Very impressive service from my initial phone call all the way through the completion of the carpet and upholstery cleaning. These folks are very professional, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. My 25 yr old carpets look brand new. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you Corey, Buddy, Caleb, Cathy, and Linda!

We love Buddy's! With three large dogs in and out of our house it's hard to keep the carpets (and couches) clean. We've used Buddy's for over 8yrs and every time the carpets feel like brand new. Plus they are very careful with all our things and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Buddy’s is the best! Buddy, Cathy and Corey are so good to work with. Most recently I had an issue with a candle wax spill between cleanings. I consulted their guide and still didn’t feel comfortable trying to spot clean it myself. Cathy had me speak with Buddy when I called them and he walked me through exactly what to do. I attempted to get the wax out just like he said to do and it completely came out! Thank you so much and we’ll definitely have them clean our carpets again when needed.

Tremendous experience with Buddy’s Carpet Care. I received electronic confirmation of my appointment, and then a reminder the day before. They ended up getting to us sooner to try and fit us in before the snow storm. Upon arrival the technicians were in a company van and well presented in company uniforms. They introduced themselves and explained the process to me. They immediately used a tool to mark where dogs had previously urinated - which was crazy. They worked up an estimate and got to work! We have almost 4,000 sf of home and to do all the carpets and tile was right at $2500. They started after i approved the estimate and even presented me with a booklet on their company and how to’s on cleaning stains! They moved all of the furniture, we didn’t have to do much except move some valuables. I will say I’ve hired cheaper carpet cleaners but I have never seen as good of results as I’ve had with Buddy’s . Everything looked brand new! They also do oriental rugs and other specialties. They are truly the best in their field!

Buddy's Carpet Care is incredible!!! We had some quality tile floors that needed some deep cleaning and they came thru with flying colors!!!! Corey, Buddy, Caleb & Linda were all amazing!! Their Customer Service was fantastic and their communication kept me in the loop before & during the project! I truly appreciated their level of professionalism and care that left our beautiful floors looking just as they did when we opened!!!

Great customer service. Let us know what was needed to be done to the windows. Knew how to wash our windows and take care of the vinyl on the windows. I highly recommend. They do not power wash, which is what we were looking for with our vinyl.
