We have been using Holiday FX for our outdoor holiday lighting for several years. Not sure what we would do without their help! They do an exceptional job putting the lights up and then removing them after the holidays. They will customize a design for your home. We genuinely would not have won without them! Their company is safe, fully insured, and very reasonably priced. What we truly appreciate is the full-service experience: they will come out to fix anything you ask, even if it's just a single burnt-out bulb. When the season is over, they take everything down, store the lights for you, and perform any necessary repairs on the light sets, electrical cords, and timers. It's completely hassle-free. We cannot recommend Holiday FX highly enough!

This is our second year using Holiday FX and I wished we had decided to use Alessandro’s company years ago! We don’t have to mess with storing strings of lights that may or may not work, finding time to put up the lights and we finally have our second story lit up! Something we were never comfortable with doing in the past!

I can not say enough good about this company. The lights go up quickly with all connections wrapped in electrical tape that hold through out the wet snowy season. My house and tree lights are the best in our neighborhood, won 1st place for Christmas display in 2024. The employees are very respectful and very easy to discuss layout with. If a problem occurs it fixed that day or the next. I highly recommend this lighting company been with them for years

If you are thinking about adding Christmas lights, do not hesitate to call Holiday FX. We have had Holiday FX put our Christmas lights up since 2014. When we started, we were the only house on our block that decorated—and now the majority of homes on our street have beautiful displays. It is a wonderful way to celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors.

The installation went well enough, there were some to be expected issues, but Jazmine went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I had an issue. I called who sold me my system
They said they would not help me. I didn't know they weren't even affiliated with Ecovole anymore. I made a complaint Ecolve saw my complaint and got a hold of me immediately. I believe they're going to take care of the issue. I'm pretty happy now. I just want what any customer wants, a working system and a little respect. Thank you Trevor for putting a bright side to this issue.

After a big rain my system started giving an error. I called generac and the told me to call another company. They said it needs rewired for $5000. I called Ecovole and they said they'd come by and take care of it and that $5000 was not a good deal. It's been a month now. Chris from Ecovole said he'd be here two weeks ago. I call and get machines. I texted support. I got an answer someone would be getting a hold of me. That was 2 weeks ago. I did not get a response to my last inquiry. Now I'm paying 2 electric bills. I pretty upset to say the least.

The crew did an excellent job with the install, including the cleanup process. They even went so far as to 'not' install a panel that had been damaged in shipping, since they would need to just remove it and replace it when the new one arrived. Once it did arrive, they were out and took care of it right away. They were efficient, and did not leave a mess behind.

Our experience with this company has had its ups and downs. Mostly downs. They have been overall, incredibly difficult to get a hold of. The initial contact was door to door, and a bit shady. After some clarifications, and promises of services we agreed. The panels went up quickly, but the other services still have not come (about 10 months later). Continued phone calls and emails are consistently unanswered, and more empty promises keep coming, and the panels are still not operational. Putting the panels up went quickly, but the panel is rusted, and now our indoor celling has water damage. The best thing to come from this company is that I have learned to trust my wife's intuition and know that her gut is probably right.

I wanted a solar system. I also wanted one that works. They will not respond to phone calls or email. They initially couldn't find the equipment for our install. Instead of being there the day before, the installers had to wait 3 or 4 hours and they couldn't get a clear answer on where it was. The installers said the design they were given didn't fit the dimensions of our roof, but they would still get it to work. Obviously they didn't. It's only producing 20-25% of our needs on good days. They left a mess after installation, which I had to clean up and they let the pallet sit for 48 hours before picking it up and once again, I had to clean up the debris they didn't take. To this point they have been unresponsive and unprofessional.

Ecovole installers were very professional, arrived on time and did a great job. Also the solar panels are working great and appears to be saving me money on my electric bill.

Overall we are happy with our solar panels. There was some confusion during the installation and workers had to come out and reinforce our roof after the panels were installed. Also we figured the number of panels needed biased on usage from the year before and I have received 3 electric bills after installation all under 35 dollars however we added a panel to the original figure to make sure we were covered and it was not enough. I still don't have access to see fully how everything is working. Also I have not received the tax rebait information for installing solar panels.

I am very happy with Ecovole Solar panel and installation. The crew was quick and professional. After the install, they left absolutely no mess. My house looks great. The equipment is working very nicely. I confirmed with my utility company that all is working as it should be. Thank you so much.
