Dan, Keith and crew completely rewired a duplex for me in Columbus Park. All new from the outside box, to all interior wiring, wiring to outside heat pumps, two 200 amp panels, boxes, outlets, lights and all. They were fast, fair and professional. They've become the only bunch I use for any electrical project.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness on the phone was absolutely astounding. It felt like customer service was an inconvenience for them, not a priority. If you enjoy being talked down to and dismissed, this is the place for you!

I gave 2 stars because Emily at the office seemed professional when I called to inform her of my experience with their company. Today we had 3 men at our property to do maintenance on a condo owned by one of our residents. When I approached them I asked which unit they were heading into, as we have a policy against unknown and unapproved vendors on our property. I was told by the crew leader that because he didn't who I was, he wouldn't provide me that information. I identified myself as the maintenance coordinator for the property and he still refused. As I was continuing my daily business on property, the crew lead saw me again, where he apologized for how he refused but he wasn't comfortable sharing his customers information. I told him that it was a policy that i'm paid to enforce as a measure of security to our residents. As they were exiting the building, I caught them in the elevator as a courtesy so I could share with them the rules and regulations for the property. I thought I could set proper upfront expectations for how we should work together in the future if they wanted to continue business but instead, I was met with an attitude by their leader who said that the rules didnt matter, he would never work here again. He then continued to belittle me and my staff for our process being harsh and rude and asked us if thats "all we had been doing all day" " waiting for us to leave?"
They are now not allowed on property
Best of luck to the owners dealing with this one, Your reviews aren't horrible, I'd hope that you would pick staff that would reflect that reputation.

Made an appoinment for 5/25/2021 9AM never showed or called I reached out to them at 10AM I was told the tech was running late and was suppose to call (which he never did , which was fine ) but never showed up & called at 4PM today and got sent to VM .. Poor customer service THANKS (:

A big thanks to electricians Dave and Luke. They fixed my kitchen wiring issues in a prompt and professional manner, and for much less than I was expecting such a big job to cost. I will definitely use them again!

You can really tell the A-TEAM cares about their customers. They were very fast. Did a beautiful job. And were hands down the greatest all around guys I've ever had the pleasure to speak to.

Had a light switch that stopped working and called A-Team Electric. Zach and Luke came out on time, and were able to diagnose, explain, and fix the issue in less than an hour. They were very friendly and I appreciated the time they took to let me know what was wrong. I love it when a plan comes together.

This company was sent to my house as part of a subcontracted job to do what should have been simple work. Instead, I had a tech arrive at my house twenty minutes late for having been given the wrong directions. Then, after telling me the work I wanted done couldn't be done, he and his boss got into a shouting and cussing match on the phone. The guy quit, got in his van and left, and all I had to show for it was two hours of wasted time and a playbook for creative use of curse words. Apparently, all the good people they had left are gone, so one might consider shopping elsewhere if this is the experience moving forward. Not impressed. At. All.

A Team was very easy to work with and completed their work very quickly. They were even able to take care of my system that is complete aluminum wiring, and make sure that my system is completely up to spec! I will definitely be using their services again.
