Knowledgeable, professional and diligent he fought for my best interests and was able to get me a Lot more funding from the hail insurance claim than they were originally offering , finding other damage insurance never even looked for. I ended up with a great looking quality roof and gutters at no out-of-pocket expense for me. Good experience and would recommend to others. Great job overall.

They were both very communicative and kept me updated along the whole timeline, and made dealing with the insurance side of things painless. After the roof was finished, Johnny and team came out to install the new gutters and even suggested an alternate color that looks great with the new roof.

I was very happy with recon restoration company and particularly the owner Justin. He was there every step of the way. The crew worked hard & long hours. My shake roof was replaced with composite. Removing a shake roof is hard and dirty. The crew cleaned up very well each day, they were here on time, and Justin checked in frequently. Justin also worked Tirelessly with my insurance company. I liked the fact that the company had all needed supplies. I got other estimates for my roof and could confirm that what I was charged by Recon was fair and appropriate. All I have to say is that WOW !!! Justin and his team are a godsend. as a single mom, I called Recon Restorations to come out because I had a leak and my area was hit by severe storms. just immediately took action tarped my roof, and then showed up on the day of the adjustment and ended up getting the roof covered by insurance and the gutters and even the shed. Highly recommend Justin and his team at Recon Restoration. I had initially contacted them to repair a damaged gutter and after coming out to bid the project, he noticed my roof had hail damage as well. After talking with Justin, he walked me through submitting an insurance claim to get us a new roof. His team was very quick to get the new roof installed and help with replacing the damaged gutter. Definitely will be using Recon Restoration in the future when the time comes for new siding as well.

In May a Neighbor’s tree fell during a storm. It crushed both our vehicles and severely damaged our roof. We had three contractors bid on the repairs for the roof. Justin at recon restorations was the third that we spoke to.

Recon Restorations fixed my rotting fascia board and replaced the gutters. They also fixed a leaking furnace exhaust on the roof. The workers and owners were very professional. The best part is when I had a question，the owner came over explain the situation. The prices were fair as well.
