Fair price. Deck looks great in spite of the fact that the stairs aren't plumb to the deck and the deck boards themselves are uneven and wavy in spots. Been waiting for almost a year to have one of my railing post caps replaced. I had electrical outlets underneath my old deck. I was told that the crew could handle the reinstallation of that electrical work on the new deck. Well, let's just say they're better at building decks than they are running electrical connections. I ended up having to spend $400 to have the job done correctly. I was also told during the bidding process that one piece of my siding would need to be replaced. That was never done either. All in all I'm happy with the deck in spite of the aforementioned issues.

Deck installation was seamless and completed with skilled precision, making the outdoor space instantly inviting. Clear communication and prompt work made the whole process quick, leaving a fresh, quality deck without any hassle.

Hired Construct KC to build a wheelchair ramp for a friend of mine. They blew me away, the finished product was beautiful, and they were timely and very professional. Their price was reasonable too. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore. Can't say enough about them.

W​e were in the m​idst of having some outside house repairs​ and updates​ completed and we needed a crew that could accommodate the tearing down of our old deck in a timely manner. When we called​ to say that we were ready for them they showed up to accommodate this need and then returned and built a nice solid 16 x 20 composite deck​ from ground up.

​The deck, stairs and built in 6' bench were nicely trimmed out in the two colors of decking that we had chosen. With the black railings the deck ​has turned out looking very nice​ and we are greatly enjoying it. We appreciate the hard working crew and the communication​ given from the initial contact to completion.

Constructing KC just finished repairing our 25-year-old ipe deck, and they were fantastic. The deck was originally built around a few trees that eventually had to come down, leaving some tricky repairs behind. Ipe isn’t easy to work with, but Scott and his team handled it beautifully — professional, responsive, and great to work with. Even came back for a few small adjustments without hesitation. Highly recommend them!

The guy had one job, to measure and cut wood. I figured out all my measurements beforehand and he 1. Cuts everything to the wrong measurements 2. Cuts everything in the worst possible way so I had to end up buying more wood because he messed up. Just buy your own saw, it'll save you time and money.

STAY FAR AWAY from the Home Depot flooring department. The staff onsite are friendly and knowledgeable, but the contractors they use are a NIGHTMARE. My materials "delivery" consisted of me being charged almost $100 for 2 men to carry and deliver my flooring. What I ended up getting was one guy in a truck who dumped the materials onto a patch of grass outside of my gated condo complex. I had to get an exacto knife, open the materials myself, and carry them all inside one box of planks at a time. When it came time for the installation, after waiting several weeks to even schedule an open appointment, my contractors just DIDN'T SHOW UP. This was after making work arrangements, finding a daycare for the dog, etc. At 9 AM the day of, I have to first call them!!! to find out they just can't come that day. Really? Do yourselves a huge favor and find a more professional company to work with.

I just had 15 mini blinds cut for my new home last night... When I go back in to get one that we overlook, the lady look me right in my eye and said that we don't cut them... She repeat it again with I don't and won't cut them. So when i call another Home Depot (Gladstone)the Flooring department say bring it here we will cut it for you.. With no problem, i just want to finish my project and not have to drive over time. The other Home Depot help me and was so friendly, I think I will be shopping with the one with more customer services.
