My property manager sent out Chris to look at and same day repair leaking hvac and mold on drywall. He did a great job in a timely manner.

I had a plumbing issue and Delaney came out to take a look. He did a wonderful job — very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated how thorough and respectful he was.

Shawn was working on the house across the street, but the sewer line was under the sidewalk on my side. Shawn's #287 communication throughout the process was outstanding! He was there when he said he would be and finished on schedule. He is a man of his word and came back to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I had Snake n Rooter come out to my home on a Friday afternoon and they were great. Jesse Tech #293 was great. Very tidy and knowledgeable. Gave us a call when he was headed our way. Replaced the wax ring on our toilet. Ran into a few issues while replacing and was able to give several solutions to the issue. Fantastic work. I will be calling again for our plumbing needs.

Chris came out to fix a leaking pipe. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Fixed the issue. Did really good work. Explained everything to me prior to work during and after. Will definitely be using them again if I ever need it

Shawn Bailey came from snake and rooter and installed our new toilet. He did a wonderful job and was very professional. Explained what he was going to do and did a beautiful job!! Thanks again shawn!! We will be using snake and rooter again if needed. They come highly recommended!!

Had a clogged drain during the snowpocalypse of Jan 2026. I setup an online appt with their AI assistant. Received a call within an hour and setup an appt for the next day. Got a call on Monday morning that Jerry was on his way. Told me the price upfront before the work and 20 minutes later our drain was unclogged. Jerry was a very knowledgeable plumber and an overall really nice person. This is the company to get a drain clog cleared. Thank you so much for the quick response.

Best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Our tech who came out, Chris (tech #435) went above and beyond to find any possible issues we had, and didn't just do a quick fix, but a permanent one. We called for a furnace leak and it was very minor which he probably could have just put some thread sealant on it and called it a day but he replaced the line entirely to make us feel safe. He also noticed our expansion tank was installed incorrectly (dangerously so) and he said nah that ain't right I'm fixing this too 😄 If all their techs take pride in their work like Chris I don't think you could find a better plumbing service

Zack Rose did a phenomenal job with our old homes plumbing. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that made sense to us. We felt he was very honest, which we appreciated as first time home owners. Snake n Rooter always called when he was on the way and were very timely! Highly recommend if you want trustworthy and good work done.

So impressed by the speed, professionalism and friendly knowledgeable service from Dalainey at Snake n'Rooter. Before Dalainey showed up, we were suffering from burst pipes due to old outdated plumbing in our home in the Waldo area. Parched, without water in the dead of winter, my wife and I were melting snow just to survive.

The Snake n Rooter van pulled into the driveway right on schedule like a beacon of hope. and Dalainey not only tirelessly worked to restore our water, braving the cramped crawl space under the house, replacing lines, faucets, shower pieces and valves, he also shared a little life wisdom and calmed us down.

our house isnt big, and there is not much room to move around, so I know it wasn't easy. After hours of work, he meticulously cleaned up every speck of dust and there is not a single leak to be found on this property. We have hot water, we have cold water, we have sink water, we have dish water, we probably even have holy water. Thanks to this man, our quest for water is finally over, our thirst has been quenched. Roto-Rooter was kind enough to allow me to seek other potential repair technitian dispite already having a scheduled appointment with them. Ounce all efforts were exhausted it turned out they were the best choice, and only choice. Thank you Roto-Rooter for a job well done.

Khari was outstanding. He arrived with a smile, friendly, allowed the pup to sniff him out and while working on the clog made sure of escape kitty did not get out. I’ve had some good service people come from Roto-Rotor before but prefer his work and service. Please acknowledge his outstanding work and customer service.

The technician Nate was and is very knowledgeable of his craft. Came in did his work cleaned up and left. Don't know much about the company but this employee Is a KEEPER thank you Mr. Nate

Nate and Chandler were both communicative, helpful and quick to solve my issues. I appreciate how they talked me through their process, preventative care and everything in between. While plumbing experiences aren’t fun, they made the situation a little less painful.

Nate really went the extra mile to get our main line cleared. He ended up being here for 8 hours doing everything he could, knowing we couldn’t live with a backup. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. He even took the time to show us some maintenance things we can do ourselves to keep things working properly. His knowledge and assessment of the situation also helped the guy that came out the next day to give us a clearer picture of our lines. Definitely hope for Nate if you have to make this sort of call

Andris (sorry if I spelled wrong) was a great tech who exhausted every possible option to get our sewage line open. He was very informative and truly cared about minimizing a mess in our basement. Definitely made some improvements in the sewage line, but we did have to bring in the supervisor David (also a very polite very knowledgeable gentleman who was able to quote us for the rest of the line work and maintenance we will still have to get done).

Great help from the technician. He worked effectively and efficiently to solve several drain problems we had. Dwayne was very friendly and helpful the whole time he was working and I appreciated the work he did us.

Sam did an amazing job being able to troubleshoot a drainage issue I was having when I first moved in to my house. It was during the holidays and I was so stressed! He was so kind, informative, patient, and walked me through what he saw to help me troubleshoot it on my own if it happened again. Couldn’t recommend enough!
