooms. They are kind and trustworthy men that provide excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price.

David, Josh and Jeremy have been a pleasure to work with during our kitchen tear out and remodel project. They’re all reliable men of high integrity, extremely talented at what they do, have always been patient with answering questions, and are always extremely fair on pricing. Their craftsmanship is top notch and we plan to engage with them in the future for other rooms in our home.

David and his crew just finished a master bathroom remodel for us and laid hardwoods in our livingroom. We are very pleased with the work.

We appreciated that they were respectful of our home - its a little invasive having people re-do a master bath as they are working in very personal spaces. The first thing they did was lay plastic in all of the traffic areas to protect our carpet. They made an effort to tidy up each night.

They were very patient and offered good input on our design choices when asked to weigh-in. I changed my mind about several things (including the wall color after it was up!). They just rolled with it and never made me feel like I was putting them out.

They took pride in the quality of their work; we never felt like they were rushing to get through or trying to work multiple jobs at once. We were impressed by David’s attention to detail - he did the ‘little stuff’ without us having to micro manage. The cost was clear up front, and there were no surprises. The price stayed true to the quote; when unexpected things came to light (gutting a bathroom can reveal some unexpected challenges) we were consulted right away. We never felt like decisions were being made without our input.

They were great with our pets who supervised on a daily basis.😊

Working with Josh and his team was an extremely simple process. Their team came in and framed up the whole basement in three days. When I made mistakes on the layout they were quick to give me solutions and fixed it for me. Really thankful we had them do the work. Totally recommend them for any and all construction jobs.

We were referred by a friend and had a fantastic experience working with Josh, David, and the whole team. They fit us into their very busy schedule and worked around our less than helpful availability to renovate and take out a load bearing wall in a house we were purchasing. They were done in under 2 weeks and we were able to move in on schedule! Great communication and such positive attitudes- we will definitely call again!

My wife and I just had a complete basement gut and remodel finished by Josh and team. They did an outstanding job with everything and we couldn't be more happy with our experience. Josh was thorough and transparent every step of the way as we uncovered new challenges in the work (which we completely expected with a 50+ year old home) and was incredibly helpful in suggestions and recommendations as we worked through options. This included bringing in additional outside resources if needed to ensure we got the best price we could to stay as close to budget as possible. With the amount of work we had done, the coordination of everyone needed (construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, HVAC and AC) was incredibly organized and efficient. Additional special shout-outs to David, Jeremy, Joseph and Christian.

We highly recommend this group and we'll definitely be returning to them for more work as we catch the rest of the house up to match our fantastic basement!

I am a real estate investor. I buy single family homes, and rehab them so that they are in top notch condition. I hired Josh to remodel my kitchen. I was so impressed by how much time and consideration he gave towards planning the project with my wife and I, to make sure he was giving us what we wanted. His execution of the project was perfect and timely. And he found lots of ways to save us money! At this point, I can't imagine hiring anyone else to do a remodeling project for me.

We have had a good experience with RC. When we have had questions, they’ve been responsive and if we were unsure about something, they never seemed annoyed about our questions. It was probably extra challenging due to insurance involvement and we appreciate the patience as we worked through (and continue) the pieces of that. Restoration carpentry and tile were great to work with. They provided good insight and ideas and were able to make my vision come to life. They gave a detailed budget and started and finished on time. They were great to keep me apprised of everything along the way. They kept and left everything very clean.
