Had a small leak from 2nd floor bathroom that was dripping into main level eating area. Had a plumber come out early AM to fix the leak, and originally made a call to another "business" to fix the water damage in the ceiling and drywall who did NOT show. Made one call to Certified Restoration and Clint was at my house within 3 hours. QUICK and PROFESSIONAL! 5 STARS!!!! Thank you for the quick response. Will definitely use again if we ever experience any type of restoration/water damage and cleanup. Thank you Clint!!!

Our entire downstairs flooded when our sump pump decided to quit after some heavy rains. Certified Restoration was great restoring our family room and 3 other rooms. It looks better now than it did before! We would highly recommend them. Clint was great to work with, as were all of his sub-contractors and employees. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely use them again (although I hope we don't have to). :) Job well done.

When my basement flooded, I was in a panic. Certified restoration came out the next day to evaluate and start solutioning, and their quick and confident approach to flood mitigation made the absolute best of a really tough time.

Amazing! We had a water leak that ran from our main floor to our basement, causing a lot of damage. Certified Restoration came out immediately to begin drying-out the damage to remediate. They saved our carpet, hardwood floor, walls, and ceiling in the basement. Following the dry-out, our insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage and told us the damage would not be covered due to him believing it was a a leak over time when we knew it was a sudden onset. I called Clint with Certified & he went straight to contacting the adjuster directly and justifying/explaining the reasons and science behind why it was not overtime, it was sudden. He composed all of his information and provided it to the adjusters supervisor. The result was that insurance decided to cover. Certified was an amazing advocate for us & did a hell of a job saving the integrity of our home!

Certified restoration was here within an hour.

Clint is a great guy! Thorough knowledge of everything I asked and more. He had his work cut out for him on my house, but he managed to be patient and understanding. Especially when I had alot of paperwork issues with my loan to upgrade/fix my house, but he got all of it done under 3 months! His crew is polite and efficient as I worked nights so they would work around my sleep schedule during the day. Would definitely recommend him! Excellent work!

After water damage in the kitchen, Clint came very quickly to clean up the water and begin the drying out process. They worked quickly and were very professional and courteous. Clint was very accommodating of our schedule and helpful concerning the insurance claim. He always responded and kept us informed of the process. I highly recommend Certified Restoration!

After encountering a flood in our finished basement and master bedroom, we contacted Certified Restoration to make needed repairs including replacing drywall / sheet rock in our ceilings and walls, insulation and baseboards (as the damaged portions had to be cut out by the drying company), lighting and then (re)painting everything to match. Immediately after contacting them, Clint was out first thing the next morning to assess the damage. He was very professional and knowledgeable in answering our questions, making recommendations and in providing a timely quote. He assigned Nick, a seasoned member of his team, who lead the restoration effort and completed most of the work. I can’t say enough about the quality of Nick’s work! His breadth of “craftsmanship” and attention to detail is amazing. It’s like the damage never happened. After having squares of sheet rock cut out of the walls and ceilings during the drying and demolition process, he was able to make the needed repairs and replacements, blending it in with the rest of the walls and ceilings without any sign that it had been cut out to begin with! He also had to apply a “skim coat” to our bathroom after the flood necessitated the need to remove the wallpaper and finding it had been improperly installed by the builder. Again, it was like the damage never happened. The only negative experience I encountered is we had some confusion on the billing amount after the fact causing a few hours extra work on my part to prove / correct, which in the end was settled satisfactorily. Overall, I would definitely recommend Certified Restoration if you’re in need of quality restoration work in a timely fashion.

We had mold in a small portion of two rooms in our basement that had gone undetected. Certified Restoration sent a mitigation expert to assess the problem, then remove the mold in walls and baseboards and clean up.
The carpet was salvaged, and it was easy to complete the restoration after that.
We heartily recommend Certified Restoration to others in a similar situation!

I have used Certified Restoration for water damage on two different occasions over the past 12 years. The service is always quick and thorough. They just finished drying out our ceiling and hardwood floors from a broken pipe. The quick response and know-how saved our hardwood floors, saving us a bunch of money on refinishing. Cannot recommend them high enough. Great, honest company!

Hands down, I will ALWAYS use Certified Restoration for water mitigation. We've used them on three separate occasions over a few years (unrelated incidents). The customer service and workmanship has been outstanding. They came out immediately (after hours) to evaluate our problem and start working on our wood floors. We were able to save our wood floors and the repairs were just as promised. They are very responsive and communicate realistic timelines. I cannot recommend them enough!
