We have had Boots on the Ground do a variety of tasks on our property. They rebuilt our upper deck, lower deck, stairs to the lower portion of our backyard, and stairs on the side of the house. They have removed trees, trimmed trees, and power washed and sealed our decks. They are very professional, made excellent suggestions if we were uncertain about design specifics, used quality products, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. All the employees were pleasant and respectful of both us and our property. We are very happy with all the work they have done. We highly recommend this company.

My experience with this company, specifically with Rob, was disappointing. When calling to request an estimate, Rob came across as cold and unwelcoming. Despite that, I decided to move forward based on the company's many positive reviews.

During the visit, Rob did not seem interested in listening to the details of the project. He mentioned there would be a fee for the estimate, which is understandable. However, after agreeing to provide the estimate, there was no follow-up or communication—even after several days had passed.

Although their photos and videos suggest they do quality work, my experience with Rob’s lack of professionalism and communication left a negative impression.

Boots on the Ground is an amazing company to work with! They are very professional and easy to work with. The quotes were affordable and they do quality work. I purchased my first home August of 2022 and boy did it need some TLC. My first project was restoring the hardwood floors throughout the house. I contacted them after being scammed.

I explained the situation and Rob assured me that they were more than capable of getting the job done! During the consultation, he explained everything and how long it would take. After getting the quote, the process was easy. I signed everything electronically and was able to make payments.

Rob communicated with me during the entire process. He even sent pictures of stains to ensure it was the look I wanted. The project started and was completed in the time frame quoted. He absolutely nailed it!!!

BAD FOR BUSINESS. I paid them thousands of dollars just for them to leave an unfinished job on my kitchen and bathroom. They took light switches off just to not put them back on when they were complete , they did not put my microwave back up when they were complete and claimed it to be a “warranty issue” yet they were the ones that took it down and refused to put it back up. This is very unfortunate because they have are capable of doing great work so I’m unsure of why I was treated as such. Here is where my microwave is supposed to be where it was BEFORE they started working and they just covered it with tile knowing my microwave goes there and won’t even put it back up or anything. And you can also see my light switch is still off after they have “completed” the job. I would have loved my remodel if these unfortunate events didn’t occcur. Yet he was PAID IN FULL. My very first remodel and my experience was ruined. Now I’m left having to get help elsewhere for a microwave to be in my kitchen. Smh

I am so very pleased with the work performed by this company! My master bathroom was a bit dated when I reached out for a quote. From the initial contact to project completion, Rob was available to answer all of my questions (sometimes after business hours and on weekends), explain the process and offer his expert recommendations. My home was protected throughout the process with floor and carpet coverings. I was consulted along the way and informed the entire time. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so my expectations are really high. I saw first hand the quality that went into updating my bathroom and they exceeded what I imagined. Not a detailed missed. I’m so very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you!

I reached out to five different roofing companies, and Boots on the Ground was the only one that readily provided their license and insurance details without me having to ask. Other contractors expected me to "trust" that they were licensed and insured.

Although there were some delays for different reasons (supplier issues and weather), they consistently answered their phone or returned my calls.

Boots on the Ground deserves more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond to make my dream bathroom a reality. They will be doing another bathroom and my kitchen next. Boots on the Ground renovated my basement and living room floors with luxury vinyl and did an amazing job! Everything was laid down perfectly and I havent had any issues since. Your employees driving the work trucks are horribly dangerous, this is my first interaction with this company and by the way their employees drive (dash cam video to prove) I would never even look the direction of CRG construction
