Clayton was amazing and friendly, very easy to understand and very helpful he answered all my wife’s and I questions and saved us money.

We love the year around lights! They are very adjustable with colors and there are a plethora of built in patterns for holidays, birthdays, sports, etc,. If someone wants a pattern of their own they can literally adjust every single led bulb.

Clayton was easy to work with and very personable. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me about my experience.

Representative was very knowledgeable and presented information well. He was inclusive with discussion and held you attention. The person that' worked on our gutter was very professional and demonstrated a mastery in his job was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

We just had Clayton Paulson come by tonight for a Leaf Filter quote and he was so easy to work with, not pushy at all and explained everything very well and answered all our questions. AND we have the installers coming tomorrow and we couldn't be happier!! Thanks Clayton!

The very worst installation I've ever seen. Totally destroyed my new Seamless Gutters. At every screw they installed has turned black. I'm pretty sure they didn't use aluminum screws. I'm going to check to see if they used steel screws instead of aluminum screws. They need to replace my Gutters.

Lauren was thorough at explaining the different size gutters, and did a water presentation with the gutter and guards. She answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision.

3/23/2023 Update. Almost 3 years later and we are still happy we purchased this product. 3 Fall seasons have passed and this product has done it's job when the leaves come down. Still looks new. Original Review: Very pleased. Product installed early September, 2020.
My attached photos were taken 11/7/20. Note the heavy trees on my property and the massive amount of leaves on the ground. Trees include Maple, Locust & Willow. LeafFilter performed as promised. Without this product those leaves would be in my gutters. I found this company to be incredibly responsive. The installers were professional. (Here's some advice: give those kids a tip for their hard work. You'll be amazed the lengths they will go to make you happy.) The product was expensive, but a Cadillac is always more expensive than a Chevy. My home was worth it.

Great Christmas lights and very happy with the install. The team was professional, courteous, took care of our property during the install, and cleaned up nicely before leaving.

Clayton was great. He took time to totally explain how important proper cuttering is for your home. He totalling did a good job.

Lauren was great! She showed us pictures of what our house would look like with some different lighting. She is well informed on the product and answered all of our questions!

We purchased gutter guards from Leaf Filter and could not be more disappointed. The leaves just sit on top of the gutter guard, which we were ensured wouldn’t happen. We were told this is our responsibility as regular maintenance and not a part of their warranty. If we knew we’d still have to get on the roof to scrape leaves off/out we would have saved the $5,000.

Ryan did a fantastic job! Introduced himself first thing. Worked all day. Made sure to close gates so our dogs could go out. Cleaned up afterwards. Gutters cleaned out & leaf guards installed.

Requested a Leaf Filter quote online and Clayton Paulson came by, gave a detailed explanation of it all, measured and got us a quote. They had a great financing promo going on, so we got all set-up and should get getting it all installed tomorrow! Can't believe how quick & simple the whole process was!

Clayton was a very informative representative of the services that the Leaf Filter company provides to their customers. He was very friendly and put us at ease in making what for us, was a major expense but a great investment in our home. I would use him, and his company again without reservation!

We bought led lights from this office , they resell oelo. Dan Anderson never disclosed the financing options were for a credit card instead of a loan and neither did the system we used to sign up nor the emails. Very deceptive sales tactics, the installer used the wrong color connection cable and i have on video discussing the only part he was to use that cable color but he used it the rest of the way, he also didn’t secure it to the house when it ran up to the second floor window section and a sections animation direction is reversed from the rest of the house. They are ignoring my complaints so filled a report to mo attorney general for deceptive sales tactics and looking into another oelo dealer to come out and fix their shoddy workmanship. Do not use them for oelo lights. Find a different company to go through.

Edit: they commented to call support yet that’s exactly who took my complaint and has yet to respond even though i was given an eta that someone would reach out by. I hope this product works well enough that I don’t need support given how they are handling this.

Finally heard back.
Spoke with "tucker" who was about the most "I could not care less about talking to you but I'm documenting so I can say I did" attitude known to man, the condencesion was wild. at the end I told him he hadn't done $&1t for me and was extremely condescending in his words to me. he heard the $&1t word and couldn't tell that it was not at him but part of the conversation had I said crap, which is the same word, he would have been find but he decided he would end the call even though it wasn't directed at him at all. I will never spend another dollar with this company and will go ahead with filing my report to the Missouri AG for deceptive sales tactics.

This was like no other experience we’ve had before. Our agent came by, checked out the situation. He gave us a lengthy history of the company, services, and warrantee. We negotiated the price we agreed on and set the job for the next morning. Two men can the next morning and cleaned, realigned, caulked and added extra hangers where needed. They then assembled the system and cleaned up after done. All on a forty foot complex pitch roof. It was incredible!

Ian arrived exactly on time. Listened to what I wanted, showed me examples of how my home would look. He was professional in his demonstration and had great knowledge of his company’s product.

If I could give a zero review, I would. They didn't finish the job when they said they would. Then no call no showed the next agreed upon time. Left their tools in my yard. Then showed up when we weren't home and couldn't verify the job was actually done. Still zero communication even when we call. Worst of all is they left nails and screws all over the driveway, luckily we saw before driving over them. The lack of customer service is appalling and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
