Great installers. The crew did a very neat, thorough, and appealing solar installation on our roof in just a few hours one Sunday. There were only a couple glitches from that day until PTO (permission to operate from the utility company). But the dedicated troubleshooting and communications person was right on it, and a serviceman was out in two days. He made the adjustment, answered all our final questions, and moved the solar monitor to exactly the right spot in the garage. Everyone we saw or heard from was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. And we’re completely satisfied with the product and process.

The installation was seamless, the only issue I had was some confusion about when I could turn it on. However, the system passed inspection by the city and has been performing well, as far as I can tell. Looking forward to seeing my next Louisville Gas and electric statement

The installers were great, and the work was done quickly, but once the panels are installed, we had some questions about the panel we were told we needed. I got a call from Doug at Ecovole, who spent quite a bit of time with me to answer my questions. I appreciate his quick response, and his effort to address my concerns.
It has been 3 months since the installation. The breaker panel was installed but failed inspection. A partial repair was made a month ago but we are still waiting for the remaining task to be completed so we can actually turn on our panel. The AMP project manager assured us that Ecovole would support us after the installation and going forward, but she was wrong.

The installation looks great. The panels are placed aesthetically well, the clean up after the project was well done. The men who installed the panels were professional (even were ok with my dog who loved their attention). The guy who installed the electrical aspect in my basement was kind and friendly. I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend Ecovole Soar. They explaining everything, basing how much energy you use, to calculate the correct number of solar panels. All the updating of wiring and electrical box is free. The website where you can monitor you energy is easy to understand. Professional crew installed the panels quickly and answered any questions. Its a great investment, helping the environment, but also rebate is earn in taxes and from the electrical company. That can go to pay off the panels faster. Don't be afraid of the total cost. One month my electric bill was low as $6.41 compared to in August (very hot summer) was only $51.04. I live in the Midwest and these panels have been through hail with no damage.

Ecovole thank you for a great process. I spoke to four different companies, and was very nervous about going through the construction. This has been surprisingly great, and a breath of fresh air. We are now two months in, and our savings has been just as we expected.

My husband Beril. I had talked about solar. But we're really didn't know who to contact. But one day, 2 nice young gentlemen stopped at our house and asked us if we'd be interested, and we said yes. We were given a date as when Installation would be done. And they arrived on that day promptly. Put the panels on our roof cleaned up very good !!
the 2 nice, gentlemen explained it to us. Told us how much money we could save approximately. And we're very satisfied! We have not see no results yet. Or how much money we're saving but I know and do time we will and I appreciate these guys. Stopping out our house. And Keaton has really kept me in touch with every step that they were going to do and we appreciated that. I would recommend solar.

I was going to give them a better review, but after I was sent the email from Keaton last week I informed him that I would not be leaving any review until my solar panels were operational, its been a month and they are still not working. He understood, or so he said and then proceeded to send me another email 4 days later and ask for a review again. So Keaton.. since all you are concerned with is a Google review and not whether your project on my house is up and operational yet. I think the customer service is lacking. Your install crew also left trash in my yard and gutters. They also stepped all over the support bars for the solar panels that it started pulling the screws out of the roof and then they just filled in all the big gaps with caulking.

I do not recommend this company. It has been a year and four months and my system is still not working. Horrible customer service. No call backs or contact what so ever. Totally ghosting me. Totally sucks!!!!!

Ecovole Solar did a great job installing the solar panels. But, I want to tell you that LG&E-KU Net metering is a SCAM. We were told we might get a electric bill the first month of payment on the solar but, we have made the 3 payment on them and have gotten a electric bill every month also. The solar has made twice the electricity we have used but we still are getting electric bills. They are not the amount of usual but, if we are producing twice what we use, we should not be getting a electric bill. We installed two extra panels because we took into consideration we were cutting down a tree that shaded the house and still doesn't keep us from getting a electric bill. We DON'T recommend anyone do it because we are paying more now for this solar than we were paying for the electricity for our house. Again, its a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. DON'T DO IT.

Cameron sold it well. Not a greasy salesman. Very understanding and patient and knowledgeable and kind. We waited for the approval and upon receipt the installation team came out and installed the wiring and panel installation. Overall a good experience so far.

Rapid, and professional. I signed up with Ecovole, and my neighbor with another company at the same time. However, my solar panels were installed and started producing, and my neighbor only got his, 6months later. Thank you all, and specially Billy who is professional, nice, always reachable. I recommend Ecovole to anyone who wants to switch to solar panels, you won’t regret it.

Edit: If you previously read my bad review, it was actually about the company that INSTALLED the solar project on my house. It has come to my attention that Ecovole Solar was linked through paperwork and that's how I got their name to review, however the company that actually deserves the review I previously gave was Lifetime Solar. Apologies, I have removed my review and will place it on the proper company.

We had our panels from Ecovole Solar installed a couple years ago. The work crew did an excellent job. Took them a couple days to complete. They clean up after themselves and were very knowledgeable about their system and very friendly. We are happy with our solar system. Would highly recommend Ecovole Solar to anyone who wants a system installed.

Install went great. Has some pretty good rains right after install and no leaks in the roof were noted! Passed city inspection waiting on Evergy so I can put the system online. All in all they do a very professional job. Showed up and finished when they said they would!

Very professional and experienced installation crew. It’s easy to see they have installed a lot of this product. Very efficient and clean. The inspections from my utility and municipal officials went flawlessly. I have gone thru the entire process and I would do it again without reservation. Now I’m letting my system pay for itself.

They were fast and cleaned up after installation of the panels. I have no problem with what they did. I am very pleased with Ecovole Solar!

Overall experience has been great. The process was easy and they kept me informed along the way. It went so much faster than I expected when considering you have to deal with the city to get approval. Everyone I have spoken with appear to be very knowledgeable and take the time to help you understand what’s going on. If I end up buying again I will definitely use them for my solar needs!

I’m extremely disappointed with Ecovole Solar’s customer support after installation. While they were very responsive and eager during the sales process, their support has been nearly impossible to reach once the panels were installed. I’ve experienced issues with the panels not working properly and have tried contacting Belly, Miriam, and the general customer support numbers multiple times—with no response.

It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be left without help after making such a significant investment. To potential new customers: please consider the quality of post-sale service before committing. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and unfortunately, Ecovole has fallen short in this regard.
