Doing business with Buddy's Carpet Care is how things should be done. Linda on the phone is personable, knowledgable, patient and flexible. I received an email summarizing all we had spoken about and two documents about what was supposed to happen when the technician arrived. No surprises! Trevor arrived promptly and was clean cut, very positive about his work and not only moved all the furniture in a thoughtful manner, he followed through with replacing items with first class starfoam spacers to keep furniture from staining a damp carpet. All my stains were removed, the tuft of the carpet was raked up for drying and everything was clean: under the beds, in the closets EVERYTHING! Afterwards, he left a booklet explaining how to KEEP my carpet in tip top shape PLUS gave me an update on how my carpet was wearing. WOW! If you decide to use them, let them know Gail from Republic sent you as they have a referral program!

Even though they were not able to clean our carpets they provided a great amount of information . Wish we had called them long ago. They recommend nylon carpet for us pet lovers and a credentialed installer. Once we have carpet replaced and need carpet cleaning will call them asap.

We had our carpet cleaned today and had a great experience. Buddy and his assistant were very professional in everything they did from their speech, appearance, care for our home and furniture. We had Trevor from Buddy's Carpet Care out this week to clean two living rooms and our main hallway. He was very polite and professional and the carpet looks great. With three grandkids, a dog and a cat, we had a variety of stains and spots on the carpet, all of which have disappeared after Trevor's cleaning. I recommend Buddy's and we will use them again.

I had neglected my carpets to the point I believed replacement was my only option.

Because of the covid-19 mandate, our business has been closed for almost 4 weeks.
We also have a Commercial building where our tenants were also mandated to shutdown.
In support of "we're all in this together" we called and let them know April's rent was waved.
So new carpeting was NOT an option!!!

I'm sharing this ... because when making the appointment I Asked about the cost.
I was told that they were not the least expensive company. They did not just surface clean ... they rejuvenated the fibers and improved the body of the carpet.

When the crew came out, they were very courteous and conscious of their customers safety concerns given our current social environment.

Buddy went into great detail explaining what they were doing and why. He was Very Impressive in his knowledge and professionalism!

I had not shared that I had a time issue... so I had to rush off before letting them know how much I appreciated the job they did!

Were they expensive??? NO!

We used Buddy's Carpet Care for the first time. Buddy was GREAT! We explained that we are fosters for rescue dogs and have had accidents on our rug and bedroom carpet. He was very thorough in evaluating what both needed. Buddy provided a quote before performing the work. After Buddy completed the work, the carpet and rug looked like new. Buddy explained how to clean up dog urine and the chemistry behind it. He is very knowledgeable and we are so happy we did not go with an ordinary carpet cleaner who did not test, pre-treat and rinse. Buddy knows what he is doing and we will happily use his service again. Not only was Buddy outstanding, but his office staff called to let us know when they would arrive and called after the service to make sure we were satisfied. Pricing was reasonable.

There is not one bad thing I can say about this company. WOW! Buddy educated me on the issues I was having with pet urine, ink stains, and cleaning in general. You definitely get what you pay for. One time I made the choice to have my whole house cleaned by another company. They run these $129 specials all the time. They were here and gone in 45 minutes. Took my money and ran. What a mistake. Buddy is a professional on carpet needs. Don't use anyone else. The quality of work that BCC does is beyond impressive. Plus, they show up in professional clothing. I will never use anyone else except for Buddy. I will never recommend anyone else except for Buddy. This is the 3rd time I have used him and each experience is the same. AMAZING!!!

We used Buddy's carpet care for post-puppy potty training and had a great experience! They were thorough and very accommodating. They explained the estimate and even gave us options.
