The Lawrence, KS location has some of the most helpful people I've dealt with. Unfortunately, the home office is less than helpful. Having sent in a federal tax exemption form for a non profit purchase, the company has not responded to this request after 45 days from the original purchase. I can only assume that they won't honor this request, and have decided not even to send a rejection response.

5 star service all around! Customer service, pricing and availability were all great. We had an emergency service call come in late Friday evening. Cameron and team were very helpful securing the parts needed to keep the plant running, in a timely manner, and even offered to open the store for us on Saturday if needed. Thank you for your outstanding service and dedication to your customers!

When you need something out of manufacture for fifty years, and you need it yesterday— industrial is where you go. There are only a couple of reputable sellers of used industrial electrical equipment /breakers in the KC area — and industrial surplus certainly tops that list.

Leo, the owner, is always willing to help. Recently he has helped me track down a pair of odd SquareD circuit breakers. It was like having an extra employee — Leo even sent a technical drawing from the manufacturer and helped me determine that the SquareD breaker would be suitable for my application. His prices are also very fair and he had the item(s) in-hand just a few days. Keep up the good work!
