Dave did everything he told us he was going to do. He was very thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to clean up their landscape and add new plants. He was great.

I tried to go through the proper channels to get this situation handled but I have decided to go this direction. I tried to reach out to the company when one of their techs lost a bucket on the highway and ended up in my wheel well. It was a very windy day and any experienced technician should have made sure all of their equipment was tied down. Unfortunately I was unable to avoid it without causing a more serious incident and after pulling off the highway, dragging the bucket along with me, I was able to pull it from my wheel and no serious damage was done. However if there had been I feel no response from the company responsible for this technician is unprofessional. This is coming from someone who works in the lawn care industry. I was put on hold multiple times when I called the office and no one ever properly answered the phone, just someone muttering in the background, and the voicemail I left was never returned and of course you can't submit anything through their website. I do hope someone in management does see this review and makes sure this does not happen again.

We chose to remove our wood deck and replace it with a stone patio, and after receiving multiple bids, settled on Summit. Jon Selisker, our project manager, helped bring our vision to life, made valuable recommendations along the way, and tightly managed the project to completion. We couldn't be happier with the results and would eagerly recommend Jon and Summit Lawn & Landscape!!

Humberto and Pablo came to our home yesterday to trim our shrubs and bushes as well as remove our MANY weeds in all of our different lawnscape beds and it looks FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

This company has devolved into a circus. We have had them service our irrigation the last few years, and this year they showed up not prepared to get into the lake. They came out almost 2 weeks later and got it going, but with a few rotors not popping up or rotating, and they left without addressing the situation (whether by informing us or cleaning the rotors). They just drove off. Then they showed up yesterday to do fert application number 2. Almost 3 weeks delayed from last year, while our yard is looking its’ worst in 20 years of living here. They have gotten so big, they can’t keep organized or do a service call without having to be called back.

7-25-2021 Update: The person running the account for Summit claims I am speaking out of turn, when I have lived for 20 years at the address they briefly serviced. Brett talked with me on the phone as I said talking to my dad, the property owner, would not get Brett anywhere because the sprinklers were not operational and my dad has other things to worry about. In the last few weeks, we have discovered that there is a drain plug on the bottom of the impeller portion of the sprinkler pump, which had been nestled up against the in-ground housing and bolted to the floor, physically draining the system for winterization would have been impossible without a considerable amount of time to uninstall the pump to properly drain the system. This lack of proper winterization service by Summit resulted in the impellers and assemblies within the impeller housing being cracked, a loss of pressure, and the system was rendered useless. With that being said, I wholeheartedly do not recommend Summit for any services related to irrigation.

We replaced a paver patio with a new paver patio and we love it. They battled large rain storms and we love the end result.

From the time he started working, it was clear that Jeremy has meticulous focus on quality work and precision. He also was obsessive about leaving the work area and the area around our home SO CLEAN EVERY DAY! The extra work it took to do that after a long day's work did not go unnoticed. I was also blown away by the finishing touches on the last day, mostly focused on how he "put things back together" that were disrupted during the project. Our lawn was returned to great condition and any spot that was touched by the project was returned it's original condition. Jeremy also worked very late into the evening on the last day of the project to make sure the last stone was laid (literally the stone under the water spicket)!

In addition to the great work, Jeremy was just a super nice guy and you can tell that he enjoys his work and takes personal pride it it. As we watched the project take shape, I looked forward to coming home every day to see the progress and to have my quick daily conversation with Jeremy.

We will be calling Summit for any future work we have and will be proud to refer your company to anyone who asks about patio and landscaping work. We look forward to enjoying our family, neighbors, and friends for many years to come in the new space you all have created for us.

Extremely disappointed. Called in May to get a Backflow test. Had to schedule two weeks out for a 2 hour window — no big deal. The day came and I called in the morning to find out what the process would be. The woman I spoke to said that she could have the guy call me when he was on his way — great! (We have a crazy dog and napping babies to juggle so this is helpful to set expectations/put the dog in a place where he won’t wake the napper) I rush to get home WELL in advance of our appointment window and wait. No call. Dog never barks (the Backflow is literally in our front yard so there’s no way we would miss someone) I call and she said that he’s already been by. I say there’s no freaking way. Ask for next steps, she said that they turn the test in to the city when the invoice is paid. Asked when we would receive an invoice and she said at the end of the month. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and have to let her go. Have my husband follow up. He calls that week and is told “the test hasn’t been filed yet” — ok sometimes folks get backed up. At this point we’re concerned that the guy went to the wrong house. We call this week as the deadline is nearing and my husband is told that “the tech called and I sent him away and that we will be charged $90 for a no show fee” are you kidding me?!?! I have phone records and texts with my husband to prove that I received no call. I was home the whole time, no one came to my door. Summit Lawn is a bunch of scammers and cheats. Calling the city is next on my list. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve used Summit Lawn for the last few years. They installed my French drains, lawn irrigation system, and did landscaping design and I also rely on them for my fertilizer and weed control. I also have them take care of my annual lawn aeration and seeding and my lawn irrigation maintenance. They always do a professional job at a reasonable price. All I do now is mow my yard. They make having a yard easy.

Summit Lawn and Landscape is the best! Terry and Brett have the best employees and they are great guys as well! Every service they have provided me has been done to perfection along with being on time and very professional. I put my trust in them and they have never let me down. They are hands down 5+++ star rated company everyday! If you have not used them...you need to and you will be so happy with all there services!

Summit Lawn has been opening and closing our irrigation system for many years. Love working with them. Professional, good communication and work. About all you can ask for.

The gentlemen from Summit Lawn showed up ready to work. They prepped my beds and did a beautiful job mulching all the areas we had discussed. I also had them do some shrub trimming. Summit Lawn exceeded all my expectations. My yard looks great and I am so thankful for all the hard work that Summit Lawn did for me.

Would not recommend this company. There are too many reputable businesses that take care of the customer much more efficiently. We’d used them for our sprinkler system in the past, but one of their workers didn’t finish the job and used profanity while on the phone with me when I called his bluff on his awaiting “other appt.”. Office girl forgot she didn’t own the company and gave her opinion on a situation she had no knowledge of, and finally we spoke with one of the owners. They were apologetic, but again, too many other good choices for lawn care...don’t need the headache with the help they hire.

I contracted Brandon Havlin for landscaping in December 2023. I have a very small front yard and a large bare area that large lawnmowers have chewed up. Brandon seeded this area. Subsequently,he was awarded my parsal’s HOA contract for lawn services. He assured me that he would not have large mowers mow this area. This promise was not kept.

Absolutely a horrific experience; the worst. Buyer be ware and stand clear if this company. They will RIP you off and bill you for time they claim they spent. They ripped me off for a total of 12 hours over the course of 4 visits..... replaced a control box and a new pump which I provided and the system never worked at all; kept tripping the circuit breaker and in the end of $1,100 they said I need to call an electrician. The old pump leaked, but the system powered on before they started working on it. They never even came back out after they put the pump in to check and make sure the system worked as it should. when I complained about the invoice, they said they could send someone out. It they’d have to charge me another $80 hr minimum to look at it. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company under any circumstances. When I disputed the invoice and said I was going to report them to the BBB and The local call for action, I received an email from their attorney trying to intimidate me about slandering them....Ridiculous because my experience are facts that their service as pathetic In my experience then I can tel anyone I want, including the Internet. In the end..... do not do business with these guys.

Marie from Summit Lawn arrived yesterday to kill some weeds. She arrrived early and promptly as we requested. As usual, she was kind, efficient and showed us exactly where whe had sprayed. Summit Lawn has completely taken the worry out of lawn care and weeds etc.. We love this company and appreciate Marie!!

We have been customers of Summit Lawn and Landscape for over 18 years and they have provided nothing but great service. The office staff are wonderful and always polite. The technicians are as always professional and provide exceptional service.

Summit Lawn was quick to respond and quick to come out and accurately diagnose a problem and repair it. They have been stellar in their service for our sprinkler system.

Summit repaired a main line sprinkler line that had been improperly repaired in the past resulting in a second leak in the same location. Staff recognized the problem from verbal description and came prepared to resolve the problem. Service was prompt and technician was very professional and thorough. If/when i need help in the future (it is a sprinkler system), I will call Summit first.

Summit Lawn installed and maintains our sprinkler system. Always courteous and on time. I heartily recommend them.
