I cannot recommend this company enough they showed up and showed out with excellent quality and professional service. They repaired my wood rot, sealed everything, prepped and painted my house in 3 days cleaned up and couldn't even tell they were there except for the quality job left behind I will definitely be using them again

This review has been on my to do list for a long time, and is way over due, however, do not let that subtract from the content. My experience with 2 Pals Painting has been exceptional. From start to finish. From the very beginning Noe and Max were thoughtful in listening to my ideas, and sharing some of their own . They were clear on the estimate, Incredibly polite, and punctual. Max is meticulous with the prep work and Noe has an eye for every detail with every coat of paint. The end result was just beautiful in my kitchen. I would not use anyone else for my painting jobs. So if you enjoy supporting local family own business and receiving a quality finished product 2 Pal's Painting is the way to go. They will treat you right.

Very happy I selected 2 Pal's Painting. They were quick to show for a quote, I felt heard when I expressed to Max what I was wanting for a color in 2 rooms, he came back with a selection that tied in a few different blue accent walls. The solution to address a closet challenge was to suggest making it an accent color like the front door; and the creativity Noe used to fix problem points was an unexpected bonus to a wonderful job that fit my budget and time frame. A great job and customer service experience. A very satisfied customer.

Talk about a tale or perseverance - in a GOOD way! These gents overcame a major surprise in what I thought was going to be an easy paint job when I decided to convert a walk in closet into a work from home office space - the boards on the walls that supported the former shelving should’ve been secured by nails when the walk in was built. Instead, we found out that they were glued with heavy duty construction glue! No way to take them down (and they had to come down to accomplish what I wanted) without causing damage to the drywall.

Noe was upfront in letting me know everything involved in the new plan, which meant my one day easy paint job turned into a three day renovation project. There was of course a change order involved… more time, more expense, and nobody works for free… but it was more than fair and reasonable considering the added work that needed to be done.

The project came out PERFECT, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Thanks to Noe & Max, my new work from home job will be spent in a bright & cheery workspace instead of what was once a closet.

My home had steel siding put on over 30 years ago and had never been painted since. I always planned to paint it myself but could never find the time. Based on the great reviews I read, I decided to reach out to 2 Pals Painting for an estimate. They responded quickly and provided a detailed estimate that I thought was very fair. After accepting the estimate, It was only about a week before they showed up and began the process. They finished in three days. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. I'll try to post before/after photos later. It's not letting me at this time.

Pros:
Friendly, quick to give a bid, the paint looks great on the cabinets and walls. I did not end up liking the color I chose and they offered to repaint for less than half the price (in addition).
Cons:
Did not mask the kitchen door when spraying kitchen cabinets and a fine dust of paint was on almost everything in the living room. They did not mask all of the kitchen floors and ended up painting the floor. Either Max is color blind or he was gaslighting me. I picked an bright color green for our cabinets and he swore he couldn’t see the paint on the floor. Pictures show what I am referring to. He did attempt to clean the paint off, and offered to come back weeks later to fix it. My husband and I ended up spending the entire night and next day cleaning paint off the floors, countertops, window sill, and wiping down everything in the living room. He actually asked me not to write a review if I was unhappy.

If you’re looking for painters, stop here because you’ve found them! I cannot say enough good things about 2 Pal’s! We hired them to paint the trim and shutters of our home, and they did an incredible job. They were so thorough from start to finish. From their quick response to my initial inquiry, to answering all my questions, providing a quote, and power washing before they painted. They didn’t miss a single detail in getting the job done beautifully.

Their work is meticulous, clean, and professional. I can’t find a single speck of paint where it’s not supposed to be, and those kinds of details are not lost on me. Thank you, guys, for your hard work, and for brightening up our home! We’re so thrilled!

We wish we could give more than 5 stars. 2 Pal’s Painting did outstanding work! We hired them to paint an old, yellow-ish loft ceiling, and now it looks like brand new! They were so careful to wrap beams and protect the entire area. They treated our space like their own. Excellent all the way around.

We loved the interior painting so much, we had 2 Pal’s paint the exterior of our house and outbuilding. They prepped, repaired, painted, and ensured quality from start to finish. Our 85-year-old plus home and outbuilding both now look fantastic. We highly recommend them for your painting projects.

RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. They hung a key box on our property to access it. It got broken then our property was broken into. Not once did they offer assistance even though it cost us over $3000. The final straw was that after the project was finally completed and we wrote the last check, they came back 2 months later saying we owed more money. I told them they needed to file a claim with our insurance as I've already paid out everything they submitted. Instead of doing that they waited a few more months then threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay. After a very heated conversation they finally contacted the insurance company and a check was cut. Avoid these people at all costs.

The KC First OnSite group is great to work with. I always know I am in good hands anytime we call them out to a loss. They communicate clearly and do quality work.

First Onsite has responded to emergency calls for the school district. They were fast to respond, The documentation and reports they submitted were precise. Carmen Martinez immediately responded to my phone call and was onsite within an hour to direct their staff. They finished the job ahead of schedule. First Onsite will be my first call in the future.

First On Site is very competitive in their pricing. I had them do a mold remediation / abatement of high value at a commercial property I manage and it was done very professionally and in a very timely manner. I do recommend!

Water came in my Loft. Jason, Mauricio, and Ron were able to take care of me. Knowledgeable, and professional.

I have very bad experience with Catco company. If I could I will put zero stars for Catco business . One day they was the storm and the tree fell on my house and damage only one room . My insurance company has contract with Catco and insurance company send Catco to fix my house. Catco took 5 months to fix only one room .Catco replace carpet , did ceiling paint the walls replace gutters and did the roof. I can't believe it took them 5 months. My deductible only 2500 and I paid Catco to start working on my house. My insurance company also send 2 checks for Catco. When Catco company was done with my house they have to send final bill to my insurance company and they didn't. Catco company keep harassing me I owe them money . Catco keep sending bills to my house and saying they're going to put a lien on my house if I don't pay them. In the future I will never will do business with Catco company again in my life .They do very bad job and they're very rude . Catco company has very bad customer service.
