Very courteous and well informed. It took the tech only 20-30 minutes to clear my kitchen drain and I’m running the dishwasher again. Cost a little over my budget but the came out in under 2 hours…plus the 6 month warranty helps!

Dewayne was the most helpful technician I ever had. Being a senior citizen you don’t always expect people to be that helpful for you. I braced myself for the worst. He came in got to work on my main line he made sure it was flowing good before he got done. I just was blown away by all the answers he gave me to the questions I asked. The man is beautiful. Nate came out during a crisis situation. He worked quickly and efficiently ensuring that I understood the process and the issue. He gave advice for potential future issues and explained how Roto Rooter could help. He offered to touch base with the mitigation team on my behalf. Truly couldn’t have asked for a nicer individual to work with. I appreciate his expertise and his ability to explain what needed to happen. This fix was affordable and timely. Keion and the rest of the team at Roto-Rooter were great, great help on short notice after our sewer cleanout line backed up. The staff at the office were courteous, quick to respond, and got us serviced sooner than expected. Keion was incredibly kind, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us as great of an experience as possible considering the circumstances and got us back to normal very quick. Keion and the Roto Rooter team saved Christmas for sure. We would highly recommend them to others or call them again for service in the future.

Roto Rooter saved me when water gathered in a basement floor drain. They arrived on a Saturday evening in less than an hour, were so friendly, and explained everything in a very helpful way. My old home has a mix of original and updated plumbing, they were able to work with both and solve the problem! They even scheduled a follow up diagnostic with a camera to further understand the pipes under my basement floor for future problem solving and a permanent fix. So thankful for them and most of all their kindness!

Nate and Chandler turned my bad day around with quick service. Had a new fridge delivered and it was unable to be installed due to a plastic valve- they arrived within an hour, explained the process, and had patience with all my questions! Thank you making this process easy!

We were very satisfied with the associate that came to work on our toilet and snaking our outside pipes to find a blockage. The company responded very quickly and showed up very promptly to our call. The associate was very polite. He listened and explained everything he was doing plus his concerns very throughly. We have a very old house and he was honest about the realistic needed repairs...verses the costs.

We definitely have this company on our first to call in the future.
