The folks at Energy One have been nothing but helpful and courteous. They did an amazing job of making sure I understood the process even though I initially knew nothing about solar. They were patient and professional in answering all of my questions and their customer service/people skills are outstanding! These guys are great and made the entire experience super easy and streamlined. They handled all the paperwork and scheduling; very customer focused and attentive to any questions or concerns. Our new system is installed, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

When I initially contacted Energy ONE I knew absolutely nothing about solar energy. The man on the phone took the time to explain the process to me, the different types of panels, how the electrical grid works and made the experience much less intimidating than I had built it up in my head. I would recommend Energy ONE to anyone who is considering solar for their home or business. The team is friendly and quite knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the process in layman's terms.

Great company. Easy to work with. I got my solar panels installed by Energy One before about 9 months. And recently, I got 17 more panels added to offset my gas bill. And now I expect to reduce my gas bill also.

E1 also offers great financing options. I checked their financing plan and with that, I would have just replaced my electricity bill with monthly financing installment. And After those installments are finished, I own the panels and it is free electricity after that.

I recommend Energy One if you are interested in getting your electricity bill reduced with solar panels.

I recently had EnergyOne install 31 additional solar panels to my existing system and I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with the work they performed.
I was their first customer in Oklahoma and although they had to drive from Kansas to install my system, i can say that Dustin stood by his word and as stated, I am 100% impressed and satisfied.
My new system is performing above what I ever imaged and I can't wait for my first electric bill when I say good by.
I will say that I did have a few issues with communications and the distance was a factor but in the end, they came through and delivered exactly what promised. In the words of the owner Dustin "I'm only happy when you are", I am totally 100% happy.
I had my existing 13 panel system installed by a local company that is no longer in business and can say the quality of work doesn't even compare. Dustin's crew did an A+ job and I would highly recommend them for any solar system. As being their first Oklahoma customer, I sure hope they do more in Oklahoma as their quality is top notch.

Josh was a great adviser for our family getting Solar. He was a very respectfully individual at tuck our questions and concerns in to consideration. Unfortunately we could not get a system installed due to the economy situation that the majority of Americans find themselves in.

After having eight quotes for solar systems I chose energy one Renewables.

Everyone I dealt with within the company has been totally transparent, helpful and a total pleasure to work with. With a few obstacles due to my old home they made the process easy and pleasurable.

When they sold me my system they told me when the grid went down I would be down. I told them I didn't want that I wanted a battery so when the grid went down I would still be producing. I had some issues and a tech came out and they said that's not the system I have I have a grid tie system when the grid goes down I go down. I'm so upset about this. I don't lie to people and I don't like being lied to. I can't believe this even happened. They are no longer affiliated with the company that put my system in. I think I'm lucky that Ecovole cares about their customers. They said they will make it right. I'm 2 years into my system and nothing is as it should be. Im very upset.

What a difference a couple years makes. My system failed. My inverter went bad. I still had to pay my solar bill and the electric bill. The first time the grid went down so did my system. The battery I was sold won't make it thru the night without the AC running. It was. Everything crashed. I called Energy one. They said they would bill me to put an emergency circuit in. They wanted to bill me $250 an hour to fix my system. I went with a local team. They did not bill me and said Generac didn't pay them. If you get a solar system make them give you a lifetime service contract at no charge. When I called they did not tell me they were no longer agents of the company that they were associated with when they sold me the system. Beware. I told them I wanted a battery. They sold me ½ a battery when I needed 2 full batteries minimal. Im happy the people that are responsible got ahold of me and are fixing the problem with the emergency circuit, no charge. Ecovole. They care. I found out today my system is a grid tie system. I was misled into believing when the grid goes down I will still be producing power. Today I was told there is no auto disconnect switch to isolate me from the grid. I'm pretty upset. I guess I need to sue these liars. I did not get what I was promised.

I didn't end up getting solar, but the rep I talked to was very helpful. A previous company I talked to had made some bold claims about what would be considered scope of work eligible for the federal tax benefit, as well as bold claims about how to depreciate the panels for further tax benefit. While not *totally* untrue, it was a stretch. EnergyONE gave a more detailed and realistic picture.

We're putting together a proposal for our church building and residence. It would be a big project. The team lined up lots of the details, cost estimates, and other useful information that we will need to present to our planning committee. Thanks for the personal interest and the ability to adapt to a non-profit setting. Shane did a great job explaining the possibilities for our unique situation. I feel much more well-equipped with the facts and look forward to running the proposal up the ladder.

We had some challenges to install the system on the roof of our barn. The salesman and the team worked to meet our needs. We now have a great system up and running. We installed an EnergyONE solar system back in 2015 and had a great experience. It just so happened our roof was totalled out a few months after the install and they worked with the insurance company to reinstall the system after they replaced the roof. Was seamless. The second installation was as good as the first!

Shane with EnergyOne Renewables gave the most comprehensive presentation for our solar design. He made sure to check in with me after each section to make sure I understood or if I had any questions. Immediately following our meeting Shane got me in contact with a roofer who knows the needs of solar, and quickly we set up a consultation.
Within this same time frame Shane was in contact with the power company to make sure the design maximized our potential allowance for our residence. Shane’s proactive approach to our project made EnergyOne the easy choice. I look forward to working with EnergyOne for our solar needs.

The sales process was fantastic. The communication between all parties was stellar and EnergyONE handled any correspondence with the electric company and thoroughly explained everything, including the process and next steps, in detail. The owner contacted me to make sure everything has been going okay in the process. My install is scheduled in a few days and I will update once that is complete.

Wow! What can I say about EnergyONE? They blew me away with the job they did. I'm quite experienced with the solar world from previous experience (this is my second system) and I can tell you that EnergyOne is the best of the best.

Everything is great about this company, but what really makes the difference is the people. Great people to work with and I feel I've become friends with the team.

My system was put in 4 months ago and I still get follow ups about the system making sure it is working correctly. It was the reason that prompted me to put in this review. They didn't just take the money and run. They truly do care!

So different from meetings with other solar contractors. Moses was knowledgeable and customer oriented. We never felt any pressure or rushed into a hasty decision. We still have follow up questions before making our decision. We have another meet in in two weeks.

Brian Buffington and I had a great conversation over the phone. We set up an appointment after a few different configurations on my roof. I chose the biggest one. Not because I wanted to pay more on purpose but because I wanted to pay corporate power much less. Haven’t given them more than $8 since the install. Love everything about Brian and company.

I've been shopping around for solar panels over a couple of years. The owner (Dustin) followed up with me via email, phone, and text. When I finally responded, he had his regional manager (Shane) follow up with me. Shane and I had rapport. They are now starting the process to install. At this point, I'm very impressed with their ability to follow up and show they care. I will continue to update through this process.

When I was shopping for solar it was extremely difficult to find a company that didn't feel like used car shopping. I couldn't get many companies to meet appointments and the ones that did where dishonest hard clossing arrogant salesman. But not EnergyOne. They where fare in their bidding responsive in their communication and punctual with their appointments. They offered the best plans for financing and best warranty of all my bids aside from being the most competitive bid, after applying a veteran discount. The installation was prompt and the installers they used, ecovole, also communicated regularly and openly. I will use them again on the next home we buy 👌

Update to my initial review:

Thus far, we have had nothing but great luck with EnergyONE. We specifically worked with Shane, who was excellent at coordinating all aspects of the install.

Not too long after we installed the solar panels, we had a significant hail storm, which although the panels were undamaged, we did need a new roof, which required EnergyONE to uninstall and reinstall the panels, book ending the new roof being installed. There was a mix up with the correct phone number to contact for the uninstall/reinstall, so out of desperation, I reached back out to Shane. Although I don't believe uninstall/reinstalls are a primary responsibility in his role, he did not refer me to someone else, but instead spearheaded things to get the ball rolling.

I worked with another EnergyONE employee named Kate, who again made life much easier for us by working with our roofing contractor to coordinate dates. Overall, we are very happy with the product and service we have gotten from EnergyONE and happily recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting solar panels installed.

I had a great experience with everyone! Starting with sales representative, support staff, project manager and the installation crew on site installing the new Solar system. They took care of all the required permits and anytime I had a question or concern they were there to help. They answered all of my questions and they took care of all of my concerns without any issues! If you are considering with going with a Solar system, this is a company you will need to contact!
