Our experience with Mike Hayden Electric was excellent. The electrician was very professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend this company .

These guys beat all other estimates by atleast $1000 didn't tear up the yard to bury the line. Not only was I impressed, but the guy from Evergy was equally impressed. Would most definitely use them again.

I called Mike and he answered promptly. I described my problem and he was able to give me a short description of what I needed to do to repair it myself. I didn't have any serious issue, but if I did I would be sure to call Mike immediately

Called them....Josh arrived ahead of time....called me 2days later with an estimate and explained all aspects of the job (even said there may be some small Sheetrock damage). We scheduled a time, and again, he and Lance showed up ahead of time and got after it. Fantastic job and NO damaged sheetrock ! Solid company that gets it done and done right ! Thanks, guys !

They were very helpful starting with the quote, process, scheduling appointment. The workers showed up on time, completed the outside light installation within the stated time frame. The work was done well and the job site was left clean. I would use this firm again and would recommend their services.

Scheduled an appt and I was told
it would be $135 for service call which I was fine with. The tech arrived and said he would need to come back another day and bring another tech with him and it would be $270 an hour to figure out electrical problem. I called a different electrician who came the next day and fixed the problem by himself in under 2 hours and didnt charge anywhere near what this company would have. I would highly recommend contacting another company before calling this one.

Lance was our technician. He was on time, professional and courteous.
He did some additional work that wasn't part of the original request without hesitation. Definitely recommend and will be our go to electric company. Thank you!

Lance was the electrician who put in a new receptacle and fished some wire through a tricky area in our home. He was quick, knowledgeable and very professional. He showed up on time and got the job done fast. I highly recommend Mike Hagen Electric.

We had some lights in the house that were flickering occasionally. A Hagen electrician came out on time at the scheduled appointment and thoroughly checked the switches and the circuit breakers. The problem was quickly identified and resolved at a fair price. The electrician was polite and shared what to look for in the future. I would use this company again for electrical repairs.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had as it relates to service. I recently requested a quote for electrical services from Mike Hagen Electric. A servicemen, Josh, came to my home to understand the scope of the remodel. It took them two weeks to get me a quote which was simply put as "we will charge you for time and material". Two weeks to really say, I don't really care and I didn't listen to you. The explanation I received from Josh was he was sick during that time and couldn't get to my quote (for time and material). Tried to put this behind us. We scheduled the work for last Thursday. On that day, we were called and told that there was an emergency and that Josh would try to come out after the emergency was fixed. That seems reasonable, but I expressed my concerns about having additional drywall work scheduled for the weekend and needed to have my electrical work completed by Friday evening. Dale, who is a project manager, assured me that two people would come out on Friday and the job would be completed. Friday comes, and I receive a phone call from a very apologetic woman from the office informing me Josh was sick and no one would be coming out to work on the house. This forced me to cancel my drywalling work to be performed on Saturday and has now pushed back my project at least a week, probably two. Very disappointed and would not recommend using Mike Hagen Electric.

We have been happy customers of Mike Hagen Electric for several years now. The professionalism and knowledge is top notch. They are excellent and their skills are bar none. They are timely in returning calls and scheduling service needs. The prices are more than fair and we will continue to use Mike Hagen Electric for all of our electric needs!

Lance was extremely professional and patient with my dogs getting to know him; careful to be aware of where they were since they are little. He quickly trouble-shot the issue and resolved the light issue I was having. Then also resolved an old problem I had with an outlet in my master and outside. He also pointed out an issue with my water heater that could have caused serious harm. Excellent service, professional, respectful, and patient. They have earned my business going forward!

Very good experience with this company. We are a small business with a lease space in the Northland and undergoing a remodeling of our offices. We heard of their reputation and decided to give them a call for an estimate. The entire process was professional, punctual and thorough! Lance was fantastic in his communication and description of what we could expect and the the entire company made everything happen just as he described. Hands down we will use them for all of our electrical service needs from now on!

Highly recommend Hagen Electric! I called several places to get quotes on a panel upgrade and they were the only ones to show up when they said they would, let alone show up at all. They were very professional and Josh took his time and answered any questions we had. My calls and emails where always returned right away and everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. They even called after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. I can't recommend them enough!

We called needing 2 new light fixtures hung in our dining room and kitchen. The electrician (whose name I missed, but maybe Jason?) was professional and timely and did an excellent job installing our fixtures. We’ll be purchasing a new ceiling fan soon and will definitely be using Mike Hagen Electric again!
