Pleasant and professional. I unfortunately spilled wine on my laptop and some research indicated that I needed to get I professionally washed due to the corrosive nature of wine. While Catco usually does large scale jobs rather than individual boards, the agreed to wash it anyway. Once washed, the technician indicated some areas did not clean up well and gave me identifying numbers on the motherboard for those areas. I had assumed that I would pay for their services whether the board's function was restored or not. The customer service desk person said that since the cleanup results indicated that the board function may not have been restored and they had no way that they could test it, they would simply return the board to me at no cost......... Gee. I thought that was very generous on their part. I have to say that being unemployed at present, I did not insist on paying. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and can only say that my experience with Catco was great.

Neighbors house caused water damage to mine. Left work early to meet with Co. rep who said they would take care of issue, spray antimicrobial, clean carpet and stretch back in place to original condition before water saturated carpets. Week later I check back, get the runaround he's talking to adjuster, will call me back, 2-3 weeks later I call again (they never return phone calls) and finally said I had to go back thru insurance company or file a claim with my insurance company. Wouldn't give me the name of the adjuster. Why can't companies just do the right thing. Why do we always have to get lawyers involved and end up paying thousands more . Where are the business ethics. now I'm on perpetual hold with USAA insurance , (said a 7 minute wait and so far its 23 minutes.

Ryan has always been there when I need him. He is always prepared and gathering information to promptly address the emergency situation. Communication is key in emergency situation and , Ryan, is always on top of it. Ryan takes that next step to assure everything is going smoothly. I am impressed with his dedication and superb professionalism in handling his clients needs.

Justin and his team responded quickly to some water damage. They were onsite within the hour, and were able to mitigate the damage so no extensive demo and repair had to take place. Highly recommend!

My house just isn’t the same. Our Project Manager never new what was goin on. Our sliding glass door isn’t right. They painted our house the wrong color, which we accepted because we wanted to get home. I have imperfections in our drywall that was never there. The whole process wasn’t well managed. Would not recommend.

Ive never left a review before but this is a big deal! I'm not picky or hard to get along with. IF could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!!! I've chased this company around since May! Took them forever just to remove the tree that fell on my house. Charged my insurance a crazy amount(almost 10,000) just to remove a tree! Then I had to sign a separate contract to do the roof repair. The guy I was working with either quit or was fired. Suddenly the number I was quoted changed. I contacted my insurance and asked them to check into it. They told my insurance i told them i didn't want them to fix my roof anymore!! I had never said that!! That was the excuse for the change in cost!!? Don't trust these people!

BEEARE! onsite will charge you for items they did not do. They have caused us many problems it has taken over two years and they still have not completed my house and the items they did put in the house half dont work . They never respond in a timely fashion and the manager they had by the name of DAN was not a man of his word to fix these problems they hid it from corporate office for over a year. This has caused financial and personal problems for my family ..now we are still coming out of pocket to fix there mistakes. There construction workers left trash, beer bottles and urine filled water bottles to the point the homeowners association complained.

I have nothing but good things to say! They were professional and timely. Especially considering work was done during Covid, when seems every homeowner was doing improvements of all kinds. I spoke with several contractors from landscaping to windows and they were all booked out for months! So when water damage occured in my home, I was amazed, and quite pleased, First Onsite responded so quickly. Special thanks to Project Manager, Dan Lorhan. He was wonderful at keeping in touch with me on work progression, as well as giving me ideas and ways of stretching my dollars to get the most affordable outcome. I would highly recommend First Onsite!

Ryan has been amazing, honest, reliable and good communicator. Received bids in a timely manner and they do excellent work! Highly recommend and our company is very pleased. We will continue to do business with them!

Dan and his whole team completed the project in our house to our satisfaction . We are so glad we chose their firm to refurbish our house. We highly recommend their organization. Moreover, Dan updated us on the timeline of the project which was completed before the projected date.

I cannot tell you the panic I felt when I realized my bathroom on the main floor was flooding only to go downstairs and see water pouring through the light sockets in the basement room... DOUBLE PANIC! I had enough common sense to reach out to Cheryl L. at First Onsite and they were here in minutes to assess the situation and make a plan for remidation of all moisure in the main and basement levels. ALL of the staff were so amazing at communication what needed to be done while also being patient with all of my questions as well as panic throughout the process. This is one of the life situations perfectly described as "you don't know what you don't know until something crazy happens then you know..." I learned a LOT as service providers came to my house mulitple times to measure and access the water/moisture situation. Doing all the could to prevent tearing up floors and ceiling but also assuring that everything would be super dry and free from any issues - currently and in the future. Fantastic job from start to finish with our basement flood. Every representative of the company communicated well every step of the way and performed a top notch job. We’ve had 2 previous floods with mold growth afterward and the accommodated my persistence that everything be thoroughly dried and sprayed with antimicrobial. Would highly recommend!

One of the worst companies I’ve worked with as far as customer service. They left our project incomplete for MONTHS with basically no contact. That was bad enough then I got on a payment plan where they had no wiggle room on late payments (I’m talking a day late & they would threaten to send to collections) and no way to pay online. Very rude people all around who essentially won’t take the blame for their own mistakes and won’t give their customers any grace. Extremely frustrating - I will never recommend their company.
