We had a frozen pipe at the university and no one else would come out. They were on site within two hours and rescued us.

I had an issue with my irrigation system. I called a few companies out to see if they could find the issue. As the weather starts to heat up I wanted to make sure my new plants were being watered. Both companies were not able to resolve the problem, one insisted that we would need to do a huge replacement on nearly everything but the piping. I called Unitad out and they figured out the supply system issue that was coming from inside the house. Instead of having to pay for an entire overhaul, they were able to resolve it in just a few hours and save me a ton of money.

We had an issue at work that was far and above outside of in-house solutions. It had "been fixed" a couple times by handy guys on the crew, but kept coming back. Had a few companies come in to quote the repair this time. Unitad pointed out that they had seen the problem before and that the actual problem just led to the symptom we were seeing. Nobody else mentioned it. I ended up reaching out to all of the other companies again wondering if the scope of work entailed fixing the "origin issue", and none of them did. A couple companies came out to investigate my question with a foreman in tow and all found the same thing that Unitad knew about and caught the first time. Unitad ended up getting the job in the end. These guys were good. They showed up ready to work, knowledgeable, customer friendly, and fast. They ended up finishing the job early (they even had the fastest completion date of all the quotes), cleaned up better than most trades I've dealt with in the past, and worked with our self-admittedly difficult scheduling that we put them through. Needless to say they have been our preferred vendor for the past couple years and we haven't looked back. Every now and then my company forces a job that we can't default to the preferred vendor, and I get stuck with the aftermath that eventually gets cleaned up by Unitad anyway. These guys are great.

Following a service visit by Mike's sprinkler technician, one sprinkler remains unrepaired. After contacting Mike, I was informed, following a half-day delay, that a separate appointment with the technician is required and that I have to do it and pay for a new visit

Had an urgent problem come up and needed someone to quickly come out and fix it for my family's small shop. The quality of the work they performed was outstanding. Not only did they resolve the initial issue, but they also took the time to address any potential underlying problems, preventing future headaches and additional expenses. They explained the issues and what repairs would be necessary in a way that I would understand. (I have zero contract/plumbing experience) Their commitment to delivering a comprehensive solution was truly impressive.

Today we had pipes freezing due to the extreme cold temperatures and we were unable to operate as normal this morning. Mike and his team quickly answered the call and got us back up and running in no time! Would recommend him for any job home or business!

Mike and his son did an excellent job repairing two leaky copper pipes in our basement. He was upfront and honest about the work that needed done. The first day he came out, it was too cold and snowy to risk shutting off the water, if something went wrong it would take far too long to locate the main shutoff to the house. We were able to reschedule once the weather was warmer. I watched him work (because I am ridiculously fascinated by those sorts of things) and saw first hand how much went into replacing the 70+ year old copper piping. Mike insisted on replacing copper with copper and that is what originally sold me on his services. I thought his quote was more than reasonable for the work done and materials used.

Mike said the bulk of his work is commercial, that the residential jobs he gets are through word of mouth. He was recommended to us by a friend and I absolutely recommend him to anyone needing work in this area. We’ll definitely be contacting him again when we need other work done.

we had a sewer failure and they dug it up and repaired it- great customer service and attitude, super impressed with how smooth the process went! as a woman, you always worry about these kinds of things especially being overcharged.. I felt they were reasonably priced and very honest! would recommend to ALL my friends and family!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Very unprofessional after giving multiple chances to redeem the situation. Thomas missed three set appointments. The morning of each appointment he had no clue about it even though he made the appointment and pick the time and day!!! Getting him on the phone was a hassle no answers or callbacks had to go through the warranty company multiple times to contact him to get an answer about missed appointments. Watch out for people like this they just want to come out and get the service fee but not really take on the complete job!

This company was amazing and truly a blessing. Im giving a 5 star review. We had some issues with a broken pipe and they showed up on time, actually earlier than expected, which was perfect for us. These guys worked hard and were very customer service oriented making sure that they communicated with us to make sure we were aware of their every move from before they got here and till they left. They were extremely affordable and they went above and beyond to make sure clean up looked like they weren't even here. Thanks again Unitad Services. I will be using you guys from here on out in the future and will recommend your company to everyone.

My experience with this company was terrible. Apparently Unitad Services does not wish to honor work for Choice Home Warranty. United Services was dispatched to our home to inspect our furnace. That's all they did; no follow up or phone calls after that. A real company would treat theor ustomer better than simply ignoring the issue when our family was in time of need of heat. This company apparently does not respect their customer and only seeks to work on projects that pay a lot of money. My family did not mean anything to this company when we needs their help. If you need HVAC/Furnace repairs, seek a respectable company that cares about their customers and not simply big bucks.

Mike was the LEAST professional plumber/contractor ever. One star is too generous for him. Came out quickly through a home warranty service for a WRONG diagnosis, but NEVER came back to actually fix after taking the call fee. I guess (based on what warranty company suggested) he realized won't make much money from this work, so he just stopped all communication WITHOUT telling me ANYTHING. That was after he said he can come out in 2 business days to do the work. I also even agreed to pay $700 out of pocket to get the job done but apparently that was not enough for him. I called him 26 times in the span of 3 weeks. Left several voice messages and text messages that we used before to communicate. No answer or follow up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE 'UNITAD' service. (you can't even find the business online easy enough because Google thinks I must have mistyped 'united'. I should have known this reflects the unprofessionalism.)

We love our new kitchen!! From start to finish, this team worked to make our dream come true. Renee went above and beyond everyday for us! She really made the experience as painless as possible and wouldn’t let us compromise on anything! She wanted it perfect for us and it was!
