Probuilt Pool & Patio met all of our expectations, and then some. When we started our search for a company to assist us with our pool project, we researched several companies online and asked around for recommendations and Probuilt was one of three companies that we decided to contact. Out of the three, Probuilt was, by far, the most responsive and provided the most detailed, step by step process of what we could expect from start to finish. They walked us through all available options within our price range and were very transparent about the timeline and what we could expect in the event of weather and other unforeseen changes throughout the project. Chris, Shelley, Dallas, and Aaron were always available to answer any questions we had through each step of the project and they always kept us informed of any changes that might impact the timeline. Probuilt’s team and contractors were always very courteous and professional and made themselves available to answer any questions we had and they always ensured the site was clean and tidy after each phase of the project was completed. We have been nothing but pleased with the Probuilt team and the contractors they selected for concrete, gas, and electricity and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is considering a pool project in the future. We look forward to enjoying our amazing pool this year and based on the quality of the entire project, for many years to come. Thank you Probuilt for making us feel like we were your only customers. The decision to invest in a pool is not a small one. It comes with concerns on picking the right company who will do quality work, respect us and our property, address our concerns, answer all our crazy questions and complete the work in a timely manner.
Chris and his team at Probuilt met and exceeded all our expectations. He and his crew were outstanding and their attention to detail throughout the process confirmed we had picked the right folks for the job.
When our fiberglass pool had to be lifted over our house by a crane we did not hesitate to give Chris the thumbs up because he had truly earned our trust and it was done to perfection and just really awesome to watch!
Anytime we emailed them with a question Chris and/or Shelly would reply quickly and throughout the whole process we truly appreciated Chris's emails that let his customers know what was going on with their project and projected dates of each phase of work.

The entire team at Probuilt who installed our fiberglass pool was great to work with. Chris and Dallas answered all of our questions up front and through the entire install. They also had great design ideas that were incorporated into the project that we used.
Eddie’s crew was fantastic on the dig and the retaining wall. They are the best in the business building retaining walls.
It has been mentioned in other reviews that about Alonzo and his crews’ concrete work being artwork and it is! Simply amazing! They are meticulous in cleaning up the work area and any dust or rock off the street.
We are very happy with the crew that installed the auto cover as well as the folks who hauled away the excess dirt.
Excellent job done by the whole team! We definitely recommend Probuilt and would use them again!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! After 20 Years of Service, my Old pool store failed to "Effectively" come to my rescue, Probuilt made Multiple Trips to my home, and in just 3 DAYS Saved Our Pool and Identified the Problem in time for our 4th of July Party...THANK YOU TO CHRIS AND THE STAFF OF RIVERSIDE PROBUILT & PATIO!!!

We worked with the staff at the Riverside, MO store to purchase a hot tub. We did visit others that did not give us the attention to detail and take the time to give us the best price based on our budget.

I did a lot of research on pool companies before deciding to go through with the project and am so glad I decided to go with Pro Built Pool & Patio! I couldn't be happier with how the pool turned out! It looks amazing and they were moving fast! Shane & Paige were awesome to work with and we got the project done on-time for some great summer days & nights. Our pool turned out amazing. Love the quality of the pool and spa. Our family has enjoyed it so much this year. Had them close it and so glad they did, they were so fast at closing it and it’s going to be easy to open next year.

From the pool and hot tub to the pool heater, pool cover, and concrete patio, every detail was handled with precision and care. We went with Probuilt after contacting several companies.They were fairly priced and great to work with! Chris, Dallas and Shelly were very patient and quick in answering my hundreds of questions. All of their Crews were professional, polite and always left work area clean. A big shout out Thanks to Aaron and Hunter, the digging crew, Tony and his crew on deck and retaining wall and Alonzo who did a fantastic job on our cement. After getting bids from several companies we chose Probuilt based on their reputation and our comfort with the team during the bid process. We couldn't be happier that we did. Our salesperson (Staci) was extremely helpful in guiding us through all the upfront decisions and landing on our final project scope. She brought in the owner (Chris) before we signed anything which went a long way in building that upfront trust. Staci was very responsive throughout the process and helped worked through a couple of different obstacles. When it came time to determine the layout, Paige was a wealth of knowledge in walking through various options and the pros and cons of each. Paige was also very responsive throughout the entire process. When we reached the install prep and installation stage, Dallas and his team were incredible. I can't speak highly enough of his approach to walking us through the process and his patience in answering all the questions we had throughout. Finally, one of the key selling points of Probuilt is their team that handles the concrete work. Having recently completed several concrete projects with our new build, I can tell you there was no comparison between the work the Probuilt team did and the others. As first time pool owners it's been a learning process and the Probuilt team has been there every step of the way. A great example to paint the picture occurred when I stopped in at their store to buy chemicals the first time. I didn't have a water sample so I wasn't sure what I needed. Rather than guess or ask me to come back with a sample, the owner (Chris) followed me from their store back to our house to take a sample, add chemicals he knew we would need, then got back to us after he had the results from the test. People are very nice and kind, Eryn, Joe and Jr were super kind and courteous. The pool looks amazing! Took a little delay here and there for unforseen issues, permit issues and relocate issues that possibly could have went quicker but all in all very happy with results.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience building our first pool with ProBuilt Pool’s. Chris and his team were amazing. The process and professional experience is something our family will remember as we enjoy our pool for years.

Ethan came out to add 2 items but also SHOWED me some tricks on how to easily maintain my tub. Very polite and extremely professional. Good job Ethan.

If your in the market for a fiberglass pool, I highly recommend Probuilt Pool & Patio. From day one the process was explained and executed as promised. "No suprises". The crew was very professional and did incredible work. The pool tuned out amazing and couldn't be happier with the end result.

When we made the decision to install a pool, we asked many of our friends who they used. One common answer. “We used (blank) but we wouldn’t recommend them.” Seems everyone had bad experiences and no one wanted to recommended who they used.
Fortunately we chose the right pool company. We experienced quality installation, fair pricing and great customer service. The unrelenting customer service started on the day Chris showed up to look at the yard and has not stopped. Every time I have needed help with anything on our pool Annette George & Chris Oswalt were there to help us. I can’t express the gratitude I have for their willingness to help. I will be the first to admit that I am very particular when it comes to my home. After looking at several pools and getting bids from 2 companies we decided that ProBuilt was who we wanted. I knew from watching Aaron go about his routine of digging and setting the pool that we had made the right choice. His attention to detail was the first thing that got my attention. I was very appreciative that he never got annoyed by all my questions. The concrete job by team Alonzo was icing on the cake. You might have to pay a bit more for his work but the end result is a finish like I have never seen before. My wife and I highly recommend going with ProBuilt if you’re thinking about getting a pool!

Pro Built pools is amazing. They do not over sell products to make money, Chris was our sales person and explained the additional cost for a larger pool. I am glad we listened and went a bit smaller, the pool fits perfect in our backyard.

We purchased the following:
1. Hot tub, excellent product and arrived earlier than expected. Professional installation.
2. Saltwater pool. It is perfect for us!
3. During the pool install, we decided to use Pro Built to finish the landscaping. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier.
4. Hot tub auto cover. We purchased it for privacy.

Pro Built always listens to their customers. They will answer any question. They kept us well informed during the process of each item we purchased.
