Owen did a great job with the redevice of my 125 y/o home. He did a lot of other work including ceiling fan installation, new breaker installation, running new wire to a switch and light that had stopped working, a water ground, splitting up circuits to lighten the load at the breaker, etc. It was a large project. He was professional and it was a job well done.

Great kind people and very knowledgeable, but not at all affordable unless you want to go into debt via payment plan. No issues whatsoever with the company I understand they have to make a profit but a quote for electrical and a home inspection came to a 3 tier system of work mind you my home was fully remodeled before I purchased it 35k for the premium tier 18k for the medium tier and for 4 action items 1700$. I just can’t see how that’s justified. Again great people master electricians good service but highly overpriced.

Michael Johnson and his apprentice were very professional, timely and respectful. A generator was provided so I could still work from home for the day. They were both kind and friendly and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend!

I reached out to plenty of electricians and no one was as professional as them. They got back to me on time. They took a detailed review of my current electrical set up. They talked me through payment options and on top of that the guys were super nice!

If I need anything ever done again, I will 100% call and ask for Matthew and have Gerson do the job. Amazing service!

The service was a bit pricey (higher end of quotes I received) but that is expected for my line of work!

Luke was very prompt and courteous. Installed whole house surge protector and was able to work around an unexpected issue. Did a great job!

We want to thank our technician Owen for solving our light problem! We bought foreign-made smart light switches for our home and couldn’t figure out how to wire it all in! It was a long and tedious job but he was so patient! This was the second electric company that we hired to do this! We’re so happy that he came out and got done!

Wow!! Got a service call from electrician Bradley the same day I called Mr. Sparkly. He was really great at taking care of my electrical issue and was great at all aspects you could want from a service call.

We were very pleased with not only the work we had done, but the quickness in which they were able to get Owen out for repair when a GCFI outlet blew, causing our freezer to turn off with tons of meat inside. We had many outlets changed out so they were brought up to code, and new smoke and CO2 detectors put in. Owen did a great job and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely use Mr. Sparky for our electrical needs.

Daniel and Steven were the electricians that responded to my emergency call about no electricity to my furnace and having partial power. The issue was diagnosed and resolved on the same day. My house is over a hundred years old with knob and tube wiring still in place. Safety issues were brought to my attention with options given that were affordable vs rewiring the whole house. Both gentleman took the time to explain and educate me. Highly recommend for quality and safety.
Steven came back 2 days later and updated all of my switches, outlets, and put my furnace on its own breaker. Steven explained everything and was very professional and kind. Highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Steven for any electrical needs.

I was not home most of the time BJ was here but my husband said he was very professional and knowledgeable. They weren't in a hurry and the most important thing was to get things done right. Mister Sparky is very thorough. Luke was a great technician and answered all my questions patiently. The company uses an application that gives a great report of everything they did with their recommendations and is emailed to you.

Matthew was a great service man…
Here’s the problem. They don’t do all electronics.-electrical, Only jobs that are electrical (house problems) not odd and ends electrical. I was told that I need an electrician? Wait what? Read their sign

Brad was very thorough in explaining what was needed now and what could be done at a later time. He gave several options and the price for each. The work I chose could be completed today.. He explained the warranties on the items as well as service.
Steven did the installation and did a great job. He was here quickly after getting the parts needed. He worked steadily and completed the work to our happy satisfaction. Both men were professional and very pleasant to work with.

They did a great job! I got 4 bids and they were the only ones that had a better solution that fit my needs and were extremely professional. They weren't the cheapest but for the upgraded wiring I needed, they were worth it because I knew I'd get quality work. Plus they were able to schedule it right away. Thank you Bradley & BJ!

9/29/2024 Matthew came out to evaluate the electrical system in our home and to prepare for a conversion of a gas water heater to electric water heater. He did a great job in explaining everything and was very thorough. He gave us several options we could do to meet our needs. Matthew was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommended Mister Sparky to friends and family based off of today’s service call.

Work that I needed for the electrical panel was not completed, found out I paid $1978 for a "panel rejuvenation" when our panel had not given us any problems before. The plumber came out today and could not complete his work because the breakers and circuit was not put in as intended for the water heater work. Then could not get an electrician out here from Mister Sparky today to finish what was needed for the water heater install. Was recommended a local electrician who was able to come out and complete the work that I only needed done the water heater install for under $400 dollars. So I just spend two thousand dollars yesterday for nothing. Hard lesson learned and will never go back to Mister Sparky. Caught me in a time of need because our house closes on its sale in 8 days and we needed this completed, so I did not have time to look at reviews. Matthew was a great guy but I feel like the technicians are being pushed to upsell unnecessary services.

After reaching out to HQ, we spoke with Trevor who did what he could to smooth things over. Offered some money back which helps and getting to hear how this can be a learning opportunity on both sides. Appreciate the time out of his day to try to make things amicable. Some companies wont even do that so this gains some respect back.

Steven Marec was exceptional he remained professional , pleasant and understanding even though I kept changing my mind as to what I wanted. He put up a fan and I requested he take it down because I didn’t like it. Very, very nice man.

BJ come out to give me an estimate for installing an EV charger, and I was really impressed! He showed up right on time, was super professional, and explained everything clearly. I appreciated how he walked me through the best options for my setup without trying to upsell anything. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy to understand.

Really impressed with Daniel's knowledge and concern for our safety first making sure our existing set up was good. Very down to earth and explained things in layman's term so I could understand. Daniel made the difference in selecting Mister Sparky as my choice .

Strongly recommend if looking for top tier service. Luke did an exceptional job, low pressure bid for some work and completed a detailed inspection that gave us piece of mind. Two thumbs up, would recommend for professionalism, thoroughness and quality work with strong guarantees.

I called for an estimate on a pretty small work item. When the electrician showed up he gave a reasonable off the cuff estimate, lower than the general contractor I hired to do other work gave me. It was a good start, but unfortunately they felt obligated to waste my time with a "safety inspection" which was just a gigantic upsell for $20,000 of additional services. They also push an annual subscription which they embed in all the estimates. They try to show the estimates with financing and monthly rates to hide the actual costs. Some of the safety items were dubious, others legitimate. Given the pushiness of the sales pitch I sought an additional bid on the work which came in between 1/2 and 1/3 the price. Comparing the line items, the bids appear equivalent. They've also switched to an AI answering service which contradicts the "guarantees" they read out to you, one of which is that a human will always answer the phone.

The work I had initially asked them to do was done at a reasonable enough price and one well as far as I can tell, but I'll be avoiding them in the future.
