Kleweno did my first kitchen in 1989, and I still loved it 16 years later when I sold my house. It was an easy decision to go with Kleweno all these years later. Every morning when I walk into my kitchen I break into a smile--I absolutely love it! They don't just make beautiful kitchens, they make smart, functional ones. Their attention to detail, patience and pursuit of excellence is above and beyond and they make a potentially stressful process a wonderful one. They listened to what was important to me, and they made it come to life. I recommend Kleweno without reservation!

We are so happy with our new kitchen. It has been a little over a year since Kleweno completed the remodel and we couldn't be happier. We chose Randy and Genevieve because of their experience and knowledge, and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Genevieve's design, everyday cooking is a pure joy.

Kleweno was fantastic! We had some challenges with supply chain but we understood this was no fault of theirs and they were gracious and patient throughout. They took a very small, dated kitchen in our condo and gave us a huge, functional, beautiful kitchen with a huge laundry/pantry space. Their task was to “hide” a large cement support pole and they accomplished this beautifully. We also had a lot of wasted space and that space became the pantry. Their ideas were brilliant. We throughly enjoyed the design process and could not be happier. We highly recommend them.

If anybody can make remodeling a pleasure, Kleweno can. They carefully worked out every detail with kind consideration of my needs and wants. They were mindful of my financial situation and never tried to push me to buy beyond my means. I LOVE my new kitchen. It's beautiful and easy to use. I am deeply grateful to them for everything they have done for me.

As an art lover, I splurged on a custom backsplash made by Archival Designs. This has enhanced my life and gives me pleasure knowing that I've supported local artisans and their family. Kleweno routinely utilizes local artisans providing an opportunity to create something original while supporting the arts.

Same experiences as the other reviews. Failure to address warranty issues after multiple requests. In addition he threatened legal action if I posted my concerns on social media.

Class A people work for this company and their work really speaks for itself. If you're in the market for a custom home give these guys a shot. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

I had a remodeling project I was wrapping up and reached out to NMC for help on insulation. They suggested a new kind of spray foam and quickly and affordably knocked it out for me.

Builders are inevitably not easy to work with, but here are just a couple pictures of issues that are STILL NOT FIXED, and we closed on the house October 31, 2018.

We have contacted the builder, Jeff Johnson & the project manager, Jon Blythe at least 15x to correct these issues, as I really didn’t want to have to resort to social media reviews to get action. Our house supposedly came with a one year warranty, but I guess that only applies if the builder actually responds to you.

We were promised the sliding glass door that they damaged during construction, would be cleaned and repaired prior to move in, then after move in and at least 5x since then. We were also promised that the holes around vents and outlets would be repaired. We were promised many things that are still not done. Don’t use this builder. They just want to close on the house, and walk away. Worst customer service in the world. I am a real estate broker and I flip houses, and I would never in a million years leave the house looking so terrible and then not respond to my buyers.

Our church had a major remodel project ahead of us before we could move into our new space. Jeff and Jon went above and beyond to get us into our space on time and on budget. They have a great network of contractors who helped with each step of the project and stepped in personally when needed to help keep everything on track.

We had a wonderful experience with Northland Management and Construction! This was our first new home build and we couldn't be more pleased. We came to the process with some ideas of what we wanted and they turned those ideas into a design and blueprint that resulted in the home of our dreams!

Northland Management & Construction is a dependable family owned company that we have loved working with. They do top notch work and make your remodel project a breeze. Northland Management & Construction completed a remodeling of our full bathroom, as well as new flooring throughout the master bedroom, bathroom & closet. We are very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. Northland Management & Construction is adept at both design and execution and they communicate well.

I was connected to Northland through a trusted friend. My 100-year-old home was in desperate need of insulation and they gave me a price estimate of the materials up-front. The work was done in a timely, professional manner and I am pleased that the blow-in insulation in my attic and spray foam insulation in my crawlspace have cut my monthly gas utilities by 50%!

He did an excellent job! Did every thing he promised and then some. Was very through and talked with my contractor about his review also! Highly recommend this company!!
