Luke was very thorough and did a great evaluation of our electrical system. He quickly found the problem with our 3 way switch and fixed it. I also liked the no pressure upgrade options that he and the company offered. Brandon did a great job on the muli-outlet/switch replacement, smoke detectors replacement, and surge installation. He and Emma worked great as a team. Everything looks great!

We used Mister Sparky 3 years ago to have lighting and safety measures(smokes etc) done in our house. They gave us a 5yr warranty. We had an issue and called them back out 3 yrs later. They were quick to respond and we hopefully have the issue resolved (it may be the device but that's not on them, still they helped to eliminate the other possibilities for us). After this I asked the tech if he could look at a different issue (for a fee) and that ended up growing to a couple more switches and outlets before we even got started. He asked us the house age and if we had ever done a change out. The house is almost 40 and except for one offs, the answer was no. Long story short we ordered a complete change out of outlets and switches done and Owen showed up the next morning and changed all our plugs and outlets. No more plugs falling out or loose light switches and old GFCIs. Definitely a professionally done job and done efficiently. Highly recommend Mister Sparky and if I have future issues I'll call them, especially considering they stand behind their warranty.

I called Mr. Sparky after my smoke alarm broke on Monday. The system was old, 25 years. Luke arrived and was very knowledgable, able to articulate well the replacement process, professional and helpful. My only concern was the price, but the smoke alarm was chirping, and I had no way to stop it, so I decided to have Luke proceed with the work. If I was asked to recommend someone I would say just what I explained here, expect good work from a knowledgable electrician but the cost will be very pricey.

Michael did a great job fixing the wire and replacing my GFCI plug in my bathroom. I would recommend Mr Sparky and Michael to everyone looking for electral work.

Matthew Antwerp and his "trainee" David were fantastic! I laughed when this trainee was a certified electrician with over a decade of experience. Just shows Mr. Sparky ensures all of its technicians know the Sparky way. As for the service call, Matthew took plenty of time to explain the issues, discuss alternatives and answer all my questions. They were both highly qualified, courteous and friendly. Would definitely use again.

I had a great experience with Mr. Sparky Electrical Company, and I want to give special recognition to Wilfredo Gonzalez for his excellent work. He arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Matthew was great doing the inspection, showing what the problems were, and laying our options.
BJ came and did outstanding work. He kept us informed of what was being done so we could minimize periods of electrical outages.
He finished this portion of the job ahead of schedule.
My wife and I are very happy with the work provided by Matthew and BJ and would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone who needs an electrician.
BJ was out today to finish the outside portion of the job and, as usual, did a great job.

Good customer service. Brandon was friendly and knowledgable. He installed a new bathroom outlet in a timely manner. He also checked the electrical panel and tightened two loose wires. Happy with service and will use again in future if needed.

Was great please give him a a raise he was very personable and down to earth he explained everything and took his time to make sure we understood everything...grade A person with the integrity of a saint. And BJ came out the same day and said we will be done in a few hours and he didn't break his word ... If you want quality work done as far as electrical you need to call these guys!!!

Was very impressed with this company. They were thourough, detailed and professional. They make it very easy for understanding and the financial side. I worked with Derrik Skinner and he was great. He was very clear and made sure I had no questions on everything we discussed. As I said, very impressed. I would highly recommend!

Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner.
Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too. Great job guys.l!

Mr. Sparky installed all of our hardwired smoke detectors about five years ago and the installation went very well. The technicians have always been friendly and efficient. They also replaced two of our units under warranty this year, which we appreciated. The only concern is that the units were supposed to last ten years and a few started failing around year five.

Yesterday we heard a steady beeping and assumed it was another hardwired detector. We made that assumption because two had already failed this year. We scheduled what we believed was a warranty visit. The technician arrived quickly, disconnected the smoke detector, and confirmed that the sound was actually coming from a plug in CO detector in the hallway. The visit took about ten minutes and we were charged the full three hundred dollar emergency rate.

My only frustration is that I was not told ahead of time that emergency pricing would apply if the issue turned out not to be warranty related. It would have helped us make a more informed decision about having someone come out on a weekend. The technician was professional and we appreciate the work he did, but clearer communication during scheduling would have prevented the surprise.

Overall we have had good experiences with the company. However, I recommend more transparency during scheduling so customers understand possible charges before the visit.

Brandon was exceptional today. He was kind and professional. Completed his work efficiently and completely and even helped us out on Sunday before a holiday! Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable experience.

Luke came by today and exceeded expectations! He was finished in record time, did an excellent job and we’re happy with our service!

Mr Sparky wanted 11k to do the same job that 5 other electricians quoted me between 5k and 7k for. Also he [Bradley] was very snarky to my husband and after explained all the services he was going to do he asked him, "well, did you learn anything?" 🙄 I called Bradley after I had received the other quotes and requested he pull his quote in line if he wanted a shot at the job and he told me that "hundreds of people " paid those prices and he stood by his estimate. He also told me that his electrical panels were far superior to the ones that "other companies just go out to Home Depot and buy to put in your house". I asked him if he had alien polymer panels constructed in a secret underground bunker and he hung up on me. I would stay far away from these guys and get at least 3 or 4 quotes. Also, they send your estimates in a "noreply@" email and there is no way to email back and ask questions. I could not find a single email address for the company. When I called to discuss the estimate they just routed me back to the same guy who produced it. Very poor customer service.

Derrick came today and was very nice. He was thorough and a good communicator. I felt I was in good hands with his estimate of the electrical job. The price was fair.

Technician arrived on time, introduced himself, was courteous and began his assessment right away. He was very thorough, did an extensive review of pretty much everything electrical - light switches, outlets, smoke detectors, exhaust fans and the panel in the basement - then provided several layers of quotes to meet my specific needs. At the end of the visit, everything was taken care of that needed immediate attention at this time. Pricing was much lower than other estimates received.

Would recommend Brandon, technician with Mr Sparky, hands down for future projects!

Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did. We had a very serious electrical issue in our home, and Daniel Weaver with Mr. Sparky went above and beyond in every possible way.

He quickly identified a major safety concern in our breaker box and immediately began working to make sure it was properly addressed. As a tenant, I’m not always able to authorize repairs directly, but Daniel didn’t just diagnose the problem and leave, he spent hours advocating to ensure the issue was taken seriously and fixed correctly. He remained professional and persistent the entire time.

At one point, he easily could have walked away, but instead he continued pushing for a resolution because he was concerned about our safety. He even contacted his supervisor to make sure the proper people were involved so the repairs could move forward.

After already putting in a long day, Daniel drove back to the shop for parts and then to Home Depot when additional materials were needed, all so the job could be completed the same night. He stayed well past normal working hours to make sure my kids and I were safe before leaving.

He mentioned he’s also a firefighter, and you can absolutely see that mindset in how he approaches his work. This isn’t just a job to him, he genuinely cares about protecting people.

Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him. If you need an electrician who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly puts safety first, ask for Daniel.
