Our business used CRG for a remodel of an existing space.

The quality of the work was fantastic. The length of the project was not. Our original bid was for 45 days and the project finished in 135 days. No supply issues, no permitting issues, bad bidding combined with little urgency to complete the task in the agreed upon amount of time. If you are on a deadline to have work completed, look else where.

We will not be using again.

Working with the CRG and the group of people they brought in was a real pleasure! Communication for a project like ours is paramount and they were top notch in that department. They were excellent at meeting our timeline. The best compliment I can give is that when they weren’t perfect at whatever task needed to be done they held themselves accountable and worked their butt off at making it right. I’d definitely use them again!

After first "losing" my information in their "shredder", they have informed me that they are basically "too busy wrapping up current projects" to even take a look at my residential chimney cap problem. Very disappointing after a strong referral from another commercial roofing company.

Recently had my roof and gutters replaced after some hail damage. The whole team worked together seamlessly and made the process very easy.

Disappointed to see the 5 star reviews. We had a new home build this last year and we still have unresolved issues. Workmanship marginal, customer service and follow up, terrible. We have moved in and we have a leak that is unresolved and unresolved chimney work. We called and got the run around so many times we decided to just cut our losses and hire another company to finish up.
