I would highly recommend Ecovole Solar! Our sales person Robert has been amazing throughout the whole process. He took his time to answer all our questions and has been in contact with me through the whole process. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. We did end up getting a very small leak in our roof right after installation and the lead person Austin came up and fixed the issue within 24 hours. Do note this is a long process. There are lots of permits that must be completed prior to install. Ecovole takes care of all of that for you but it is a 6-8 week process. After install, the city and electric company have to inspect and approve the solar before it can be operational as well. Everyone at the company takes pride in their work and wants to make sure you are happy with their product and I get responses back within the hour.

This install was just as the sales person explained. All facets of project were on time and results are great. The installation team worked very well. Each individual knew what their job was and performed in a timely manner.
Project completion to power company acceptance could have been improved.
Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Im in the middle of starting a lawsuit to get things sorted out with ecovole. I had an installation done 1 year ago to dind out nothing was done correctly and my county failed ecovole on inspection which basically means the panels are useless because they cant be converted to the proper meter by the electric company. Every representative I am in contact with ghosts me after a couple of conversations. I financed through Sunrise financial and they wont help me and said I have to sort it out with ecovole but ecovole connected me with them in the first place. Beware this is one of those companies grabbing as much $ as they can and theyre gonna disappear and resurface with a new name. Classic scam preying on common hardworking people. The dark side of capitalism

Edit: I've read many reviews with experiences parallel to my own. Ecovole is notorious for being extremely responsive for sale and unreachable after checks are cut. For those who have had uncorrected issues after installation, this is breach of contract at best and when there is a pattern of repeated offenses, the company can be plausibly labeled fraudulent. We may have claims for a class action lawsuit and if you wish, feel free to reach out to me. I have an attorney who specializes in class action litigation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a SCAM. Their promises have not even gotten close to being met. My panels were installed in January and have not even gotten close to eliminating our electric bill. I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS on getting the panels removed and the loan cancelled. They have not responded to numerous emails at this point and we are looking into getting an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I went solar in July as of today my solar doesn't work. When I call i get a run around to call this number or that. I had to take a loan and still paying electric l. The guy that came to my home doesn't answer his phone. Now to get this taken care of I have to get attorney to resolve this. I do not recommend this company do your research there are many companies out there.

Every person that we encountered in the sales and installation process of our solar energy system was courteous and easy to work with. In installation was smooth and and the post installation cleanup was excellent. I am very satisfied with the whole process.

Ryan Pennington and Jared Waterman drove to Hesston Kansas from Illinois. When they got here they battled the brutal Kansas wind. That didn’t stop them. They worked until evening. The next day, it was pouring rain. They showed up and worked in between as rain would lighten up. They finished Installation of the solar panels that day. When they left, you couldn’t even tell that they had been here. They did an excellent job installing the Solar Panels and cleaning up after themselves. Very kind, courteous, and professional I would recommend these two men anywhere. They had to reroute panels according to where vents and vent pipes were. They consulted us first and we gave consent. I could not be happier. Thanks again Ryan and Jared great job.👍

Install team is great, but the account manager I had to deal with was an absolutely terrible experience. I don't regret getting solar panels but I do regret partnering with them.

Never return phone calls roof after install damage to inside house installation

Wouldn’t even leave a 1 star! They were very attentive with sales, but once the panels were install, we haven’t heard ANYTHING and no one is responding to us!!! We are contacting an attorney at this point.

My experience with Ecovole Solar was a 3. We had to be rescheduled twice for them to come out and install our solar. The crew didn't pick up all the trash in my yard. Then they messed up my yard while backing out with there vehicle. Then before we were able to turn on the solar my electric bill wasn't costing me much . As soon as we got the ok to switch the handle on the meter box on for the solar to start running my Electric bill had jumped up to $200-300. So I'm not happy about that. So we'll see if this was even worth getting. I'm just being honest.

They were extremely understanding and accommodating, helped me through everything. All of my questions were answered and the panels look absolutely stunning on my roof! And they installed them super fast

Ecovole Solar is the worst company to try and deal with. Everything my sales rep told me has been far from the truth. I was told that getting an install date would take me the longest and then AEP would drag their feet. However, I got the panels installed and it has been almost 2 months since that happened. Ecovole Solar keeps messing up my application paperwork they send to AEP and I keep having to try to fight to get them to fix them. The very first issue I informed them about is still in the paperwork they sending and they still won't fix it. Things have been so bad that I have been wondering if all of this is a huge scam or joke that's being played on me. Who knows if I will ever get to use the Solar panels because at the rate it's going I might have them halfway paid off before they can even spell my name right. Stay away from this company at all costs. Literally any other Solar company would have to be better because this has been nothing but a struggle for me. I know that I am not the only person who is in this boat and apparently the only thing you get from Ecovole Solar is the runaround and a hard time. My next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau but I'm sure they will get the runaround too before anything will be done.

If you go with solar, do not use this company. Ours is still not finished. Poor communication, unorganized company, and lack of knowledge on how to hook it up properly. For 100 grand, everything should work properly and be correctly installed. Ours still isn't months later.

This company installed my solar a little over 3 years ago. I had an inverter go bad no questions asked they had it replaced at no cost. Then this year I had my disconnect box go bad and I had to have an electrician and come out and replace it. I got a hold of Andrea and explained what had happened to it. She reached out and had the accountant directly pay the invoice from the electrician. Needless to say it was a painless experience and my overall satisfaction with this company is a five star. I highly recommend them if you're looking to install solar.

This company is HORRIBLE at customer support and communication. I had my system installed in 2023, they were supposed to take care of my rebates for me, and they still have not gotten them done (I'm writing this review in Jan of 2026). I have called and emailed numerous times and get little to either get no response or "let me look into it and I will call you back in the next day or so" and never get a call back.

This company is such a scam, it's not even funny. We had a massive system installed on our home that doesn't even begin to compensate for our energy usage, so we are now saddled with two monthly bills, paying more than we did before when they assured us we could completely produce enough energy with solar. Not only that, but in order to pay off enough towards your loan to reduce your monthly payment, you have to apply the entire 30% tax credit you receive towards your bill. But you don't even receive the entire credit at once! They don't tell you, it's given in installments over the years and there's no way to get it all at once. These guys are scam artists to the highest degree.

Peyton, Bill, Heather, Jacob and the installion crew were all very helpful to make going solar a smooth transition. I’m excited and can’t wait to save money and energy!
