Stay away from this company at all cost. It is also know as Ecovole Solar. It is a sham. I have had paid over 74000.00 for a 49 panel system 2 1/2 years ago and it has not worked the way as I was told it would and I did not get the federal refund they said I would get. My electric bill is the same as it was before I gotten the panels and it took them over a year for them to get them all showing that they were producing and showing up on my solar one app. There service techs damaged my new porch roof to try and resolve the panel issue on my back porch and when I called them on this they tried and make the install contractor to pay for it when it was there own techs that damaged it.
So when I work with Evergy on why bill was the same, they came out and verified everything on there end and they said it was good the problem is with the solar system so I have called This solar company back and they want to charge me 300.00 a hour to come out and che k the system out that haven't work right since installed. Your best bet is find another company and save yourself the headaches and legal fees and money to get a good working solar system.

Wonderful experience. I love watching our electric meter run backwards. The system has only been on for 2 and 1/2 weeks during very dreary days and has almost cut our electricity bill in half. Shane has been working with us starting by explaining the entire process all the way to the finished project. Any questions have been taken care of by very knowledgeable folks. So nice to work with a company like this. I highly recommend.

I contacted Energy One Renewables, because my wife and I wanted solar for the house we just moved into in Lee’s Summit.

The salesman I talked to was Shane, he explained that he was going to make 3 separate proposals. We told him that we had Solar with Tesla batteries at our previous house in San Diego. He explained how their solar systems work, and how they might be different from our previous system.

The 3 proposals were solar by itself, solar with back up batteries, and solar with a generator. We’ve only lived here in Lee’s Summit for 2 months now. Shane and I discussed the average energy usage for those 2 months, along with a years worth of energy usage from the previous owners.

He then told me the size of the system we would need to meet the needs of our average uses.

A couple of days later he messaged me asking if he could make a follow up appointment to further discuss our options. A few days after that he came to our house and discussed the 3 proposals with my wife and I.

I had told Shane that we were getting proposals from 4 other solar companies, and that we were going with whichever proposal met our needs best. After doing some research on the panels and inverters Energy One Renewables uses, as well as the panels and inverters that the other companies we received proposals from uses, we decided to go with Energy One Renewables.

We came to this decision for a couple of reasons, Shane explained in great detail everything involved with their panels, inverters, panel placement, any guarantees they offer, as well as the costs, and credits.

We also thought that Shane presented the proposals better than the other salesmen that gave us proposals.

We feel very comfortable with the decision we made to go with Energy One Renewables.

Shane is a great salesman but as soon as you sign the contract good luck getting him to talk to you. I finally got him on the phone and then he got another call and said he would call me right back never called back until they couldn’t get the panels that he said they would install. So I agreed to different panels, but when the installer came to install them they wouldn’t fit as designed so they changed the lay out. He said I could most everything installed inside the house but the design engineer did not like that. The installer didn’t connect the sensors that monitors the power used from the utility company. So I connected them in my breaker box and tried to get him to setup the app to show me my power usage, but after a week I called Enphase which was very help an set it up.

Installation crew was very knowledgeable and realized the hardware was not compatible with my roof material. They sourced the correct hardware and got everything installed. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. My customer service representative and sales consultant, Shane, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was instrumental in clarifying my questions and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible.

I really enjoyed working with Shane and the Ecovolve team. Through Energysage, Ecovolve was my best quote on a Solar solution. Shane was able to answer a lot of my extra questions and details about the solar project. We worked through several interations to get the most solar power we could. Shane at Ecovolve was very organized and always did a great job explaining all the steps so I knew what to expect and why there were waiting periods. Shane was also able to quickly get me contacts for roof work and tree trimming to improve the outcome of the solar installation. I am very excited to get my system fully operatuonal as I am waiting for the final inspection and Netmeter installation.

EnergyOne and their installer, Ecovole, did a great job on my roof mounted solar power solution. My system was online and generating power within 7 weeks of my first signature, which is excellent timing and fully within all expectations shared with me. Their prices are competitive, their quality is assuring, and their communication is excellent.

Shane, my sales manager, helped me find the best solar configuration for my home. He answered all my questions, kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, and always showed professionalism and competent knowledge. Amanda, the project coordinator, was also respectful and quick to communicate updates about my install and answers to my questions.

Grant, the field manager of my solar install, and his team worked hard and installed all 26 of my solar panels in a single day. Although a couple panels ended up not fitting as planned, his team was able to adapt and quickly draft a new plan and relocate two panels to the next best location. Grant was also respectful and able to answer all of my questions.

When Evergy, my utility company, came to install my new meter, the technician complimented Ecovole, mentioning that they did a good job wiring up the system. I was happy to hear this, and from my judgement, I’d say my home’s solar installation is of high quality.

They did a very good job on my installation. They went far and beyond to help me with other arrangements that I needed for my light Pole extensions and upgrades have been very good to me so far. They gave me payment arrangements than paying them on time. They call me what all updates. I need to and find out if there's anything that I need so I have no complaints about the service. It was very good. All the customer service people Easy. to get along with all the office staff was excellent trying to find And solve any problems that came Up. Thank you very much. Ricky webb

We had the pleasure of using Herzig Engineering to provide us with our 5-year update of Arc Flash ratings for all of our electrical enclosures throughout our facilities. Herzig Engineering provided us with services of our facility Arc Flash study and thermal imaging of our electrical panels. The work proceeded according to the pre-determined schedule. The technicians were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Would highly recommend their services. They have quite a back log so get your order in early to be put on their schedule.

I had the pleasure of working with Herzig Engineering for a project required by my company . Everybody in the company was of great value to me . From scheduling in the beginning through to the end in receiving the reports everyone in the office was helpful in answering any questions or finding the right documents . I especially enjoyed working with their traveling Techs / Electricians . They were very knowledgeable and did not withhold any information . Everyone in the company was friendly and always willing to help . I highly recommend Herzig Engineering !

DO NOT USE THEM!! Took forever to come preview to get a bid, THEY NEVER called to give a bid. Called two weeks later and the lady was rude. Incompetent company for sure. Waste of time, unorganized.
