Had an awesome experience with these folks after an unexpected flooding in our finished basement following some heavy rains. As soon as we discovered that our sump pumps had failed, we called our insurance to start a claim around 3pm on a Friday. The insurance connected us to Certified Restoration, and they were out at our house that same afternoon! The team worked through that afternoon and evening, searching out just how extensive the damage was and how best to dry us out. The whole team was incredibly professional, and patiently explained each step of the situation and the process to fix it. They even came back out at a later date to verify that everything was good. I cannot express strongly enough how much we appreciate this team in helping us through an otherwise stressful event.

Our house flooded back in November..whoever was working with the city came in started the job. We quickly realized that we were getting scammed and called certified restoration. They were so communicative about what they were doing with the home (which I appreciated as I know nothing about repairs) they came in and advocated for what needed to be done and I truly felt like the home was taken care of. They were there to answer any question and fix any problem that might have came up!!! Would recommend over and over again 10/10

It was great to work with Justin and the folks at Certified Restoration. A pipe bursts in our basement on a holiday weekend. Called Monday morning, Justin and team were there by 10. They were able to save the carpet got it dried out super fast. There was an error in our invoice but they honored the price. Great all around service!

I recently spoke with Clint Rogers at Certified Restoration about a potential mold problem in our attic. (He dealt with a previous water/mold problem in our basement and did an excellent job!). He provided me with advice on the attic and also referred me to a company that could conduct air quality testing in the areas of the house where we actually dwell. He was extremely patient and kind in explaining things to me. I trust him to be very honest and the company to be very reputable. Highly recommend!

I had an unexpectedly great experience with Certified Restoration. Several months ago, there was a leak in my roof which had been repaired. I was concerned that there might still be moisture in the ceiling, so I wanted someone to come out and check. I called a different place first...they did not answer. When I called Certified, Justin picked up the phone immediately and scheduled to come out the next day. When Justin came out and tested for moisture, he found there was none, and offered to write up a report at no charge. He could have easily told me he would have to charge for opening up and replacing the sheet-rock, and would have still come to the same conclusion. Instead, he did the ethical and honest thing, which I really appreciate. I am very grateful to find that there are still ethical companies out there, and I highly recommend Certified!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Clint Rogers and the whole team at Certified Restoration. They completely handled my daughter and son in law's home when it was flooded with sewer water caused by an outside company. They mitigated all the damage from disinfecting to all the rebuilding of all the damaged areas. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the attention to every detail in all parts of this process. From the very first call when this happened everything was taken care of. You can't get a better company to help you.

Clint was the technician that came to replace the water valve to our refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Highly recommend.

I had a very tough clogged drain the service man was very good very pleasant when knew what he was doing had troubles getting the clogge undone. But he stuck with it until he got it unclogged . He did a wonderful job and he cleaned up

I highly recommend Certified Restoration for water damage remediation. We had water leak that saturated the subflooring in our kitchen, laundry room, master closet, and master bathroom. They came out the next day, on time as promised, then returned each day to oversee the drying progress in order for us to make sure it was done before we left on vacation. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Best Company ever! I called my agent because a pipe burst in my wall and flooded my entire basement. Not only did they come out and do all the dry out and fix my plumbing, but they also fixed it to ensure it would never happen again. They were really great at working with me and my agent to ensure that everything got done from the plumbing to the flood, cleanup and dry out. Their response time was great. They were there within 10 minutes and really turned a bad situation into something manageable so grateful to have them recommended to me and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for plumbing or water cleanup.
