I wanted to take a minute and thank the team at Pierpoint Plumbing Lee's Summit for their great service in installing our new gas line. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous. It went really smoothly, too; the gas was never shut off, our usage didn't fluctuate at all, and everything is running perfectly. I would recommend them to anybody in need of a similar service.

I had an excellent experience with Pierpoint Plumbing. They communicated with me before through Facebook providing excellent customer service and a bid of the flushmate I needed to replace to fix my Toliet. The staff in the office were great when I booked my appointment. The plumber was professional and fixed my Toliet in no time. I Would highly recommend Pierpoint Plumbing!

I cannot say enough good things about this Company. From my main drain going out of my house to the sewer to countless times that they have come and cleared our pipes. This time it was Christmas night and our hot water heater decided to go out. Service man by the name of Junior came out wonderful young man, polite knowledgeable he was in and out with a new hot water heater in about 30 minutes. There certainly was some Christmas magic that they did personally, I am a customer for life.

These guys are life savers! They are beyond professional and extremely personable. They came in went right to work and addressed all of my concerns and questions. This is honestly one of my best experiences with having maintenance done in our home. I’m beyond thankful and satisfied with their work and professionalism. If I could give more stars I would. 10/10

My rental property has sent Snake and Rooter to my home multiple times over the last few years. Today Snake and Rooter sent Delaney to address my sewage issue& sink leaking. Delaney went above & beyond with replacing things that weren't functioning, making sure I checked that everything worked properly. He took his time making sure everything was complete. I feel confident my sewage problem is finally resolved.

Jace #407 was an absolute delight. He was highly professional and personable. He was amazing with our dogs and cleaned up after himself (if only I could teach my son that).
We had to wait weeks to get our landlord out to even look at the issue, but Snake'n'Rooter was here the very next day and had it fixed in less than an hour. (a shower, jetted tub, and toilet were all backing up).
I can NOT recommend them (especially Jace) enough. I can't wait to actually use my master bathroom for the first time in weeks. Thank you.

by Snake n Rooter this past month and always: the professionals were courteous, clean and did fantastic jobs- jobs: Digging out the cement around a toilet drain (iron) installed a sleeve and toilet- the. also installed a shower- fantastic job and great company- reasonable pricing for plumbing these days!

Our property management company for our rental house uses Snake N Rooter for plumbing issues, and I have been so impressed by this company. I have been working with them for our water heater, and our shower. They are knowledgable and efficient at their jobs. I also very much appreciate their communication throughout the process. Our household is very busy, but they have reached out to us while ordering parts, waiting on approvals, etc. and have kept us in the loop throughout the process as well as worked with our schedules. Thank you guys so much!

We had Delaney (I’m not sure I spelled that correctly) over today to help fix the mess of pipes our house had. He was super polite and professional, and got what could have easily been a multi-day reno done in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend these guys, and will more than likely use them again.

After 3.5 hours of Jase and Hunter fighting the root ball in my sewer, they got us flowing again! It's been a long hard fight to make that happen! Months ago, Hamilton Plumbing told me that the sewer went straight out the back of the house, and that the only way to get a tiny root out was to dig it all up for 5k per 5ft, and replace all of the pipes!
Snake 'n' Rooter got us flowing again and confirmed that the sewer flows through our front yard, and they even suggested that we install an Exterior Clean out to make it so that a complete cleanout would be possible. They did all of this and everything was very affordable, even for this Single Mom!
Their customer service was impeccable from the initial phone call, to the moment they left!
They are a 24 hour company and were at my house the very next morning after my call!
There were no sleazy sales tactics, or lies. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a way that I could understand.

I had such a good experience with Snake 'n' Rooter. Delaney came out and fixed an issue that multiple plumbers have been trying to fix for the last year. He explained what he had to do, kept me up to date on the whole process, and, once finished, showed me all that he had done! He even spoke with the kids and was sure to make them comfortable while he was in their home! I appreciate the service given and how professional Delaney was! I 100% recommend!

Just Wow! I wish I would have called these guys first been a long journey!fist of all they came out the next day after calling was there on site for 5 hours, Mark was the first out to the house to clean the main. new to company but nice and professional hunter came out to help mark and hunter was great! I feel bad cause the clog was so tuff but he worked and worked through it and got me flowing again and made suggestions on things that helps a lot.. definitely would recommend this company 110%

Wow! Mick from Snake n Rooter did an awesome job for us. After calling several "name" companies who couldn't give me an estimated cost or senior discount we called Snake n Rooter. They gave us an estimate of cost, arrival time and a senior discount! All hit the mark. Plus they sent Mick! He not only fixed our drain he also cleaned all around the basement drain for me and made suggestions on how to handle the odor too. He's my Hero! They are my go to plumber now!!

My rental property sent this company out after we noticed a leak with the water heater, we had someone could out look at everything, unclog the floor drain and he was very professional, let me know everything he was doing and that he would send an estimate to get the water heater replaced, well after back and forth with the property management company, Delaney was sent out today, he was very professional, he called asked if I could send a photo of the water heater and said he would be replacing everything today! I’m extremely pleased with this company!! Hands down the best and great communication this entire situation even with the ladies in the office. If we ever have another issue I know who will be getting my business. Thank you!!!

We were so impressed by the service that we received from Jesse. He was so knowledgeable, quick, clean and even entertaining. Jesse took the time to share a little garbage disposal wisdom with our 8 year old son and just made his day. We highly recommend Jesse from Snake-n-Rooter.
