I've had several experiences with snake n rooter, I've had a few professional interactions with some technicians which was overcast from one of the leads, John. I had the most unprofessional interactions with him, as he was filled with disrespect and contempt. There are several other companies in the area. I would use any of them. I spoke to John to alert him to negative experiences from different interactions - hoping to tell him directly so no one else had the same experience I had as I more than understand mistakes happen but they wouldn't even listen to what they did or how it impacted us. He was completely dismissive and didn't even apologize or recognize instead having to call back and talk to some of the coordinators of these experiences of them ruining our stairs to the basement, chipping our concrete stair coming into the house and unplugging our freezer and needing to throw away all our food after figuring out that had done this and we didn't catch it in time. After telling three different employees of our experiences and ensuring we would get a call back from a manager it didn't happen and our experiences fell on deaf ears. They have never cleaned up after they are done and only used a mat after I specifically saw it on their website and asked if they could. If you have an older home or a home you care about I highly recommend using any other company.

Mark K tech 430 was great and very easy to work with great on communication and explaining everything for me even went out of his way to clean up everything for me in the neatest and manageable way, he arrived on time as well, even offered suggestions that could help out with my problem till things get resolved fully. Would love him to come again whenever the helps is needed

Landlord called this place to snake my shower drain. Tech was quick and polite. Wish they did a bit more to clean up after but it’s all good.

Placed a phone call to this company, and in less than 24 hours they had a technician (Mick) come out and do the job. Mick was extremely professional, took a quick assessment of the situation, and was out in less than 20 minutes.

We have used them twice now and it’s been an absolute wonderful experience. Such nice, knowledgeable and professional people! We’ll choose them over and over again.

The lady they scheduled my service was very nice. The technician (Jace) was very polite. He was done and cleaned up quickly.

This company was incredible. Best craftsmanship, best warranty, best people, and best price! Couldn’t ask for more. They did my mother’s sewer repair and she highly recommended them to me. The best recommendation she ever gave me! I interacted with 3 different employees of theirs with the same amazing experience. All of them have decades of experience and have passion for what they do and take pride in it. They replaced my sewer pipe that was inside my landscaping. They had to remove a bush to get in there. Not only did they put all the dirt back, but they also put the mulch back and landscape molding. They even swept the street when they put the bull dozer back on the truck. Very meticulous and detailed. Very happy customer and they have earned all of my business in the future.

The first time they came was for a contract job through Home Depot to replace our ancient water heater. It was surprisingly fast, and still professionally done. A few months later, I tried to get a skirted toilet installed, and Home Depot said the contractor didn't install skirted toilets. I called Snake n' Rooter directly, and they installed the skirted toilet I wanted! Again, fast, impeccable service at a reasonable price!

My Renter company called this plumbing company out to figure the water back up we were experiencing. I hope I am spelling his name right and I hope this is the right location for Mick. He was so nice, quick and very knowledgeable. Very friendly person. I would definitely request Mick if I experience any plumbing issues.

Delaney was fantastic. He was on time, and professional. Because I like to learn, he took his time and answered all my questions. Delaney replaced my eight year-old garbage disposal within a matter of minutes. Snake. ‘n’ router will be my go to from now on.

This company charged $195 to drill a hole in a drain and insert a pre-existing hose at my rental property (about 10 seconds of handyman level labor). They charged just below the price cap that the management company would pay without approval, and without notifying us of the repair. I called and confirmed this was a labor charge and not just a trip fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to unethical business practices. Or at very least learn from my mistake and require approval for everything.

I cannot praise the plumber who came out enough. He was efficient friendly and decidedly honest in his dealings with me. The cost to install a toilet was easily HALF what it was for some of the other more widely marketed options out there. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and very efficient plumber these are your guys. This is my 4th plumber since I moved to KC about 3 years ago, and the ONLY one I have felt was honest with me about pricing and the industry. When you have work done you have to feel like you are fairly treated, I felt like that with these guys. I THINK I have finally found my forever plumber :)

Snake 'n' Rooter is my "go-to" plumbing company. Just this month I called them for a clogged basement toilet. The work turned out to be more extensive than originally thought, but Jonathan, Tim and Alex were up to the task. New pipes were installed, and we are back in business. I can't be more satisfied with the work that was done and the technicians who did it. The office staff (Pam and Ashley) were also very supportive. THANKS TO EVERONE!

We had the best experience out of a bad situation. Delaney was the most kind and caring technician! He calmed me down and explained everything upfront. Very personable AND knowledgeable.
