Where do I begin? There are contractors who also do backyard patio's, and then there is Hinkle Hardscapes. Not only were we impressed with Hinkle's professionalism and prompt follow-up from the initial planning phases, but their quality is 2nd to none. Zach's team is first class and they create a wonderful finished product. We have enjoyed our backyard patio everyday since it was completed, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

We used Hinkle Hardscapes to build our dream backyard. From the first consultation to the project finish, we were nothing but happy with the customer service that Zach and his team provided. We have yet to be able to enjoy the pool as the project wasn't able to be completed until November, but we have gotten plenty of use out of the spa and fire pit during the winter months. Would recommend Zach and his team to anyone wanting to build an outdoor living space!!

We needed to have some repair work done on our front porch due to some drainage issues. We contacted Hinkle Hardscapes and they were able to create a design that we loved and fix the drainage issue at the same time. We enlarged and created a great outdoor space with a front patio. Ken walked us through different material options so we could make the best decision for our needs. The designer was happy to make changes to their original design to accommodate our elderly limited mobility family members. The construction team was great and left the site clean every day. I would definitely use Hinkle Hardscape again for my hardscaping needs.

We did a large outdoor kitchen build!! (High 200k) Finished 8/2024.
Although we had some communication issues during construction that led to some headaches; overall we absolutely love the space. We spend every family function and event outside and will enjoy this for the rest of our lives.
So far a few things have come up (post construction) that have been addressed and fixed promptly and we are very happy with that.
It’s good to know that the finished product is still followed up and taken care of after the bills are paid!
And for that we are very happy!

What an excellent experience! Zach and his crew were very helpful in the planning stages, his design team came up with a design which complimented our existing deck, and they helped with suggestions on everything from paver type to firepit ideas. We LOVE our paver patio and gas firepit! The end result was better than we expected, and all employees were courteous and respectful during the work phases. HIGHLY recommend Hinkle Hardscapes!

Basically a scam!!! Do not give these people your money! Super unorganized, terrible customer service, and charge fees for absolutely anything they can!
They had us scheduled on the wrong day twice, and wanted us to pay another $89 because they messed up on their scheduling!!!! The scheduling person was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Complete and total scam, spent two weeks with them trying to fix my fridge and figure out how to work a schedule.

The Eve Services Technician did an excellent job on diagnosing the issue with the ice maker in our GE side - side 25.0 refrigerator and replaced the required part to remedy the performance issue in an efficient manner. He was responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, consistent, professional.

David's service was great. He knew within minutes what was wrong with my freezer and had the part ordered. I had to reschedule on short notice and Eve Services worked with me without issue. Would definitely use them again.

David did an excellent job repairing my LG refrigerator. He went beyond what the original diagnosed issue was (compressor)and observed that there was an oil leak as well and replaced that part too.

It was difficult to get repairs scheduled, but David did a great job diagnosing and fixing our microwave under warranty. We are soooo glad to have it working again!

David was knowledgeable AND efficient. He replaced the compressor in less than an hour. He was also very personable and was very accommodating to my many questions. I highly recommend him for your service needs.

Very poor, did not listen to our problem. Refrigerator was making so much noise we could not talk in our own kitcken. Would haven taken less then 10 minutes to unplug a nonworking fan. Had to wait over a week after the new fan came in. New fan was installed in only 10 minutes.

David was an excellent repairman. He took the time to explain why my dishwasher was acting up and how to prevent it from happening again. Thank you for a great job David!

David was very knowledgeable, efficient, and explained the cause of my malfunctioning refrigerator. He ordered the part right then! When the part was in,he came back and had it installed in less than 30 minutes!! He then explained things about operating the refrigerator that I never knew mattered. He definitely gets a 5 star 🌟 rating. Oh,my grand dog absolutely loved him

I had am amazing experience with Eve Services. The technician, David, was excellent. He went above and beyond in checking out all the areas of our oven that could have been causing the issues as well as providing advice for our LG refrigerator that we will definitely be taking to have a better experience with it. He was within the time window provided and even better, that window wasn't "all day" or 1/2 a day like other repair services but a short 2 hour window. Would absolutely recommend Eve and David and will definitely reach out on any future issues with our appliances.

Tay fixed my fridge quickly and explained very well what happened and next steps since he had to replace the compressor.
