Seems like I had the same experience a few people writing reviews have had. Went in looking for a part and the guy working was a complete a**hole so left without even looking for myself. Definitely won't be supporting this business in the future if this is how they interact with customers. Better off going to Westlake or another supply store.

Lees Summit Reeves is by far the best plumbing supply store in all of the KC Area! They are a very knowledgeable and helpful staff who are willing to help you with any job you’re working on.

As a plumbing contractor it’s important to find a great supplier! Camron and the guys up here always take care of me well and help me find things I didn’t think I’d be able to locate. Great about working special parts well

The person helping me acted like I was interupting his day. Very unhelpful. Wouldn't even pull the sales order sheet. Just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. Thankfully another employee pulled the order sheet and gave it to him (IT WAS IN ARMS REACH!). Honestly if you don't like customer service get a different job. This man was going to let me leave after driving an hour to get there without the parts that were literally sitting on the counter a couple feet away because he couldn't be bothered to reach behind him to get the sales order form. I understand good employees are hard to find, but this kind of employee will hurt your business!

Justin and his crew came within an hour and set up fans and filters. After everything was dry they were there to take out the ruined flooring and cabinets. Everything went smoothly. Professional and caring.

Certified Restoration came recommended by my insurance agent. They performed water damage mitigation and the follow up restoration. The crews were professional and worked quickly. The damaged area looks like new, and we couldn’t be happier with the final results.

When I called Certified Restoration I was pretty upset. I had just been canceled on by two different local mold-removal companies in two days. Those companies had appointments with me, but called at the time of my appointments to tell me that more urgent things came up and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I kinda took my frustration out on Clint from Certified Restoration. I grilled him on the seriousness of our situation and sent him the test results from two labs showing that we had hazardous levels of mold in our 1920s home and I wanted to be sure that he wasn't going to make me wait another minute to find out what could be done. Though his schedule was full, he offered to come over that same day. When he arrived he was calm and prepared and smart. He assessed our old house and was able to help my husband and me decide how to move forward. I don't think I've ever met a more knowledgable and honest service/repair person. Those other guys, who eventually did make it to assess our home, they clearly had no idea what they were doing and wasted our time. Clint at Certified Restoration helped us understand everything we need to know and we are well on our way to a healthy, happy home. Thank you!! We'll tell all our friends in Downtown Lee's Summit...Certified Restoration is the best.

We had a sewage back up in our basement which resulted in some damage to the finished portion of our home. Certified Restoration mitigated and addressed the damage and then in a timely manner, restored the home back to the pre-damage state. They worked with our insurance agent and the staff/workers at Certified Restoration were excellent and seemed to pride themselves on great work. I was very impressed with the entire team and will use them again in the future should a need arise (hopefully not!).
