Jeramiah and Derrick are HVAC geniuses! They fixed a temperature issue we have had in our house for 15 years that 3 other companies couldn’t figure out. They came out to install air scrubbers (which are very cool and a great value) but also corrected an air flow problem with some additional duct bypass work. Professional, clean, on time, and priced right. Highest recommendation

I knew this company had a good reputation & called them for a consult on a heat distribution problem we had in our finished basement. Jeremiah responded promptly to my call & scheduled an inspection. He made a proposal & we agreed on the work. We also decided to install an air scrubber on our existing furnace. Shawn performed the work the next week. Everyone was professional, prompt, friendly & did the proper work. I’d use them again & recommend them.

I woke up to 85 degrees in my home and no cool air coming from the vents. (High today is 94 degrees) I called Donaldson’s Heating and Air Conditioning and within an hour help was at my door! The serviceman was friendly, professional and great at his job. He explained the problem and was able to fix it in no time!! Several years ago in the fall we had an incident where Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning had come to the house to check out our furnace and air conditioner for our twice a year check. He had found where there was a hole in the heat exchanger that was causing Carbon Monoxide gas was leaking throughout the house and could have killed us if we had started up the furnace. Through his diligence of trouble shooting, he had found out that there was still a warranty on our existing furnace and found the part that we needed and replaced it. If it wasn’t for him being thorough and checking everything who knows what would have happened. This company very well could have charged us for a brand-new furnace which they did not do and they only charged me for the labor because the part was covered under warranty. I will continue to do business Donaldson’s and share them with everyone I know’ cause this is the type of company everyone would want to go to bat for them. I personally know Jim Donaldson the owner of Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning and know he is an outstanding and honest man and hires great technicians.
Every year I buy the package where they come out and check the furnace in the fall or winter and the air conditioner in the spring just to make sure there are no issues like before.

Donaldson has been servicing my HVAC for years. They are always on time, courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The cost is reasonable and worth the peace of mind knowing that the HVAC is ready for another season.

Had our spring checkup and also got a small issue with our furnace resolved. Jeff and Alex explained along the way and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Donaldson installed our furnace and air conditioner back in 2012 and use them for bi-annual inspections. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable crew that I trust every time.

We had a wonderful experience with Donaldson! Our A/C compressor went out and they were courteous in explaining our options for replacement. We eventually opted to replace both our A/C and furnace even though they were willing to just replace the A/C. The deal they offered was better than another one we got from another vendor.
I liked how they gave us three options to choose from and made it easy to compare them. They were on time to all of their appointments and they did the install all in less than a day. It looks so much nicer, and more importantly works so well!
They also were very helpful in preparing the paperwork for us to get a rebate from Evergy for the more efficient equipment. I would recommend them to anyone!
