Constraction reviews in Independence, Missouri

I can only say that Justin is a very good worker and his people were simply amazing!!!! I srongly recommend Recon Restorations for your projects.

Justin and his crew did a great job taking care of our roof. He was easy to work with and very helpful throughout the process!

Recon Restorations did a wonderful job replacing my roof and gutters. Their team was quick, professional did a quality job. I recommend them without any reservations!

Recon Restoration responded immediately to replace my damaged roof that resulted from a hail store in the Liberty ,Mo area. Within a couple days, Justin Moyer begun to work with my insurance company, and within 3-4 days, the roofing materials arrived. The next day, Mr Moyer and his crew started removing the roof and in two days completed the work.
The actual workers were highly professional, courteous and kept me informed as to progress over these two days. Clean up and removal of old material was superb. On a scale of 1-10 they rate way above 10.
Justin Moyer is a superb manager and was thorough with all paperwork and advisories as the project evolved. I rate him well above 10 on the same scale. However i must say something else about Mr Moyer.
His communication throughout was excellent. His coordination with USSA Insurance could not possibly be better. He even sends scope of work, contracts and the certificate of improved material to insurance- i did nothing. He did it all- a surprise to me.
I doubt other roofing companies “ take care of everything” like they do.
Neighbors were even impressed by the efficiency. I was impressed by workmanship, communication and coordination with insurance. I have had numerous home improvements or home work done over the years. This was the best!! Highly recommended!

I needed to put my house on the market and Justin came out the next day to repair the fascia on my house so we could get pictures taken. I can’t thank him enough for coming over so quickly!

Justin was great to work with. Very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was extremely pleased with my new roof and gutters and will definitely use his services on other projects.

After looking things over Friday and providing a bid, Justin's crew was on site Saturday to do a roof repair before an afternoon snowstorm. Very timely, reasonable rate, and great work!

We used Recon Restorations for a New Roof, Gutters with Leaf guard's and Skylight. Justin was on point from start to finish , He met with Insurance adjuster and went over all the damage with him. They always answer when you have a question and keep you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this company.

The best Roofing company in the Kansas City area!! The customer service and urgency to help out the customers from Justin and his team are the best at what they do! If you need a roof call Justin the Shingle Lawyer!!

Justin was a pleasure to work with. He handled everything professionally and walked us through the process of having our roof and gutters replaced due to storm damage. Highly recommend this company! Professional and responsible!

Moving from California to Kansas City, hail storm damage was not something we were familiar with. Justin and Mo made our life easier by helping us with the process from a free roof inspection to somehow getting new roof and gutters. We would be loss if it wasn’t for this duo, if you’re looking to update your roof or just need a free inspection contact Justin and team.

I had a 7 year old leaky roof. Justin came out and did a great job working with me and my insurance company. They did an amazing job installing my roof and I'm very satisficed with how it turned out. The most important thing is, He's a man of his word and that goes a long way when making large financial decisions like this.

Recon Restorations company did amazing job on my house . Our house had many problems with sidings , roof and also damaged chimney . Animals like squirrel , bats entered through the damaged chimney and had rough time listening animals ruining around our walls .We contacted Recon Restorations ,Justin came out and did a thorough assessment on the house and explained to us what needs to be done and helped us with our insurance too. They fixed all the rotten woods , placed a new beautiful roof and painted the house . With reasonable price .We are so happy our house looks amazing and no more hearing unwanted visitors at night scratching our walls .

Justin and Aaron truly went to bat and fought for us with the insurance company for a roof and gutter replacement. They’re both extremely driven and have shown their wealth of knowledge regarding roofs and siding. If you have an experience anything like us, most of the waiting is going to be on yourselves or the insurance company since they both provided timely feedback throughout the entire process. These guys are great!

Justin was great to work with in building a gazebo for me. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The finished product was exactly what he promised. I highly his company and will definitely use it in the future.

RT Construction and the experience I had was outstanding. My initial call was answered immediately and I was called right when they finished my roof inspection. They explained everything in depth and were extremely honest that actually my roof was okay and didn’t need any repairs after a major hail and thunderstorm. If you are looking to have any inspections or repairs I will highly recommend that you go with RT Construction if you want to be treated well and given honest answers.

Thank you again for the service and honesty and I highly recommend RT Construction if you ever have a project that needs to be worked on!

I recently used Recon Restorations to replace roof and gutters on my home and was very satisfied with them. They worked with Insurance Company on claim and took care of everything for me. Will definitely use again. Thanks Recon for job well done.

Justin, Aaron, and the crew did a great job. I have a small roof but Justin went to bat with the insurance company and did everything he could to get them to cover a new roof. While that wasn't possible, I appreciate his efforts and for working with me to still get a much needed replacement. His crew is fast, proffesional, and do a good job with cleanup. There are a couple punchlist items but I have and will recommend them to neighbors as well as friends.

I would like to appreciate all the good job they done to our roof, gutter and siding of our house.
There job net and detail.
All the employees are very patient and never cut a corner and open.
We are so blessed to work with recon company.
If you allow to do your job you will never regret.

Justin & Mo made the process very quick and easy working with our insurance company from start to finish. Justin made upgrades on the shingles and venting, and included a new sky light that was not included from our insurance company. We are very happy with the new roof and it looks amazing. It is also awesome that they made a donation to shelter2service in our name. We highly recommend them.

We had the roof on our house replaced and since they did such a great job with that we had them do our business roof also! Justin was so responsive and informative. When weather made timeline changes he kept us informed the whole time and made the process really simple. I would recommend him to all my friends!
