Donaldson's excellent team installed an entirely new, energy-efficient HVAC system and humidifiers in our home. They took their time to do so in a careful, clean, and thorough manner. We also used Donaldson for our commercial properties. They do excellent work and are good, trustworthy people. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of Donaldson's for several years. They have always gone above and beyond in customer service but multiplied that this past weekend when our furnace was not functioning properly in 5 degree weather. Hoffman Heating and Cooling came on a Sunday when our air conditioner quit. They were prompt and fixed the issue. We had them back later that week to do other work. They were quick and cleaned up after the work was done. Would recommend them.

Hoffman’s stood out with excellent reviews, so we gave them a call. Their customer service was outstanding—walking us through potential issues over the phone to help us avoid unnecessary costs. I can’t say enough about their service; it felt like having a Chick-fil-A experience in the HVAC world!

Dustin was the only one to respond to my inquiry late on a Saturday. We lost AC when it was 95+ degrees outside. He responded to my request for service within 15 minutes and then made time later that evening to come by our house and get us back up and running…after having been out with his family for dinner. He went well above and beyond the call of duty and it was the best service I’ve had in a long time.

He didn’t have the exact parts on hand to replace the failed part but he made an alternate solution to get us cooled back down and then did a great job communicating when he would have the actual part and when his crew could get it installed.

Because of his approach to running a business and really caring about his clients, he will get all of our HVAC-related business going forward. I highly recommend Hoffman to anyone needing HVAC help and will direct all my family and friends to use Hoffman.

Dustin and his crew were great. Our AC went out on a Friday during the hottest part of summer and Hoffman was recommended by a friend of ours so we called. By Monday we had a new AC system and $4000 less than on of the big local corporate companies I won’t name. There was one small issue and Dustin came right out to correct it. Great service, quick, good pricing. I would recommend and use again.

Dustin and company were amazing! I called on a Monday and they came out 3 hours later. They have done more to diagnose and dig into our issue than the service we previously used. Especially on a week where we hit 100 degrees. They scheduled to come replace our AC unit on a Friday, then called to say they were able to get us in a day earlier! They have been very quick to communicate and stay in contact and even after the install, they follow up the next day to make sure everything is working well. It was nice they offer different options for financing as well. Very happy with Hoffman Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone!
