We had an incredible experience with Alliance Heating and Cooling, especially with Eric Walker. After about 11 hours of trying everything we could to rescue our cat who had fallen down our vent system, we were exhausted and out of options. I called around to multiple companies, and no one could help—until I reached Alliance. They sent Eric, who was kind enough to come after hours to help us.

Eric was so pleasant, patient, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to help us get our cat out safely. It’s not every day you meet someone who shows that much compassion and dedication to helping others. There truly are good people in this world, and Eric is one of them. We’re beyond grateful!

Zach was nothing but professional and explained everything while doing my semi annual maintenance. During this he suggested cleaning the A Coil as it was dirty and constricting air flow and he provided a picture so I could see what he was talking about! Needless to say, I had it cleaned it looks almost new!

Does not want to come back they have been here 3 times but they never finished the work. The owner was very rude and hateful. There are disabled people at my home and they refuse to fix the air. In the process of taking legal action.

Called on Tues said would call back if they could come that day or not. NEVER RECIEVED CALL.. Called next morning and they came mid afternoon to inspect unit and flush drain line due to water underneath furnace. The tech was telling me my unit was cheap and basically junk because wasn't the brand they sell.. he ask me how old unit was I said 2 to 3 years old he looks older than that.. No rust just dust from being in bssement... then proceed to tell me it was about 600 to 700 dollar fix to fix leak but wasn't sure if it would fix the problem... he never flush out drain hose or inspected drain thoroughly to file problem
I heard about this company on 98.1 fm .. Wouldn't recommend them.. 79 dollars to basically insult me for purchasing an off brand and tell me 600 to 700 fix min.

Needed a new HVAC system. They deducted cost of part i had just replaced about 6 months prior. Yay!! Then I was given rebates and other discounts. They really worked with me. So nice, friendly and professional. I will always use this company

Travis came out to get our unit ready for summer. He was very informative and professional. We will definitely use you guys again! And would highly recommend!

When my furnace starting mis-behaving, I called LS Heating and Cooling for an appointment. To my surprise, they sent a skilled technician and supervisor within 3 hours. The problem was my fault: a lack of routine service. The problem was fixed within minutes with no repairs needed.

While fixing the furnace, they noticed my hot water tank was rusted on the bottom and starting to leak. It was installed just a few years ago by a different company in KC that I had problems with previously. LS Heating and Cooling installed my new water heater the next morning while I worked from home. Not only did they do an outstanding job quickly, they filled out the rebate form for my new energy-efficient water heater and did not charge me for the service call to fix my furnace.

I am happy to be warm with a dry basement and a rebate check on the way. I could not ask fore better service. Thanks, guys!
