I have used Cartwright for years. We have lots of trees and they absolutely know how to take care of them. I worked with Matt this year and he is really knowledgeable and explained everything that needed attention. The staff at the office is another nice addition for follow up and information.
You will be happy.

These guys did a great job. The guy that came out and gave the bid was friendly and professional, and they ended up being the most affordable. I especially liked that they provided their insurance policy up front, without me having to ask. The crew was in and out fast, and the only way I would have even been there was a handful of wood chips in the street (and the fact that the trees had been trimmed, of course).

After Snowstorm Gia, we called about six different tree services to get estimates to clean up about 3-4 trees that had damage. Cartwright was the only company to show up on time to give an estimate. They emailed us the estimate with proof of insurance promptly. Once we decided on Cartwright, they were out bright and early the next morning. They were friendly, fast, and helpful on educating us on the health of my mother-in-law's trees. She was also very impressed how clean their fleet was and the care and clean-up after the job. Next time, we won't even bother calling around. We'll just call Cartwright.

Never thought I'd be impressed by a tree-trimming service, but here we are. Six employees spent 3 hours on my property taking some serious growth out of a total of 12 very tall trees. Not only does the end result look great, but they even cleaned up all of the prior sticks and such that had accumulated prior to their visit, leaving my lawn in better shape than they found it. Although fairly priced, I was hesitant to spend this much for this service, but after watching them work am convinced it was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I used Cartwright for tree removal and stump grinding of a dying mid-size ornamental tree. I found their price to be competitive with other services. What stood out was the timely and helpful communication before and during the removal. The removal itself was quick and professional.

I had a friend Recommend this company to me so I had them come out and Give me a bid on 2 of my tree's well first of all I was told that they would not use any Machinery because they would just Climb my tree's to cut them so than they are putting boards out in my front yard and I said I really don't want you to put them down on my yard because it's hot out and it will kill my grass well guess what it did right where the boards were And I called and told some lady about it and she said she would let the supervisor no and call me back. But never had a call back plus I have a Maple in my backyard that I wanted to make sure that it don't constantly drop branches that's why I had it cut. Well, ever since then, I still had a big branch fall on the ground after I paid 1150.00 to have it trimmed and also my elm and it should of been trimmed enough where I don't still have that problem. So I will not use them again.

Top notch service all around! Crazy to think that's rare these days.... Anywho, spoke with, Matt who came out and gave a quote. Very personable and knowledgeable guy! They got me on the books for a few weeks out which was totally fine with me. Two days before service, Hilary reached out with a reminder and made sure everything was still good. Now the kicker... I wasn't home during the service (We were having a baby! Fun times!) and they still did great work without me even directing them. Shows me from the top the leadership is crisp. Very clear direction for everyone. (I checked on my cameras when I got home lol) They were respectful of property and timely. Will be using them again soon to remove another tree on property for sure. Thank you for your honest business! They even sent a congratulations card for our baby after hearing that's why we weren't home! Awesome customer service from beginning to end!

Cartwright Tree Care always does a great job. This time was no exception. Crew was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. Removed one big dead tree and seriously trimmed two other damaged trees. GREAT JOB.
We appreciate that the first visit is from a professional arborist who can give sound advice on what to do as well as what NOT to do. I wanted dead wood removed from some oaks while they were here. He told me that I would risk harming the trees if we trimmed them now. Will have them come back in the fall to do that work.
I also appreciate that the folks who answer the phone are nice and always take care of my questions and concerns.

I really appreciate their integrity and customer service. Cartwright Tree Care was actually hired by our neighbor to remove two dead/dying trees. One was hanging over our fence and garden area. They were very careful to cut it down safely and ensure the chunks all landed in our neighbor's yard. However, one fell and bounced in a surprising way and broke one of our wooden fence pickets. Their team replaced the picket that very afternoon! We really appreciate their willingness to take care of us and make it right. And I know from talking with my neighbor they were very happy with their work on the two trees. Thank you, Cartwright!

They are the best! We’ve used them for several years and they are always prompt and clean up all debris! They were out here the day after the Friday storm and helped get tree limbs off our vehicles and made sure our trees were safe! Highly recommend Cartwright!

Have used Cartwright several times on my own properties but also for my business. Cheryl and Matt have always taken excellent care of me! They do great work and show up when they say they will and they always clean up. Have been working with them since 2013 and plan to continue for many years to come. Thanks guys.

This was my second experience with Cartwright, the first being a felled tree in my backyard. That was an experience that had to be coordinated with KCP&L. The crew started work on arrival, and kept active in cleaning up debris air sweeping the drive and street where the trucks had to park and be loaded with dead limbs and such. Very professional in all they did. which also got them a job when my next door neighbor had a chance to observe how they did. Cost was reasonable, the job was over the top. This time was to remove two trees and grind the stumps too. Different crew, latest equipment, and everyone knows what to do, and does it. Recommend them wholeheartedly

I have a lot of trees in my yard. I had Nick ,come out and take a look to see what I needed to have done, as I am not a tree person and didn't have a clue. We walked through my yard as he explained about all my trees and what needed to be done to each. He gave me a bid, I accepted and the very next day he and his crew were there taking care of my tree needs. I was there when they started the job and was very impressed watching how they assessed what needed to be done and then they all got straight to work. I had to leave before it complete, so when arriving home and seeing what a huge difference it made and that my yard was actually cleaner when they left. I was smiling from ear to ear! Hats Off !! Integrity based business with a great work ethic!

I recently needed to have a couple of trees removed so I got multiple bids from a few different companies. From the my first encounter with them I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. When they showed up to perform the work they brought an amazing crew that never stood still and when the work was done there was no sign that they had been here with exception of 2 missing trees. A great company and a great crew, I highly recommend them.

They are polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had a very tight schedule for my project and they were very responsive to my needs. They also gave me terrific advice for the long term Carr for my trees when they were on site. Will definitely be giving them a call in the fall for more work that I need done. When you need a tree specialist, look no further!

Cartwright Tree Care is the best. Our free estimate was completed quickly and efficiently and they were able to schedule our service within 2 weeks. The price was very reasonable and our estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful.

When the crew arrived, they went right to work. It is amazing to see them climb right up the tree and trim branches. It's like watching a high wire act at the circus.

I bet it didn't take much more than an hour or so for them to trim up the two trees, haul away and chip the limbs, and pick up and rake the areas involved. I'm pretty sure they picked up branches that they didn't actually trim off the trees.

This was our first experience with Cartwright and we'll certainly call them for all of our tree care needs.

Mark and his entire crew were exceptional from start to finish. Mark kept us informed during the entire multi-phase process and answered any and all questions that we had. We can't say enough about Cartwright and their employees. Hands down the best company, you can't go wrong with them!!

I will never use this company again. They butchered our trees and destroyed our front lawn. The workers were low-class, rude, and seemed more interested in getting done quickly rather than doing the job right. The amount of cleanup I had to do after overpaying them for the service left me fuming. I should have gotten more quotes because I found out I could've gotten the trimming done cheaper by a couple thousand dollars. Keep looking, because Cartwright will screw you.

You'll love working with your first contact who is Matt Graham. He's very knowledgeable and personable and will shoot straight with you about what you want done. The crew is prompt and always interested in knowing if they are meeting requirements. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked quickly and safely. They have done several jobs for me over the years, and I keep calling them back.
