I have been a customer for about 20 years. I enjoy the people that I have worked with over the years. You are do a great job every time. The guy that came out to turn on my sprinkler system was awesome. He asked me about how I wanted the settings and I was able to tell him and he set it. I greatly appreciated him asking.

We met Jon a little less than two years ago when we explored landscaping possibilities for our new home. From start to finish, he was the most knowledgeable of those we interviewed and he excelled at communication. He listened to our needs well and executed a workable design. Since that time, he has quickly responded to any maintenance tip requests I sent his way.

I generally don't like to post immediate reviews for services done. The true merits of a company can be seen in their long-term follow through. Jon consistently, clearly communicated what he could and couldn't do. He has been a true professional and represents Summit Lawn and Landscape well.

Still very happy with Summit Lawn. It has probably been 8 years of service. Recently had the lawn scape department remove 4 bushes that formed a hedge row and two large hydrangeas and transplanted the hydrangeas. Excellent work and completed in about two hours. Cleaned and charged a very fair price and I was able to create two new iris beds. Just called and scheduled fall seeding. We also had maintenance done on our sprinkler system. All very professionally handled. Even when we have questions about the work done we are given an efficient answer so we understand what did occur. AJ is the landscape designer we have been using to take care of the landscape projects. Very professional and always stops by to see what the next project will entail.
We have been happy and will continue to use Summit Lawn.

We wanted to add sprinklers to the side and back areas that were not previously covered by our existing system, and Summit added an extra zone but they installed low pressure smaller range heads and suggested we water longer. we had been watering for 30 mins every day during summer but it's been of no use as you can see from the photos, just the extra water bills and there are a lot of dry patches. would not recommend.

Nope, I cannot recommend. They were the low bidder for our neighborhood upkeep. Poor service; no cleanup. Not worth the "savings." Pick another bid. Yes, our lousy Chapel Hill (OP) knows. Your crews are as careless as them. Do better.

Made same day appointment and tech was spot on time wise and 100% professional and personable. Have never been disappointed with Summit. Keep up the great work!

Summit has been taking care of our lawn and snow removal for years and gradually have become less and less reliable in the quality and timeliness of their work. It doesn’t matter how many times we complain, nothing changes. Our HOA chooses to continue to pay Summit Lawn, though they know our residents are unhappy with their work. They make promises for scheduling they do not keep. They regularly leave behind messes for us to clean up. We’ve had to call to ask them to come back and finish jobs in the last 12 months. They’ve taken on more work than they can handle and prioritize the communities that pay more, I suppose.

Great pricing and for quality work. Had Sowers and Sons remove all weeds, mulch, pull dead plants, and trim trees. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well.

Definitely recommend using this company. They are great at communicating with you, they provide quality work, and also give tips on other lawn issues if you need it.

Patrick just came out to repair the lawn from a main sewer line replacement (that the plumbing company backed out on) and I quickly decided this is my new go to guy. Everyone needs that one professional you know in your heart you can count on, this is that company. Smart as a whip, professional, and a go getter. Keep this guy in your pocket for everything lawn related.

Patrick has done a great job on my lawn, shrubs, and trees. He's polite and knows his plants.
