Came home from work to find our house at 60 degrees during the first snow storm of the year. Dustin came out to fix our furnace after hours with the roads still in bad condition. He was here within a few hours after calling and had our furnace running within minutes of getting here. Thank you Dustin!

I really cannot say enough good things about Hoffman Heating and Cooling. I worked directly with Dustin on our project which was replacement of a furnace and air conditioning. Price was VERY fair compared to all the big ones in town and a few smaller ones. Installation: one day in and out without even breaking a sweat, they had everything they needed, you could not ask for a smoother install. Hoffman is five star all the way.

Dustin was quick, thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. He arrived prepared with the parts needed and made an additional adjustment I hadn’t even noted as a concern with no additional cost. He even took extra time to explain everything and share advice before leaving which I personally appreciated greatly.

We recently had our furnace replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dustin was fantastic—super helpful from start to finish. He first quoted us earlier this year, and after months silence from my end due to back-and-forth with our home warranty company, they still honored the original pricing. The team also got creative with the configuration and installation of our thermostat to make everything work perfectly. Once the job was done, they didn’t just pack up and leave—they stuck around to vacuum and clean up, leaving the space spotless. These guys are the real deal, and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone who asks!

I called them late in the week to set up routine maintenance for our HVAC System. Dustin was personable on the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment the following Tuesday.
