Had all new Heat and Air installed. Very happy with the way everything looks and runs. They were professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. I got many bids from other HVAC companies and all were pretty much in the same ballpark. The reason I went with Cross County was one of their other customers telling me about their own HVAC system going out and everyone except Cross County telling them it had to be replaced. They said Cross County not only fixed their system instead of trying to sell them a new one but the fix was quick and inexpensive.
Our AC quit working on a day where it was 90° outside. Andrew was very prompt to respond to our messages and was able to fit us in that same day to come and look at it. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it as well as provide tips on how to avoid further issues. We also inquired about getting a new thermostat for the wall and Andrew was able to replace our old one during that same visit with a new and updated model! I would highly recommend and am very appreciative of his work!
