David was professional, pleasant, and polite. David showed me the broken part and explained how the dryer could be repaired. The part was inexpensive. The labor cost was exorbitant! But . . . I got my dryer fixed the next day when the part was received. David was again professional, pleasant, and polite when he returned with the part to complete the repair.

David was a wonderful representative for your company. We had experienced terrible service from another company which resulted in not being able to use our fridge]freezer for close to 2 weeks. He came in and immediately fixed the problem. He helped clean the mess from the ice and water that had been created by the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was beyond helpful. He gave us helpful hints on what to watch for in the future to avoid problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

GE stove was under warranty. David diagnosed the issue and came back to replace the burner and switch. All is working well. David was prompt, quick, and respectful. Very good Technician!

Our fridge wasn't getting cold and LG actually contacted us to set up a service appointment. Eve called us and scheduled an appointment. David came right out and he was great. He diagnosed the issue and had to order a part. A week later he was back and got it all fixed. Very professional and efficient. He even suggested some things we could do to rearrange the fridge contents for better airflow. It's been great ever since.

This was covered by the LG warranty but I would definitely call Eve for any appliance repair

David was wonderful! From beginning to end. On his initial visit he was able to diagnose an additional issue with the refrigerator and we had to wait for more parts. When he returned he made sure everything was repaired and working properly. He is an excellent representation of great customer service!

I had a fantastic repair experience with this company. The technician actually arrived early for my appointment, which was a welcome change. Prior to his arrival, the technician contacted me to ensure early arrival would be alright. When the technician arrived, he was very respectful of my things and property. The technician went straight to work upon me showing him my appliance. He listened carefully as I described my issue, and listed all of the troubleshooting steps that I had already taken. He took the information that I provided him and was able to expertly build on it. He diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally, and was able to focus directly on the broken part. He disassembled the problem front panel carefully, he removed the parts that were defective and he assembled the new, working parts. He then replaced the front panel with great care, ensuring that he did not damage my appliance or scratch the finish. He conducted a thorough post-Installation function check to be sure that everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He examined the broken part and shared with me the probable root cause of the failure. One signature from me and he was on the way to his next appointment. All - in - all, he was able to complete the job in less than an hour.
I have absolutely no issue giving this company, and their skilled technician staff, my strongest recommendation. I will definitely continue to use them for my appliance repair needs.

Caleb with Eve Services came to my house to fix my wall oven. He was so professional, polite and sweet. Will definitely recommend him and Eve Services!

Instead of using heat to try to reshape the freezer gasket so there would be no gaps at the top which had been letting air in, which caused frost to build up on the top in the freezer, David adjusted the freezer door so the gasket fits flush all around the freezer.

We will see in a couple days if that solved the problem with our new refrigerator, but from the way things look I think we’re good! David arrived on time and was very professional. Here are some before and after photos.

I was referred to Eve Services by the maker of my cooktop. This was warranty work, so there was no cost to me.
All communication and scheduling with the office was great. David, our technician, arrived on time and completed the repair efficiently. I am completely pleased with the service I received.

They showed up as scheduled and fixed the spring on my GE Cafe dishwasher. Took about ten minutes. The tech was respectful. Would recommend.

I filed a claim with LG on 9/8/25, about a week later Eve services contacted me to set up an appointment to diagnose my fridge. They only had an appointment for 2 weeks out, they came out let us know that they had to order the parts which would be another 7-12 days. Then the part came in and they set up another appointment on the 17th of October to fix it finally. So we were without a fridge from 9/8 to 10/17. Over booked? Maybe....either way, it sucked! If you need a repair for your fridge, I'm sure other companies may have been faster. Now I can say the gentleman David that came out was very professional and efficient, so thank you David!

Not very reliable. We scheduled repairs with them and were given a time frame. On the day of the appointment, we received no advance notice that the technician was on the way. When the technician arrived, he refused to complete the repair because the appliance was “hot.” We asked him to wait a few minutes, but he refused and left.
When I called their office, the representative told me we would need to pay a rescheduling fee because, according to them, we “didn’t answer the door.” This is completely inaccurate we spoke directly with the technician who simply chose not to do the repair.
It’s unreasonable that they don’t provide even a 30–45 minute notice before arrival. They were able to text us to confirm the appointment, but apparently can’t notify us when the technician is en route. It feels like an excuse just to charge rescheduling fees.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, so giving 1 star to this company seems generous.

Overall, our experience has been a mess since the very beginning with Eve. We were assigned this company as our laundry servicer through LG since our LG Washer was having some issue while still under warranty.

To begin, it took over two weeks just to set an appointment as there were no communication between LG and Eve to confirm our warranty. Each conversation we had went nowhere with minimal answers and a continual blame game on the other party.(LG in the instance)

Once the appointment was created, our servicer came to our house for 5 minutes, confirmed a new part was needed, and left. The part arrived within 3 days of the appointment but we were not able to make it on the schedule for a full 3 weeks.

So, at this point we have been working with this company for 5 weeks and still no solution to our broken washer…

Fast forward to one day before the appointment… we received a call that they no longer have any technicians and are cancelling our appointment and future service.

The unprofessional nature in how this company handles communication and scheduling was frustrating as a customer.

Highly suggest staying clear from this company, not worth the hassle!

P.S. the one star in this review should go toward Addison in your call center as she was the only person at this company who ever seemed like they knew what they were doing and provided real assistance.

David was great! He arrived on time & explained everything in detail & told me things about the unit I didn’t know. He was very courteous, professional & knowlegable. He’s a great asset to the company!

Eve services as a whole left much to be desired in the scheduling department but our repair man David was a saving grace and did a great job fixing our dishwasher and helping us out. He gets my 5 stars. Thank your repair man for this good review Eve services
